I purchased the $1 report for my home, but a few days later was charged $20 for the 60 report subscription. I never signed up for the subscription. However, I'm giving three stars because when I reached out to ask for a refund and get my subscription canceled, it was provided promptly. Really didn't use it but a couple times.& really didn't know how to menuver around on it.(not very user friendly)as far as finding member dashboard(or info on ur'self (so to speak).to check on how to log in/out,how to cancel.etc... U have it(& can do it)it just not user friendly to locate it... Need a more visable(selection)box & it needs to be more up top in the right or left.just my opinion.🤷.but all in all...it gives u everything u ask for if u want to find out about a property,who in it,etc...👍...
I requested records on a property and paid the $1 fee but than was charged $20 for a package discount I didn't need. Support said I may have accidentally subscribed but I didn't see any information about any plans when I checked out. You might need to make it clear enough to further customers upon checking out. I would have rated a 5 star except for the unexpected charges as the report I received was through and precise.

Very surprised at how much information I was able to access on my home as well as others around me. The time came for me to cancel and it was a very easy process.

I was given a full refund after asking, so I can't really complain - except it should be clearer about the enrollment. Heck, there is even a YouTube video on the issue!
