Via email was the only way - support@thatdailydeal.com. But my experience was NOT helpful or supportive.

I just want to make sure my orders are going to be shipped to me? I've ordered stuff from August 30, 2019 and it is now October 15, 2019.

How long does shipping take?

If you take them up on their free shipping offer if bundled with other items and sent out twice a month, it usually takes about 2 weeks to arrive.
