I was being charged $20 for something that I was not aware, ad d I got the amount refunded and account closed within few seconds of reaching out to live agent.

I was looking for info on a property and ordered the $1 report. A couple days later they charged my credit card $30, then 6 days later charged another $30. I called and they said they'd refund my latest $30 not the first $30. Complete scam do not use!
