Very good website, but not much follow up on the delivery or satisfaction with the products we ordered. Delivery took a long time, but most if this was due to weather challenges during a snowy winter.

Quality and comfort are excellent

Quality and comfort are excellent. Set up was very easy. The only issue I had was a requested delay on shipping as I was called out of town. That didn't happen but I was able to make arrangements easily so no big issue.

I think the problem that I have with the seat topper pillows is that they are much bigger than I anticipated, so not as comfortable to use as I had hoped. Plus, they tend to move since there is no way to anchor them in place.
I should have paid better attention to the specific measurements of the pillows. But I am pretty sure it is too late to send them back.
On a positive note, delivery was quick and a representative even reached out to me to confirm the colors that I had chosen.

Excellent selection, easy ordering. We'll see about delivery.

Received my Octane seating and I am very happy with my purchase. I was a bit skeptical with purchasing on-line and not being able to "test drive" the product. However, these seats meet all of my expectations. Delivery was quick and professional. I would absolutely recommend these to anyone.

Happy we choose top grain leather option & curved, seating plan. Pocket coils in seat cushions a plus. Delivery had a glitch but agent worked with us to get it fixed in timely manner. All pieces arrived excellent condition. In hindsight I would've liked seats with 'move-able' headrests and that were a bit taller (so should've looked at other seats for this reason) in height but these are comfortable enough and fit the bill for our small media room needs

Sales Rep took an order for three identical chairs and processed my PayPal payment immediately. Said it would take 14 - 21 business days for me to receive. I periodically tracked the order on their website and in the status, it stated "In Production." Almost one month of waiting, I contacted the vendor to inquire about delivery date. Customer Service Rep called the manufacturer and learned the item was no longer available. They had been sitting on my order and payment in full, for a month. Customer Service Rep tried to offer me an "upgrade" presented by the manufacturer, but the upgrade actually had a MSRP lower than the original price of the item I ordered. It took multiple follow up phone calls demanding my PayPal refund before they finally processed it. A week later, the Theater Seat Store is STILL showing the item I purchased as "DELIVERS IN 14 to 21 BUSINESS DAYS" despite my calling it to their attention. Buyers beware! DO NOT trust the order status on their on line tracking system and continue to follow up until you receive your order. I personally will NEVER order from them again. They should have paid me interest for the time they were holding on to my payment for furniture that wasn't even being built.

The shopping experience was quick and easy. My complaint is that the 2 snack tables that came with our chairs is horrible materail; does not come clean. Upgraded to aluminum; which are ridiculously overpriced...but should be much better!

AFTER 2 WEEKS OF OWNERSHIP 3 OUT OF 4 ACCESSORY PORTS BECAME LOOSE DUE TO POOR WORKMANSHIP AND DESIGN. I CONTACTED SALLY WHO WAS VERY NICE. SHE SOUNDED LIKE SHE WAS GOING TO HELP ME. I CONTACTED HER IN NOVEMBER AND IT IT NOW ALMOST MARCH AND THEY ARE NOT FIXED AND HAVE GOTTEN WORSE. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE ALL 4 OF MY PORTS DUE TO ITS SLOPPY LOOSE FIT. THE TRAYS TILT AND ITEM FALL OFF. THE SAME PROBLEM IS OBVIOUS WITH A WINE GLASS. 2 PORTS FELL COMPLETELY INTO THE ARM OF THE CHAIR AND HIT THE FLOOR BELOW. TODAY I SPOKE WITH A GENIUS ON THE PHONE SHE SAYS " OH ITS REAL EASY ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS DO IT THEMSELVES! SHE PROCEEDS TO TELL ME "SOME USE LOCTITE TO REMEDY THE POOR WORKMANSHIP FROM THE MANUFACTURER. HER ADMISSION THAT THERE IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM WAS HONEST AND ACCURATE. SO OF YOUR HANDY AND DO NOT MIND FLIPPING YOUR HEAVY FURNITURE OVER NUMEROUS TIMES A YEAR. THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. ITS A SHAME BECAUSE TH MATERIALS USED SEEM TO BE TOP QUALITY BUT THE WORKMANSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOW QUALITY. I ASKED DO YOU HAVE AN INSTRUCTION SHEET? SHE SAYS NO BUT WE ARE WORKING ON SOME VIDEOS TO SHOW YOU HOW TO SERVICE OUR PRODUCTS YOURSELF! REALLY?!.

I have to admit that I was nervous ordering seats I had never seen or sat in before online. I did a ton of research first and since I only have one store in my city that carries nicer theater seating, I had one option to buy online.

