Signed up for three months, after multiple attempts to reach them to correct several issues (#1. They did not even list all my listings) they did nothing. Never received one lead either. Terrible attitude, no one cares or calls back. Trying to cancel but they won't answer, acknowledge emails or anything... UGH. I have never written a review but I have never seen such a lack of professionalism. Absolutely terrible.
My representative (Herb) was awesome... I think it actually took a couple weeks to finally sign up. But he was patient, explained the entire service thoroughly and answered every question I had. We found the best plan for me and now I am a happy homes.com client. Thanks Herb for all your help and patience.

Eugene did an excellent job with his guidance and expertise, for matching me with the right programs that are available to me through Homes.com. He not only verbally guided me through the steps and procedures to inform me of what I needed to do, to become a more successful Real Estate Agent with capturing leads through advertisements, but he also went the extra mile to guide me through a visual/hands-on ZOOM presentation using my computer, so that I could actually see it myself. Eugene opened my mind to options that had not been introduced to me, or crossed my mind, as far as generating leads. I am so excited to implement the new programs and suggestions, that Eugene very patiently and professionally recommended for me!

I don't know how I will feel about this product now. I didn't like it the last time we tried it. Perhaps this time it will be different. Thomas was nice. I just sent him a request to answer a few questions. We'll see if he responds (after he's gotten the sale). His rating would be a 4 but homes.com so far in my experience would be a 3 or less. I hope this time proves me wrong.

As an advertiser charged me for double advertising and would not correct. Finally I think I have cancelled however I never received a written confirmation of this I was told by phone it will be cancelled 4/18/18. Called because never got responses to emails. Since they double billed me and said it was my fault will they really cancel? Where do I go then small claims court?

So far, my experience with James has been unique and exceptional. He makes me feel like he really cares about my success. In this industry, it is very important, yet difficult to to find and align one's self with people like him. Am looking forward to help change lives for the better. I just signed up today to get a couple of zip codes. John was really nice and helpful. I like the fact that for 90 days I can try this and re-assess whether it's of benefit or not. Instead of high pressure, this shows trust in a product, asking you to sign up for a year with zero assurances that I've been approached before.
There's an issue where my listings don't populate until after a few days. This is unacceptable, Zillow, realtor.com and many others have my listings up and running immediately. What's the problem?

Jeff's style of selling resonated with me. We as agents get so many calls that try to hard core sell us and that doesn't work with me. He first thanked me for my previous business and presented me with the opportunity to come back. He showed me the options and suggested that I do the premier option. Since both zip codes in my city were available he thought I would have better leads. I appreciate his style and way of selling and I hope that it is a profitable relationship for both of us!

Cindy was great. HOWEVER, I was disappointed that once I signed on for agent local connect, the calls that were promised to walk me thru never came. My texts and calls went unanswered. I had to call CS to rant, & they put me in contact with Cindy. No way to treat agents. Who r bombarded with marketing solutions daily.

Both Frank Moran and Chris Bradbury have been wonderful at helping me understand the program and how to set up everything. I am frustrated with the lack of coordination between the bio section of my dashboard and the presentation section on Homes.com. It is being pursued by Jim and I hope to get good answers in the next few days.

Brennan was very insightful & knowledgeable on what is offered. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and helped me understand everything perfectly! He is not pushy, and does his job very, very well. Usually I dread talking to the sales people that sell leads from the other companies, however he does not fit into that category!

I paid for zip codes and concierge. Concierge service was a joke, very poor phone call handling which send caller to voice mails after waiting for minutes. I requested to cancel that useless concierge service. They never updated my phone number to display the correct one. I paid 2 months of advertisement for nothing. Not to mentioned that NO LEADS. Save your money, time and stress. Dont spend money on this.

I heard from others that this was a disaster... I told the sales rep and he promised me that they had improved. Said... Let's try it for a 3 month period. He was good! I said OK... NOW trying to get any customer service to respond to me is like going into a black hole. I have ZERO return for my investment! It's absurd how bad it is! STAY AWAY! It's a WASTE of money!

Very prompt and pleasant voice. I will recommend ALWAYS because need help financial and in marketing. Trying my best get back up and out their again. It has been hard trying market when you dont have funds when you fall down and get back up again. I pray for increase in real estate and everyone with Homes. Only one $85,000 mobile home lead in first 3 weeks! She's is vaguely interested in buying. I was left to believe the number of leads would be significantly more, and I understand that I have upgraded plan to receive live calls, which this one was. I bought the two most active zip codes in Prescott and Prescott valley. Your program is not worth the cost if I only get one lead per month! Jim

Everyone has been nice and said the right things but I'm waiting for a lead. I just tripled my spend so we'll see. Once I see an ROI I'll be back to give 5 stars. The people so far have been 5 star!

Homes.com is a total scam! They say You are the only one under certain zip codes and you will receive concierge service and leads. I tried to cancel after 3 less than first month but was told you signed a contract for 3. Still no leads! Now they want to send me to collections. Totally a scam. Don't fall for their lies!
