First of all your website is difficult and confusing. I on accident signed up for a continual monthly service but what I was trying to do is just get information one time on my home.
Thankfully, the person helping me was very kind and informative on getting me removed from the monthly charges. It was fast with no hassle.
I ordered a property report and received it within a few minutes. Then, a week later my credit card was charged an extra $20 because I inadvertently checked a wrong block on the app. Sent an email to Andy, who promptly replied and would credit back the $20 (no questions asked)
Answer: I had better NOT be charged $18.95 for accessing this website!
Answer: Yes. The website says one dollar, but the charge on my account is thirty dollars.
Answer: I got charged 30. I can't remember agreeing to this.
Answer: I thought the charge was $1.00 for the report, I don't want to be billed $18.95, if this is the case, cancel my order.
