Hello everyone, I am a future first time buyer with NACA. So far my experience with everyone has been wonderful. Everything has been explained very well. At first I thought it was something that was not going to end up being real. I questioned it, like what's the catch? It sounded too good to be true. I found out about the program through a friend they actually went through this program a couple of years back and they were like no it's real. They'll be able to help you buy your first home. So far I have submitted a lot of the information they are needing from me with a proper timely manner. As of now I have been given the information I need to proceed with my purchase. I said at the beginning when I took the first class online and I'll say it again, it's like having an angel on earth. Thank you NACA for helping me find my forever home in the location I always dreamed of.

It has been a great experience thus far from the initial workshop. Very informational, gathering all the information needed to better arm myself with knowledge to be a more smarter house buyer. Preparing all the documents needed for some, can be tedious but if you really want it there will be no excuses. Stop making excuses and join NACA join an organization that wants you to truly have the house of your dreams.

My wife told me about the Naca program last year in November of 2022 she attended a workshop I was unable to attend. She came home so excited and ready to start. Here it is April and so for the program is going smooth. It feels good to see your wife Happy accomplishing our biggest dream,I would definitely recommend the Naca program to anyone who is looking to be a first time home owner No down payment or closing costs.

I do not know how to thank my friend who referred me Naca. People are patient. They respond to all your questions. The help and guidance I'm receiving along the way is amazing. I'm very thankful and excited for what to come.

This is a great opportunity and great program for first time home buyers. Counseling sessions are very informative. You get one on one assistance with an HUD Certified Housing Counselor who helps you to prepare to buy a home and shows you how to build your credit, budget your money, and have a higher chance at getting your dream home. In this program, you'll never feel alone. There's a group of experts there to help you step by step until you achieve your goal. Overall, great program and great experience! I've been working on it for a few months now. I got my first appointment within a week, and all staffs are very cooperative and helpful. The counselor is excellent and helps me a lot. I am pleased with how the process is going yet. All went smoothly. The counselor was particular about what was expected of us and what we wanted to do next to move forward. I am so glad to join this incredible team.

We were referred to NACA by our agent and participated in a couple of online seminars. We liked what NACA stands for and how they help minorities realize their dream of home ownership. We became members and are in the process of of compiling and uploading the required documentation. We have our counseling appointment scheduled this week. It's a rigorous process, however the resources to assist and answer questions have made it manageable. Once approved, the work begins to find the home of your dreams! We're thankful for NACA's advocacy and will volunteer to support their efforts.

Naca.com has helped me with advise on how to obtain a mortgage in order to purchase a home. They also have no closing cost and your credit score doesn't matter as long as you are making on time payments now. They offer low interest rates compared to everyone else. If your having a hard time

I first heard about this program on a radio station I used to listen to. So I decided to give it a shot during the pandemic in August 2020. Due to high credit cards debt and want to get a decent place to call my own, I'm still working in the process after 1 year. I would recommend that everyone to be patient and follow the advice of their counselor. I cannot say too much as I'm not done with the process yet. After the process, I will update my review.

For anyone that qualifies to use NACA, why would you not. I honestly believed it was too good to be true. This program has been a godsend. I started only thinking about the benefits I would receive once I qualify but I have learned so much during the process about budgeting and finances in general. I have recommended this program to everyone who has told me they're looking to purchase a home. Only thing I would say is be patient and your blessings will come.

NACA is helping me to improve on budgeting and overall improving my financial literacy. They offer great incentives to people looking to achieve their dreams in home ownership. The guidance they give really makes the dream achievable.

I am in the process of obtaining a home through NACA and the process has been great! Everyone is very helpful and prepare you to successfully navigate the program. I love NACA! This is an amazing program not only do they help you through the process of buying your home but help you manage your spending! They have resources and tools that are very useful! We are more than half way thru the N. A. C. A. program. Looking forward to becoming a home owner, with the help of our counselor we will get there. It can be frustrating from time to time but well worth it in the end.

I just begin my journey with Naca and I'm excited to become a 1st time home owner. No closing costs and no credit score credit history is what will help me with this process. I have told my family members which are now researching home ownership through Naca. My mortgage counselor Antonio is very knowledgeable and was honest and up front. Yes you do have to work and be discipline but the reward is home ownership. I am excited to finally have my dreams come true.

I was informed about the neighborhood assistance corporation of America from a family member who posted about it in their social media page. After reviewing their website and already talking to many lenders, I truly thought that the program had to be too good to be true. The option for no down payment no PMI, and no closing costs gave my wife and I the ability to actually have the funds to purchase a home instead of waiting another year to save. We are almost finished with the counseling process now, and are looking forward to actually owning a home!

My sister who is Spanish speaking had a terrible experience. She got the run around from her Representative. She provided supporting documents several times and had to call several times to follow up to no avail. They unresponsive and provided terrible customer service. Needless to say a year later and still waiting for guidance and approval of her loan.

New to NACA, started the programs many months ago, I'm guessing due to the pandemic the process is very slow. Also learning to be organized with paperwork, cause will need a lot to keep track, something I never did before. I really want my own home, I hope naca can help me get it. Definitely need to be patience
