These guys are cheap and uninterested in providing good service. They sell things they can't deliver and then blame it on transportation issues. If you have it in stock yet, don't sell it! I placed an order in April and after not hearing back from them for 5 weeks I asked for a refund, twice. They didn't respond personally, they had auto-reply emails with no phone number or other way to contact them. I should have checked the customer service information before ordering. Oh, the $0.99 cent mystery is worth $0.99 cents at other places, too. Don't get suckered!
Order product from them, and product description stated they were shipping immediately. After product did not ship for 30 days, I reached out to them for a cancellation. Later that day I received shipment confirmation and tracking number. Very sketchy. The tracking number does not show movements for a week, then finally after a month and 2 weeks of ordering, says it is finally going to deliver this week. All this and no communication from the seller. I would beware of this company's poor business practices.
Stay away from this site. They will tell you on the site product is available. You would be waiting for weeks just to process order only for them to tell you that they don't have it and waiting for supplier. Why take money if you don't have it in their facility anyway!? SCAM! Poor customer service, all automated email. THIS SITE SHOULD BE REPORTED! Just read all the reviews here!
It's impossible to reach employees of company That Daily Deal to ask about the status of the order (N 95 masks). They don't provide phone number and they don't reply on emails. It looks like they stole money from the customers using their needs due coronavirus pandemia.
Company is a joke total scammers. Will rip you off. Made an order almost a month ago have not received anything. They Just took my money and ran
I bought something from That Daily Deal. It still hasn't been shipped. I still don't have a tracking number. The person I spoke with through social media was rude and threatened to cancel my order. They never answer the phone and the chat on their site is never available. Previous items have been shipped over a month late if shipped at all. They won't provide tracking, threatens to cancel orders, rude, have extremely slow shipping and won't answer phone calls.
Not only was my product not sent, my money was stolen and no refund was given. I pleaded with Customer Support as I am in the Reputation Repair business to refund me and if not send me the $1 pair of gloves (they cost me $6) and I will even post a positive review.
Absolutely disgusted and I will ensure other's know not to waste their money.

Save your money, time and frustrations: They are frauds who use one product for photos and their ads, and send you a junk toy. And their customer service is nonexistent.

I placed an order for earrings, they arrived poorly packaged in a tiny envelope. I opened the envelope to find the earrings were damaged and twisted so badly I couldn't wear them. I emailed customer service and received no response. Clearly a scam site.
Bad company, bad customer service, incomplete product sent, do not honor what they write in email. It seems like goal is to make customer fool once and move on as of course the same customer will not buy again. Then put baits on internet to make other one-time customer fool.
Good Customer Service should be what a business should strive to have and these people are the worst I've ever HAD to deal with, and with a good business, you shouldn't have to deal with them to begin with. I've had dishonesty from them and their sister site, 13 deals. I've finally got my business straight with them, so I won't have to worry them any more. You have been warned.

Answer: If you take them up on their free shipping offer if bundled with other items and sent out twice a month, it usually takes about 2 weeks to arrive.
