My good experience started before I even made the purchase. I received a call from the company asking if I had any questions about the item I was looking at. This representative was very helpful and made the decision process much easier. The items arrived well before expected and were very well packaged and easy to assemble. The comfort, quality and ease of use goes well beyond expectations. While I hope it will be a long time before I need another, I will be ordering from this store again...

I am absolutely IN LOVE with our order. We purchased a 3 seater and a two seater. I also bought the phone/tablet holder. That alone puts the purchase above and beyond. My husband loves it. I now went and ordered a few more phone/tablet holders and brown tables. LOVE THEM!
If we don't want them - we put them in the arm storage section.
Customer service is TOP NOTCH!
I have never been so happy.

I just hope if something would go wrong - they stand behind their product.
I would purchase again without hesitation.

Got to say that the decision as a family to get a home theater room built in th basement was a great one now that i am sitting in it enjoying my seats. The whole process was a little more painful than i anticipated from the perspective of getting the room setup and getting all the technical aspects the way they have to be. Get ready to be patient and find a good electrician. When it came to seating i had seen the octane turbos at a Super Bowl party and they looked better than great so it was an easy call for me. Seats were shipped by Tom my sales person and now they reside in my home theater and the whole experience was a good one right from the beginning.

This was my first experience spending over $2000 online! It was very scary... especially due to the fact that i was buying a row of theater seats which I would generally want to sit in first. The staff were knowledgable and professional but the delivery was frustrating... the delivery company was late even though we scheduled a time. Products are very comfortable but be sure to request the upgraded delivery service or else you will have to carry this furniture yourself into your home from the front door - something that was never mentioned to me when i bought the seats.

Ok, So were old school & buying such an item as Theatre Seating without giving it a try,
Not in our playbook. But seriously, this was a fantastic experience.
Ordering was easy, confirmations were spot on, the delivery to the Northeast exceeded expectations.
On-time as scheduled, our 3 seater was unloaded expeditiously by really nice guys to our total satisfaction. The guys set up everything, gave it a test drive and gave us a tutorial, were good.

I recently purchased two three seat rows of black leather Octane theater seating. The seats arrived as scheduled and my family and I could not be happier with our purchase. The delivery men put the seats where we wanted, took away all the packing material, and made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. The seats are beautiful and very comfortable! We had an issue with one of the wine glass holders we purchased as it would not go together. I called customer service and Shara Jennett, the customer service manager who took my call was simply outstanding. She asked that I send her a picture of the wine glass holder with a few words about the issue which I did. Within a week I had a replacement holder. Shara was completely focused on making sure I was taken care of. A simply wonderful customer experience!
