We had an outstanding experience today with The First Group, and we are thrilled to share our feedback. From start to finish, the team demonstrated remarkable professionalism, hospitality, and expertise. A special mention goes to El Sayed, who guided us through the tour with incredible knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm. He ensured we felt comfortable and well-informed at every stage, leaving no question unanswered. His dedication truly made the experience seamless and enjoyable.
We were also privileged to meet the big boss, Mr. El Sheikh, whose charisma and vision left a lasting impression on us. His leadership and passion for excellence reflect in every aspect of the company, and it was inspiring to see firsthand.

I wanted to book in June 2025. However, it did not give me a choice, even when it was within the twelve-month time slot from the date of the purchase. This is not ideal. I did send an e-mail, but nothing was actioned.

Everything was great except the final person who seemed too jump to judgements too fast. I understand selling techniques but I think it would benefit the relationship greatly if one doesn't leave with a bad taste in the end. My recommendation would be to offer the customer whatever you want to offer and also offer them a bit of breathing space if they ask for it. If they want to think about it, encourage them to think about it instead of looking disappointed and dejected. Keep the same welcoming demeanor, this will make the potential client more relaxed and trusting. I usually do not write reviews but I think it was due because first group put in a lot of effort so I'm extending the courtesy back. Hope this helps.

انا لو اعلم ان هناك سيكون عرض اخر بمده مفتوحه انا لم اكن لا اشترك بهذا العرض المحدد المدة و خصوصا انه تم عرضه علي في شهر رمضان و بعدها الاعياد و الجو عادة حار في دبي، لا احب السفر لدبي الا في شهر فبراير او مارس اما شهر ٤-٥-٦-٧-٨-٩ فهذه اشهر حاره جدا
الا اني تورطت في هذا العرض و اعتبره خساره فادحة لي.
