Wanted owner information and history of house, information recieved was not accurate as also there was no history of home given
Review showed exactly what it should have from 1999 when this house was built, to current owner in2020.
Review was fine but I wanted the APN number and it does not provide that. Otherwise, its a thorough report.
Very helpful in valuing my homes worth. Can use it to avoid paying PMI insurance by refinancing. Good report
The information helped me with the questions I needed to answer on my Tax Return that delt with the sale of my house
