A friend of mine told me about NACA that she found in a video on youtube. Filling out the application was pretty easy, and when I had my first appointment, I realized I had the right person to fight for me. They are more interested in getting me a home I can keep instead of just a house I may lose in the future. The lady who spoke to me was very patient, answered all my questions, and gave me all the needed information. At this level of the process, I would have been closer to getting my dream home if I had all the required information.

Sometimes the qualification process becomes cumbersome and overwhelming and all you need is a word from someone who has gone through the process. The community has been of great help in this regard. They have helped me to stay focus and keep my eyes on the prize, which is too great compared to the qualification process. Thanks to the community.

I'm still in the process of trying to get all my paperwork in order with NACCA program. So far I like how the make the approval process will simple and step by step. I like how they do check all your financial backgrounds in order to see if you can afford to buy house from the first place. I do warn folks out there that sometimes your appointment might get delayed from time to time due to some counseling short staff with the NACCA service. Their interest rate is the slowest out there by miles.

Started NACA in 2022. Have been working consistently with my mortgage counselor who is knowledgeable about everything I need to know. It has been time consuming but staying persistent and determined to reach the end goal!

I started my NACA process 11/2021 and I'm glad I did. This process has been going well. Doing what I've been assigned to do. I have an amazing counselor Mr. Kevin M. He set up a great action plan for me, good communication, always on time and hopefully I'll be purchasing my new home in the next couple months.

NACA is a fantastic program for 1st time homebuyers. They offer much more affordable rates with the possibility of little to no down payment and no closing costs. Counselors are helpful and really educate you on learning whether u can actually afford it. But lots and lots of paperwork so be prepared. Going through the process right now. I'm hopeful!

Naca has been a great help to me. They have been very helpful in guiding me through the home buying process as a first time purchaser with no idea of how to go about this process. It also helps that you do not have to make a down payment and their process is practically free as you only have to pay a small membership fee of $25. This is a great opportunity and with out them I don't think I would be able to become a home owner. Try them out. They get a thumbs up from me.

NACA has been one of the few organizations that has really helped me tirelessly throughout the homebuying process. Not only do they assist with grants, provide financial guidance, they also encourage you along the way. It may be a long process but its definitely worthwhile and I would recommend this program to everyone looking to purchase a home.

I needed a home-buying program that can assist me step-by-step in purchasing a home. I signed up for Naca, completed the workshop, scheduled my 1st appointment which was 5 months later. So far, NACA has helped me to save money every month in preparation for a new mortgage payment. I also like the fact that they don't go by your credit score but they do analyze your credit profile. So as long as you make timely payments and you don't have any derogatory marks then your are good. I still feel like I am in the begining process, although it has been 7 months since I have attended the workshop. I am patience will try to stick through it. It's no down payment or closing cost so that is a great incentive!

Ms. Ellen Petersen has been very helpful and efficient in assisting me. She is very knowledgeable about her work and has given me the best course of action in which I will be able to achieve my objective. I have no doubt in referring other clients to her. Racquel Anderson

My first counselor meeting I was nervous and when I Nicole Donald starting talking to me I told her I was nervous she told me don't be. It ok a lot of people who I talk to feel the same way.Just relax.She started going over things I had to do thing she want me too do. I am excited to start my NACA journey. After attending the workshop, getting my ID and starting the process, I can honestly say that i feel real good about the program. The NACA program has a lot of great information. The team takes pride in making sure that you have all the information to go through the process. If you are considering purchasing a home, please look at what NACA has to offer. It will change your life.

My wife and I are currently working with our NACA Counselor and so far the experience has been great. They are very clear on everything you need to provide in order to keep the ball rolling. It's a lot of paperwork, but totally worth it. We are thrilled!

People may say NACA process takes longer than expected but I beg to differ. NACA process all depends on the individual current financial state and living arrangement. Your living habits is just as important when trying to become a homeowner. This program has taught me great patience and understanding throughout my entire process. I would recommend anyone whether purchasing a home for the first time and/or already a homeowner.

So I am currently going through the process with NACA. So far there aren't any red flags. There is a lot of work but that is expected when trying to purchase your dream home. The agents are nice and willing to help in anyway possible. Once I reach my end goal I will do another update.

I love that NACA doesn't require what traditional lenders do for qualification. They truly offer great incentives! The program teaches you to build healthy habits to keep your home which is commendable. The home buying process with Naca takes some time but my counselor has been great.
