I was anxious to buy my first set of theater chairs, but was concerned to buy without seeing them in person or sitting in them before purchasing. Tom did a great job of determining what I was looking for and guiding me to the right model and helped me get comfortable with the product without sitting in it based on the history of the customer satisfaction with the model. He was right and I really like my chairs.
Octane Dream: Excellent seat. European car leather, matte finish. Firm cushion. Excellent lumbar support. Wider than leather recliners in the movie theaters I go to. Love the adjusting headrest and 2 USB ports. Minor suggestion: The manufacturer should consider an additional button to light the cup holders separate from the bottom light bar.
Customer Service: In general terms, friendly & easy to deal with. Sally was FANTASTIC! She was empathetic when addressing my concerns. She sent parts and instructions right away. Her customer service skills was above and beyond what I normally received from other stores such as dept. stores, auto dealerships, repair shops, etc.

I ordered 7 of the HR Flex. One of the chairs was damaged during shipping. All it took was a picture and an email to customer service and a replacement was sent immediately. Very happy with the quality of the chairs and equally happy with the customer service I received. They absolutely stand by their product. Never had to chase them, as they followed up every step of the way.
Everything went as planned, I ordered my chairs and they delivered to my house in perfect condition and even put them together for me even though I didn't pay for that service. Very comfortable and family is very happy.
I love the theater seats. They look great in my theater room. The website helped me to make the best decision of type and size. The seats fit perfectly in the room, with room to spare on each side. I may even purchase another row down the line, as well as the platforms for my first initial row.
The only issue I had was the shipping. It took longer than expected, but I blame that on COVID-19 and the shipping company.

Your product was delivered in proper time. Your guest service reps were amazing. I had to repeatedly call myself for delivery and was given very rude treatment by the delivery service. I would have someone else represent your delivery of product if I were you.
It took a long time to figure out where the articles I wanted where to be found. It was really hard just searching, and finding the correct match for my light and table.
Eventually, I figured it out.
But it took me at least an hour or more to know which one was the correct item for my seats.
When I did, I was able to purchase them, and they took a while to get here, but they are perfect for what I wanted.
They work great and I love them.

Easy ordering process, but the shipping took really long and once it was finally delivered the silicone bead packaging was busted in 2 of the boxes and was a complete mess and was all over 2 of the 5 chairs we purchased.
I purchased my set of four Theater Seats and accessories from the theaterseatstore about 3 years ago. My wife and I were very happy with the seats, accessories, and the service. I plan to purchase a fifth chair in the near future.
The website needs to be able to apply better filters while shopping for specific items. But the overall experience was good. Items were great. Checkout was a little confusing as it listed both the individual pieces and full pieces. But overall it was easy and the product is great!
The chairs we received are high-quality and in perfect condition, and the only issue we had was a delivery issue. On the day of delivery, the truck arrived with the back door jammed and the chairs could not be delivered. We had to reschedule for delivery the next day.
The chairs are so comfortable. The chairs are very well made and with the power recline makes finding a comfortable position very easy. I was nervous about ordering without seeing or sitting in them, but based on the reviews went ahead and made the purchase and I am very glad I did.

Not happy with your delivery partner. They called and wanted to deliver the next day. When that didn't work they called back the following day, for the next day. My window was early in the day, 9-1 and the arrived at 5:30. I called several times only to be told my driver was enroute or later, stuck in traffic. Poor planning.
We ordered 7 Leather Theater seats (purchased the Klaussner Twilight Series). We paid for white glove delivery ($150) and 5 year extended warranty ($150). I picked these seats because they were a "Quick Ship" item and was promised delivery in less than 2 weeks. 9 weeks later, we received them! Luis Cedano advised I would receive a $150 credit to my bank account since I did not get the "Quick Ship" delivery. (I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THIS CREDIT AND LUIS HAS NEVER REPLIED TO MULTIPLE EMAILS I'VE SENT HIM NOT WILL HE RETURN ANY PHONE CALLS) Once the seats arrived, I had to BEG the delivery company to honor the white glove delivery service which I paid $150 for. The delivery company then stated that they just received this contract 2 weeks ago and were not clear on what they were required to do for "White Glove Delivery". We had to show them online what was expected of them for the white glove delivery. Once we received the seats and set them in place, Only 4 out of 7 seats footrests were operational (3 don't work at all). Spoke to Elias Balderamma and he asked me to send pictures and explanation of the issues (even though we filled out the delivery ticket form once they were delivered and gave all this information within that form). Sent the email - this was 5 weeks ago and no one will return my emails or phone calls. I've paid over $2700 for inferior goods and poor service. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
I requested and paid for the upgrade: any room delivery. However the shipper they chose to use wouldn't do that so I had to unbox the seats on my front porch and move them upstairs myself then request a refund. The refund request went smoothly though.
Nick Paunovich was our contact for buying the theater seats and was great. Nothing but good to say about him.
Then we had a problem with the tray table we bought separately and we were helped by Kathrine Porter who was also great. Took care of the problem with no effort and we had a replacement almost immediately.
