I wanted to see what I could find on my home. The report was generated very quickly and a summary was emailed to me in PDF format. I accidentally ended up with 2 reports and they were happy to refund me the cost of the second report sent in error. Most of the information is correct. I does show a person living here that doesn't. Which probably id the reason we get Junk mail addressed to this individual.

I saw a charge of 20 dollars on my account I didn't not authorize a package of any sort, the customer service was very helpful and identified what the charge was and refunded it
Answers are not immediate via chat. Any extra information not given has to be requested to a data specialist who emails you data or instructions to get the information. Downloading documents are not able to be opened without being the account holder
I used this one time got everything i needed accidently had signed up to a monthly payment account but i got a full refund when i noticed about the account
I did not read all of the sign up information closely and missed the recurring fee part. Cancelled membership and cancelation was smooth and complication free.

It did give property details that I was seeking but not the actual details that I needed I think the site could be updated then it would be perfect to use
