New to NACA, started the programs many months ago, I'm guessing due to the pandemic the process is very slow. Also learning to be organized with paperwork, cause will need a lot to keep track, something I never did before. I really want my own home, I hope naca can help me get it. Definitely need to be patience

I started with NACA around August 2020. Its a process just like any other home buying program but you have to stay with it and have patience. I learned a lot while being in this program, especially how to save more. Currently almost done and I cannot wait to move into my new home!

So far, my counselor has been extraordinarily in assisting me with all the necessary things/items that are needed in order to proceed my goal of being a homeowner. She makes herself available and encourages me to reach out to her when and if I have questions. She directs me where go to locate the information that's needed to complete this journey.

Attended NACA workshop today and info provided was easy to understand despite from my understanding can be a long process depending on your "readiness" preparation of all required documents and staying on top of your file. Daryl,Dawn, Thomas great facilitators. I'm excited to begin the journey towards becoming a home owner.Great options for first time buyers, and others taking the leap of faith utilizing NACA's unique approach versus other lending banks and companies. I'm off to a good start feeling confident based on literature and knowledgeable team presented at NACA initial meeting. Will keep you all potential dreamers apprised of my success! If you have a dream of owning a home without a mortgage, this is the perfect place to start your journey. In the process, you have to be ready to gather documents and download them before each meeting. Our counselor, Gladys has been very helpful and understanding. I am looking forward to becoming a homeowner through this program.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the NACA program. As a single woman, owning a home has always been a dream, especially since my family lost ours in 2012. NACA has been the beacon of hope that guided me towards achieving this dream.

The support and guidance I received from NACA have been nothing short of remarkable. Started working with my housing counselor Christine Willis in the Charlotte NC office. She has been amazing very attentive, wealth of information, helped make my workshop so easy. She let me know what I had to work on and we made another appointment. Everything is on the right track. This program is amazing it is so helpful as long as you do what they say to do you will be in the house of your dreams in no time. I'm so appreciative of this program, thank you so much, looking forward to buying my house.

I am still going at it with NACA. It's definitely been a long stressful process. But I am being hopeful that this is my year.

I feel like I can't write a comprehensive review because I am still in the process. From what I've heard, the program is great but there is a lot of paper work, things aren't always explained and it can take a really long time. I've been in the process for about a year, I'll update again when I'm further in.

My experience with NACA has been excellent so far. I was apprehensive when they changed my counselor, but I'm glad it was done. Melody is extremely thorough and ensured that I submitted all of the necessary documentation. She took her time, and I'd recommend her as your representative.

This business assists potential homeowners and homeowners that are having trouble with their current mortgage. The home buying process with them is long and tedious, but it works and worth it in the end. I know multiple people that they have assisted in becoming successful homeowners.

I've started looking to become a first-time home buyer for over a year now. My aunt introduced me to the NACA program. Once I heard about no down payment and no closing coast, I instantly grew addition to the program. I then begun the process to becoming a home owner. It has not been an easy process gathering all my information but my mind stays focus on the outcome. I'm happy to continue my journey with NACA to become a first-time home buyer.

I am currently in the process and it's and great to see your financial profile from a Birds Eye view. It's allowed me to re think what I want and what I'm Willing to do and or sacrifice in order to achieve certain goals. It's a test of patience yes but the what you get in the end if definitely worth it.

So far I have been doing this process for 2 1/2 years and I am currently trying to get underwritten for a higher since my income changed. Overall very tedious process but I think worth it so far. I hope i can get my home by next year.

My overall experience with NACA has been wonderful. My consultant has helped me through the entire process step-by-step. Anytime I have a question Dwayne is more than willing to assist me and break down the information so that I have full understanding. I feel confident that I will find my dream home and live comfortably in it at at price that i can afford.

They have the best interest rate in the market and no money down. My experience with NACA has been good so far, I have been looking for a first time home buyer program and this program has been helpful in my journey towards home ownership. The rates are low and my experience from my intake session with Cecilia was very helpful. I'm still in the process and hoping to provide more feedback later. It may take some elbow grease but it is well worth the benefits.
