I was uncertain about finding time in my already tight schedule for 2024. I informed The First Group that I anticipated being busy that year; however, I was convinced to sign up for their package and paid the full amount upfront. Anyone who has met The First Group agents can attest to how persuasive this team is in getting you to commit to their projects or packages. As I expected, my schedule was too packed for me to make it to Dubai in 2024. When I contacted the group at the beginning of 2025, they informed me that my package had expired and they would be holding onto the thousands of dollars I paid, despite not providing any services.

Verbal discussion, the way I understand it isn't the same as the sale contract of the fractional ownership.
Example in terms and conditions
Point 5, 10, 15, 17.
The other additional point is I've Not Read the contract at the time of signing as there was no time. The signing happened after I paid the money.
The other point is also I didn't have a lawyer representing me, the buyer.

From the promoter contacting us on the street, to Jose, the relationship manager we did not like the treatment. Nothing was organised the way the promoter promised. If you want a customer to invest a few millions in Dubai real estate market then start listening to what customers say and show respect!

We had planned and was looking for nice vacation,
Instead of being able to follow an expected and structured path, one was forced to navigate a form of chaos. The unpredictability created stress, as we had high expectations for things to work according to our plan. We had asked if The First Group had a plan, before we arrive in Dubai, we didnot get any plan, but we were told that we should wait 2 weeks before arrive, we will get more details.
We had to call The First Group several times for information about the tickets to the tours and excursions.
We lost control over our planing as The First Groupas didnot in time.This gave us feelling that resources such as time and energy were being wasted.