First, the seats came packed in small enough boxes that I could get them to my upstairs "Man Cave" by myself. This is huge since I need help to get the old cheap ones out. They were super simple to unpack and assemble and I was shocked at how awesome the Octane Nitro Seats are. These chairs are super comfortable and the extras are great too. I got the trays that attach to the chair which are full swivel and a great place to put my iPad and some snacks.

After all is said and done, If I ever need to buy seats again, I will do online right from the start and come back here to do it. I even got the seats on sale. Thanks guys.

My only issue with the entire process was concerning delivery. After completing payment I was told I would receive a call to schedule delivery. Instead, I was called one morning by a delivery driver who indicated he was on his way to my house. I was unable to be home for the delivery, and was only able to allow the driver to put the boxes in my garage because I had a contractor there working on the basement. Fortunately for me it worked out, but in general I believe that is an absolutely unacceptable situation. On a more positive note, the seats are exactly what I thought they would be and probably even more comfortable than anticipated.

Originally intended to purchase a set of SeatCraft off of Amazon... but after reading reviews changed our minds and sought another manufacturer and came across "The Theater Seat Store".
Called to make sure the problems associated with SeatCraft purchases weren't the same with this company and they were not.

First concern was shipping where other companies did shipping would only dump it at the curb side of the home and say "Later Dud", and if the warrantee was more than a year for construction, motors, and leather quality.

Our salesman Tom listened to all our concerns, pointed out the differences between the construction, leather quality, motor mechanism in comparison to their competitors. Stated their leather was not the cheap Chinese quality, and that the motors were Swiss made and not Chinese as well, their extended warrantee was for five years, not one, add would include even damage that could occur by our mistake.

We had several other questions that came up after we initally called Tom and had time to disguss amoungst ourselves about our selection. Tom gave us his direct phone number which we called three more times, and each time he answered or called us back immediately. We gave Tom the sale, and he followed up with calls and eMails after the sale to us until we received our chairs.

We paid for white glove service and that is exactly what. We received. Delivery was prompt within 6 days of payment, they shipping company contacted us right a way lined up day and time, delivery driver contacted us 30 minutes before arrival and within the specified time slot promised. They took the chairs out of the packaging and crating, brought it in our home, assembled it, and then took all the shipping waste with them. Kind, courteous, prompt, clean and respectful. Just what we expected.

I would highly recommend purchasing through The Theater Seat Store without and reservations.

Ordered without any issues

Ordered without any issues. They delivered when they said they would. Haven't gotten the chairs set up yet since my theater room isn't totally done yet. Likely will be more excited when I'm actually sitting in the chairs. Soon!

Broken theater seat was delivered on June 9

Hello All,

Don't make big mistakes ordering furniture from theater seat store or seat up or Interior Mark LLC they are same company.

I ordered four theater seats on May 22,2022, and Theater seat store(Interior Mark LLC) delivered to my home address with one of the seat right arm broken on delivery June 09,2022, on the same day and same hour of the delivery itself I called Theater seat store support and told on delivery that one of the Octane seat box is damaged with crush box and sent video and multiple photo. From there onwards myself and my wife keeping on calling and sending emails to replace the seat and Theater seat store support told they will fix the with new parts, since than there's no update on seat fix or replacement till today.

My advice and recommendation, please don't buy or order from theater seat store(InteriorMarl LLC), there support is horrible, they don't care to respond your emails or phone calls. Days passed no response from them till today June 21,2022, your money is put on broken seat, where you are expecting brand Octane seat, thinking to enjoy your purchase.

No issues with your storebtye online the support etc all went very well and was an easy transaction. My only issue is the actual chair I really don't like it in fact I'm not sitting in a chair I just spent $800 on. I read hundreds of reviews and only one said it was firm and well to me it's plain old too hard and firm not a very cozy comfort chair.

I picked the octane xl 750

I picked the octane xl 750. They are very nice, I was extremely concerned ordering seats I've never sat in before. The price was almost a thousand dollars less than the local price. Delivery was not the easiest though. The company contracted to deliver screwed me over. I wasted a vacation day as well as gave up 350 in overtime to be home for delivery. They never showed up and weren't too concerned about it. The customer service rep Katherine Porter was very concerned and made arrangements with another company to deliver my stuff a day later, as well as refunding a sizable amount of money for the error. I appreciated it very much. I was not easy to deal with yet she remained calm. I made it a challenge for sure. Thank you again, I love my chairs.
