I think that NACA is a really helpful program for those who earn a low income. I have not too long started the process and it looks like a very good program. I hope to get qualified soon so I can purchase my own home. My counsellor is an excellent person and I have faith and trust that she will help me to be a homeowner soon. Thank you so much NACA for helping people to own a home!
I am currently here at the NACA event in Richmond, VA and Ms. Ellen Petersen has been so helpful. So far, she has gone through my files, asked clarifying questions and helped me to gather important information to clear up discrepancies on the spot. My experience has been very pleasant and not as anxiety provoking as I thought it would be. I cannot wait to get to the place where I am finally in my own space, thank you Ellen for being so kind and working with me.
When I arrived on my 1st meeting, on the room next door there was a family excited about their home purchase. Before this program, I thought it would be impossible to become a homeowner, but this program makes it possible. I've searched with realtors, programs, and all haven't been as helpful and service full as NACA has. Besides the fact that you don't have to do a down payment, and no closing costs, they also provide amazing service and helpful tools to track your spendings and make sure you are successful in finalizing your home ownership journey. You just need patience, and to endure through all the paperwork, and time you will be asked for. I'm still on my journey and it has paid off! Will provide an update as soon as we cross the finish line!
Currently going through the intake process with Naca. It's not easy due to all the required information. Stay ahead of the game by making sure you are thorough with your documentation and have plenty of patience. I am looking forward to the reward at the end. My recommendation is to stay the course.
I started NACA in January with my husband. At first I was skeptical about the program because it sounded too good to be true, but it works! I am in the final stages and should be moving into my new home next month. Connie in Little Rock is the absolute best and I would not have made it this far if it was not for her patience and care. I recommend this program!
Greetings,

Everyone should try this program. This program is so amazing! It helps you be very organized and prepares you for everything that you need to prepare for purchasing a home. You have so many resources at your finger tips.
This is an awesome program that considers low to moderate-income earners. It seems as though the process will be overwhelming based on the documents required but if you do your due diligence, you will find out this is an awesome and accommodating program. I am super impressed with the level of professionalism of my mortgage counselor Ms. Natalie. She is very respectful and takes her time to explain things, always helpful and supportive. Generally, I will recommend the NACA program to friends and families. I look forward to my dream home God bless NACA in Jesus' name Amen.
I'm so excited about my journey with Naca into becoming a first-time home buyer. My counselor Redman is a very big help also a part of my life now. I have already told my friends about Naca program. Redman means business, upfront, respectful, patient, helpful, great communication, good customer service skills, amazing spirit and she stays on my tail. I look forward to starting home searching and closing soon...
This is a greet mortgage opportunity for me and other people. It is wise to work with them because they don't ask you to pay down payment and closing cost, but they require you great payment history and good saving hobbit. Also, the Counselor is very friendly and help full.
This is a good website to use if you wanna be a home owner. The requirements aren't too much and the programs are simple to understand. The only problem is that the process can be extremely long and tedious with some unfortunate problems lacking from proper communication or foreshadowing. Its possible to have it as short as 3 months but on average you are likely to spend 9 months to 2 years working on this process before even getting to the looking for a home phase. If you can weather the storm and have the patience then this is the site for you.
I first learned about this organization from a friend who did a zoom call workshop discussing different programs. I found out about this home buying program, no down payment, no closing costs, no private mortgage insurance, and no fees; they don't look at credit scores and can help people become homeowners. After taking it with my friend who personally went through this program. I thought this was the best option for me. I recently started my process on July 12th already started the process, and I was linked to a great counselor. I'm looking forward to becoming a future homeowner for the first time.
Starting my Naca journey to my very own home again. Going through the program with Mr. Clarke! So kind and knows what he is talking about. What a great program with no closing costs and no down payments! Super excited!

I have been going through the process now for a year. They seem to want to help you as long as it takes. You just have to be patient and have everything they ask for ready or willing to get, to get it going faster. You gotta want it how ever long it takes, thats my opinion I will give an up date when ever I'm done with my process.
I met with Ms. Jonnitha Clark today. She was incredibly patient, helpful and encouraging. Before we started the meeting I felt overwhelmed and discouraged. After our appointment ended, I felt confident and excited about my NACA experience. Thank you again NACA for making such a difference in the lives of those who need a helping hand. God bless you!
NACA is the only corporation I've seen that truly wants to help new homebuyers qualify and get into their dream homes. All of the staff are very nice and knowledgeable. They take the time to help you through the process. I highly recommend that new homebuyers take advantage of this program. A-1 in my book.
I have an intake session on March 11th but so far the process has been pretty straight forward. They really do give you the resources to know exactly what to be prepared for and set your expectations. For a first time homebuyer where the process is completely overwhelming, having a workbook laying everything out & so many resources for questions or concerns is really great.
They are very informative on qualifications for buying a home. The information I received today from Amanda and her team answer all my questions regarding the underling of purchasing a home. Im glad my coworker told me about NACA.

I know naca has been around for years, helping people with managing there finances and preparing them for home ownership. I feel this is a great program to access so I can be successful in home ownership.
My family have not closed just yet. So far the process is going pretty smooth. My counselor is amazing! She's working with me step by step making sure I have everything I need prior to our appointments.
Started the process a few months ago. It took us awhile to get the intake appointment, but the appointment. Went well. The counselor was very clear on what was expected of us and the next steps needed to advance. Despite hearing that there is a lot of time that passes between appointments, I was pleased to get another appointment only a week later. Would highly recommend the experience.

Answer: I decided to go with NACA because they don't consider your credit score and the counselors work with you to become qualified. NACA has made me more diligent with saving money by not spending on wants but needs. This method has strengthen my assets considerably. Also, because you have to volunteer your services as you see fit at least 5x a year which is great because you are giving back to the community. DEE in Far Rockaway
