I have to say, the delivery service was absolutely fantastic. From phone calls to making sure we received our items ahead of time with such great professionalism.
Fine delivery, easy to set up, very comfortable. I wish the recline controls were on the arm rather than a separate control.
Their theater room packages made it easier for me and my husband to have our own private theater without the expensive cost. They take care of everything from the hidden speakers down to the foundation. We did not need to hire an interior designer just to make sure that we get the look that we are going for. They even offer a proscenium which fits out screen very nicely.
The style, for us, is very modern yet very nostalgic of the nice-looking cinemas that were very popular a couple of years back. Because of the theater package that we ordered, we are now proud to invite other people to watch movies with us. We also had a place where me and my husband can just lounge and get away from the kids for a few hours.
We also liked the idea that we had a say on the individual pieces that were going to be incorporated in your theater. This allowed my husband to pick actual pieces that we liked which made the room even cozier since it showed our own personal style aesthetic. Their friendly sales experts also made it easy for us to find the pieces that mesh well with what we were going for.
I have emailed customer service several times about my previous order and never received any response. The site is pretty good, but my experience with the delivery and follow-up has been less than satisfactory.
Product is excellent. Poor communication on front end with ordering the product. Too many calling me to verify my order when it should be one person. The other person didn't know I was speaking with someone else. I received 4 calls to confirm even after I confirmed.
I expected the soft leather chairs sound in Best Buy as they referred me to the site. The installers installed incorrectly but a friend was able to figure out positoning for 3 and 2 layout. Chairs are comfortable and serve our purpose perfectly. I'm not certain why they were so expensive.
Checkout was easy, and I got a great price by ordering after the new year. I do have to say that I wish for orders that aren't in stock, they would keep in touch with updates.
When I got to week 8 of an 8-10 week delivery estimate, I contacted them and was told my order would not be delivered until April. That would have been 16 weeks! I am very thankful to Josh in customer service, he spoke to the warehouse and got my order expedited. A little over a week later I had my chair.
I got an email to call to complete my order. That was odd don't know why you didn't call me if there was an issue. I did call left a message, never got a returned call. Emailed customer service a week later. The reply was what you ordered does not really need confirmation so I am releasing it.
One of my seats is cut on the in front bottom corner of the back cushions and on the inside where the back connects to the front. You can't see the large cut where they join but the hole in the cushion can be seen in the corner. The delivery was the worst shipping I have ever experienced. I am scared to ever order anything again because I might end up with island deliveries in MN. The chairs themselves are very nice and match my expectations.
I understood my units were going to be individual units but I wasn't aware they would only have one arm. Since they are not fixed to each other it's very hard to get them all aligned equally. If they are not just right they make a lot of noise reclining from the leather rubbing on the next chair since it shares the next chair's arm.
I was told that if I had two rows of 4 theater seat chairs that I would not need a platform for the back roll. This is not true. If I sit in the chairs in the second row I cannot see over the front row chairs.
In order to see the floor to ceiling and wall to wall image approximately 16 feet wide by 8 feet high, I will have to build a platform for the back row to sit upon.
Also the delivery company did not call me but sent me a email or text which I don't check it often. Therefore they showed up to the house without my knowledge and I was not home to take the delivery. I think they should have called. Eventually I think the next day or two I did get the delivery, but it did cause some additional stress and consternation.
However, All Things Considered we are satisfied with our purchase.

I love my theater seats. I did not like the way they were delivered. I purchased two seats and they were delivered stacked. The truck driver would not take it down to floor level. My daughter and I had to do it. I would suggest paying for the delivery fee which is high. Putting the chairs together is easy. I ordered a table and neck pillow and it took over one month to receive them. All in all I would recommend this company. I saved quite a bit of money for these chairs.
I was disappointed in the miscommunication about when my order would ship. I placed the order and received an email saying that my order was confirmed and would ship out in 10 to 14 days. I then get a phone call and email saying that I needed to call the Theatre store to confirm the order. Don't send an email confirming the order and providing a ship date and then communicate that I need to call in to confirm.
I received the item which was a present for my disabled wife. She did not like how it fit/felt and I returned it which was received at the company on Sept 9th. I contacted customer service on Sept 20th asking for an update and was told that my request had been submitted for processing on the 9th and it would take up to 48 hours, but also added that it might take 2 weeks. Here we are on Sept 30th, and still no refund or contact from the company.
Your Product is very good But your shipping company is REALLY REaLLY bad. I got the email that the shipment arrived 12-12-19 and they would call with in 24 to 48 hours. It did not happen I called and was told it would be delivered the next. Nothing happened Again the same thing I finally called your company and things happened and I got the the next day.

I just received the delivery of the theater seats I purchased today. One seat is not working. The delivery guy said to call *******743. The customer service representative I spoke with was VERY, VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She asked me three times with the same questions, what is wrong with the seat? I answered her three times with the same answers, one of the seats is not working. However, every time she asked me her tone of voice was very mad! And then she hang-up the phone on me!
I have never had such a horrible experience with any company anywhere. This is not an exaggeration, or embellishment on the truth by any means. As a business owner, we order new inventory every day, and we have never had such lip service with absolutely no follow up or effort to resolve the problem. The couch we order for our new office location was more than a month later than it was quoted, and it arrive with no legs! When we called to get this resolved, I asked to have it rushed and they said "well see what we can do". 2 weeks later, I am now calling back as we still do not have legs for our waiting room couch that is sitting on the floor. Avoid at all cost. They are cheap for a reason.
They must use some kind of weird "Genuine Leather" because its trash! Yes I ordered real genuine leather, but I didn't get it. This place sells junk from China and charges a premium price for the junk. If I'd known I never would have bought it!
The chairs came marred and with spots that the company refused to fix after being notified of the problem. They eventually claimed it was my fault and not the "fault of the leather" (their reasoning was that I used the chair and that it failed from light, common use). The warranty therefore wouldn't cover it. More spots continued showing up and the obviously fake leather came apart and wore with extreme ease, even in spots where there was no use (for example on the sides and the back). The seats and cushioning break down quickly as well. Avoid this company at all costs!
Order placed and money accepted 12-2-2019. They probably lost the order because when called about status at expected arrival they said whoops, just another 3 months. Realize about the virus status in China where they are made. Still trying to get answers or reply 6 months later.
Charged full amount at time of order, even though they were only supposed to take a 50% deposit. Attempted to contact numerous times to get corrected. No success. Finally called credit card for chargeback. When chairs arrived 13 weeks later, they sent the wrong seat. Was promised a quick fix. Didn't hear anything for over 2 weeks. Had to follow up again. Now reorder the seats with another 10 week wait. Was promised a call back to tell me shipping timeframe. Nothing. Asked to be called by a supervisor. Nothing. Emailed again. Nothing. Next call to credit card company again. I cannot believe how bad this experience has been... and still is.

Answer: Canada,? Well it took 2 months from Colorado to Utah... so my best guess is a YEAR,!
