We've completed our first counseling session with our counselor, and it went incredibly well. Our counselor was very knowledgeable and helpful, clearly outlining what we need to have completed to get approved.

NACA has been the best thing that happened to my family and me. I was able to save money (because there is no down payment, no PMI, and no closing cost) and put it toward buying down my interest rate. The process was very smooth for me and I recommend this program to everyone.

I rented a home for six years, and one day my landlord informed me that she was going to sell it. So, I started looking for a new home with the option to buy. However, it was not an easy process. However, I am grateful for the experience as it taught me a lot about my spending habits and what it takes to become a homeowner. I had a great experience with the NACA program. My counselor helped me to learn how to budget, save, and manage my monthly bills more effectively. Before working with NACA, I wasn't always responsible for paying my bills, but the program "compelled" me to be more intentional about saving and budgeting. And for that, I am grateful. I'm excited about what this process means for my future. I started the process in November 2022 and I am now on the last leg of my journey. I am due to close my new home in May 2024. I'm writing this review to share my positive experience with NACA and encourage others to join the program to buy their own home.

NACA's website is easy to navigate. You have to complete a workshop before you can start submitting documents. I like the fact that the workshop is self-paced and online. My counselor is Ellen and she was very nice to talk to. I'm excited for this process and the next steps.

Their website is really user-friendly with clear labels, sections, and subsections. My favourite part is being able to see all of my expenses together in one place. I am talking about the NACA program. I hope soon I will be able to find my new home, but regardless of that, I would recommend this company for its amazing customer support.

I have been working with NACA for almost a year now and although I was in a rush in the beginning, i now realize that everything takes time. I have waited and waited but finally heard you are ready to proceed to underwriting. The process takes time, but it has definitely been worth the wait.
