My name is Rovon and at the age of 45 I'm now buying my first home. It's a my dream house in a great neighborhood that I feel proud to raise my little ones. My wife is happy, as well(bonus). Mr. Wilson my Naca rep has been quite instrumental in making this extremely detailed, long process go thru smoothly. I'm glad I was referred to this program. It has changed my life.

I just started my journey with NACA and my counselor is great. He's been very helpful, informative, responsive and wants to help me succeed and make it thru the approval process. I'm excited and looking forward to being a home own when it's all said and done.

Hi. My name is Sergio. And I've been with NACA since last year. It can get frustrating, but we're not giving up. I like their customer service. If you call you counselor, and she's not available, she always emails me. Her name is Michelle M. She's determined to get us our home. We have our next meeting with her at the end of the month. And we might have to wait a bit more. But time is still going by, and we WILL get our home before Christmas. God willing.

I have been working with NACA for almost a year now and although I was in a rush in the beginning, i now realize that everything takes time. I have waited and waited but finally heard you are ready to proceed to underwriting. The process takes time, but it has definitely been worth the wait.

Over a period of time, I've been working with NACA, and each time I've met with my counselor(s) I've gained traction. Make no mistake, it is a process, but it's well worth the process. They give you an action plan that you're required to follow in order to make sure that you have all your ducks in a row before purchasing your home. I have an amazing counselor who explains what I need which is helpful because I don't feel left out of the loop of my own process. I'm almost rounding the process and heading to the finish line, and I will say that I've learned so much during this process. I'd recommend anyone trust their process and have patience. If you're interested in homeownership, I'd suggest NACA because they definitely prepare you as a home buyer I feel like they set you up to avoid failure. I'm hoping to be complete within the next month or so and will follow up upon completion.~Gordon

As a first time homebuyer, I was so confused and had no idea where to start and what resources were available. I'm so glad that I came across NACA. My experience so far has been great, especially with my mortgage counselor, Melody Coleman, and my realtor, LaCher Wright. Highly recommend NACA!

Horrible experience so far. Now there tell us there no realtors in this area to help us. We found the house we want all is a go, but NACA doesn't even answer the calls. I've try to talk to other realtors to take the 2 hr class with NACA so they can help us and nobody wants to deal with them. I have 3 months to move out and I see no help in site. We have done everything we supposed to do and NACA still no call no show. My wife still have hope with them I don't.

As a first time homeowner, the process of buying a home is very intimidating – especially in this market!. However, NACA has been there every step of the way helping us not only with buying a home but also with saving and making better financial decisions. Our counselor Ms. Ellen Petersen is amazing and we love her!

Since I have been working with Naca, this has been a great experience so far. They have been very informative, friendly and really helpful. They make it very easy to follow the requested steps. I'm very thankful I chose to work with them.

To benefit from the low interest rate, no closing cost, etc among the many other benefits with NACA require resilience and dedication on the part of the prospective homeowner. I was given an action plan by my counselors which is making it easy to follow and submit the required documents. I am closer to becoming a homeowner. Thank you NACA.

I attended a webinar on June 24 at 9:00. It was not put together well and the downtime of waiting for someone to come back on the screen made me frustrated so I logged off. I tried to be patient but we were in the second hour and the presenters were on and off the screen. I'm going to try it again, but from some of the reviews, the document process seems just as prolonged.

I have had an excellent experience with NACA! I am still in the pre-qualification phase, but my counselor, Ellen, has been wonderful and so, so helpful. NACA's workshop and set-up with a NACA counselor (I was lucky enough to work with Ellen!) is making me feel more prepared than ever to become a homeowner- something I never thought would be in my future. I am very, very grateful to NACA for this support and empowerment and to Ellen for her patience and knowledge! I HIGHLY recommend participating in NACA's program.

I really dislike they make you give a report before the process is completed. I had a lady by the name of G.Washington assisting me with the process. As the process keep going the underwriter was denied my stuff when I had everything in the packet and anytime the counselor told me to fix something I did right away. It has beend a few months since I heard from them. I just want others people to know don't give up on your process. Do your part and find a new counselor. If not find a different program. BUT DONT GIVE UP

NACA has been a great experience for my wife and me so far. We've been looking for a home and just haven't been able to save enough with student loan payments as our only debt. Our counselor has been very helpful, and we're almost approved! It's a great system if you come into it organized and ready to work.

NACA is the best Home buyer Program.it is slow and will take some times to get what we want I like to say to everyone be patient and you will be glade on your decisions!
I have been on this program about four month, also I am almost done!.

The program has been such a big help for me not only does it assistance in the home being process but helps me in my finical area, I was able to start budgeting way better than I have, its an awesome program recommend it to all in my path

NACA is an excellent program for those low to moderate income who can't get traditional lending to buy a home. NACA program has no down payment, closing cost or pmi and don't rely on a credit score. They also help you with budgeting, saving your money and how to clean up your credit. I highly recommend this program, as I am currently in this program to buy my first house.

My husband and I were introduced to NACA several years ago by a realtor we crossed paths with. My dream has always been to own a home to raise my kids in. With this program there is no down payment, no closing costs, no private mortgage insurance, no fees, and credit isn't a factor to help people become homeowners. It's the best mortgage program out there. Our counselor has been very helpful in answering all our questions and guiding us through the process. I am looking forward to going through the full process and becoming a homeowner.

My husband and I just started the process and are looking forward to getting approved soon for our new house. Our intake session was great and the counselor answered all our questions. This process will save us so much money. We are so excited!
