How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at That Daily Deal?

Via email was the only way - support@thatdailydeal.com. But my experience was NOT helpful or supportive.

Customer service is non-existent. No chat, no phone number. Just and email that they never reply too. I sent over 5 emails. Just got automated ones back. Stay away from this company
