If they are agood service to use, why do they lock you in for 6 months? Month to month would be the way to go. I have heard terrible things about this company. Anyone would like to comment on here about them? They do not have a customer service number to call.
I've had my Homes.com account since Jan. Looks good on first blush. Search tools seem good and quality seems good. The site looks amazing, but don't count on it to generate real leads. For search, it does use IDX. My clients said the search tool was good. The single page website is good. Been receiving leads for months. 100% of these leads only want to communicate from What'sApp or Instagram. When I say those are unsecured, they no longer talk to me. I don't plan to renew my site. Disappointed I got zero ROI. Hence the 3 stars. Lead capture rate was not good.
I contacted the people at this site (cabinhomes.com) and a representative refer me to a realtor that buy and sell homes. It seems like they probably don't have enough Realtors working in Pennsylvania for the people at this site. They get impatient and arrogant and at times belligerent then the representatives get upset because they don't know the process of buy & selling homes. They advertising Beautiful properties to make their site look good and also lack communication skills. Very horrible experience.
Annie Miller was efficient and very knowledgeable about my questions in regards to what their company has to offer. I am giving Annie 5 stars for her customer service, I've just signed up so will see how we progress.

I'm just getting started with Homes.com. I do hope that it is a good investment. So far all of the customer service professionals have been wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Willing to help me to be a success.

I decided to try Homes.com but only because I think that Katrina was a great salesperson, she told me everything I needed to know about this program and answered every question no matter how small with much detail.

Very satisfied with John's knowledge of my market area, and he was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I've tried several programs like this in the past without much success. I'm really hoping this one works!

Stephanie was very helpful! Clear, concise, and was about to show grace and patience while my business partner and I tried to understand at the same time and had repetitive last minute questions. She kept joy in her voice, and never made us feel anything less than taken care of.

Homes.com has designed great tools and excellent service people to help agents get the most out of what they offer. I feel informed about the latest products but not pressured to buy more than I need. Glad to be a customer!

What can I say, I thoroughly enjoy speaking to Cate when I call in with a problem/question. She is patient, professional, helpful and makes me laugh through the experience of having senior moments (forgetting what to do - LOL)...! If you had a rating system from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest), I would give her 100% - A++++++. I can't thank her enough.

I can't comment on how well the product works as of yet, since we are just getting started, but we are very hopeful that it is as effective as it seems. As for my customer service experience, that I can say has been very good so far. Monet Teague first reached out to me approximately 8 or more months ago, and continued to follow up in a very respectful and diligent manner for many months. She has been patient through all my questioning, and provided me with all the information I requested, and put together a package for us that we feel good about & have high hopes for.

I have spoken with two nice representatives of Homes.com today, Caitlin and Alfredo. They seem conscientious and they are helping me. There is no record of my email after I have been on the program paying $219 per month. Also, my old picture is still what is showing up. I never got a Dashboard nor know how to set one up or where to go after 6 months. Everyone that has called me over time is no longer with Homes.com. So don't know who to call. Thanks

Dion kept in contact with me over the course of several months. He was very patient and a terrific listener. He sent me information that I requested and answered my questions as I asked them. I really did not want to sign up for another leads generating subscription, but Dion tailored it to my budget. He is a valuable source at Homes.com.

I just signed up for a couple zip codes today. John was very helpful and friendly. I like the fact that I can try this for 90 days and re-assess whether or not it's of value. That demonstrates confidence in a product, rather than the high pressure, demanding you sign up for a year with zero guarantees that I've been approached on before.

Anthony was truly a treat. I appreciated is phone etiquette, and timely follow up as quoted. I also like that he did not put me in a "must buy now" pressure situation. If that was the case I would never purchase anything. I appreciate positive attitudes and energy, which Anthony had in spades. I look forward to test driving the Homes.com services.
