Terrible customer service, or more accurately, NO customer service. I ordered a $20 item and I never received a thing. I'll admit I was slow to realize this, but when I did notify them, I got this response- "Hey there! I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive this order. However, due to the age of the order there isn't anything we can do." My advice... "Take your money and run... that's what they do."
Since waiting for my order and of course there is no phone number. It's a puzzle to find where to send a message and good luck getting a response. I have to conclude this is a scam.
I've not had a problem getting the items, but if your interested in customer care and that is important to you read on:
In January I ordered outdoor lights and after thinking about it I wanted more of them so I sent an email asking if they could add more to the order. Well to my surprise they cancelled the order on me rather than leaving the original order in place and sending an email saying sorry can't do that. I was flabbergasted. I have on occasion done that with other companies and they either added or sent and email saying they could not do that. To cancel the order with no warning and completely depriving a customer of items? They hung their hat on this policy - *** Please note we have the right to cancel ANY order at ANY time for various reasons, especially ones that concern unexpected stock unavailability of an item you have purchased, or if unreasonable requests were not able to be met, as well as berating or demeaning our Customer Service Team while their only goal is to provide solutions to your issues and requests.**
I am not sure where my request to buy 4 more of an item fits in there it was not unreasonable.
But wait, it does not end there. I received from them today to neck supports. For medical reasons, I am not able to use them. Not just because I didn't like them medically they will hinder what I wanted to do with them. When being used the fall right on my port for chemotherapy and that was the reason for buying these. So not only would it hurt to use because of my port but would hinder the IV when getting infusions. I sent and email and explained it. No exceptions at all, I can return them on my dime. They have not been used and I dare say this should have been the exception. No RMA issued I am to just return them at a pure loss, what with shipping costs.
So unless you never have to go to them for any customer service, or care your okay... Maybe. However this is a company with little to no concern for customers. No exceptions, they just follow the dollar, and they have just gotten the last dollar from me.
Bought a Heavy Duty Vibrating Recovery "Peanut Ball" Roller. Lasted 2 months and then would not take a charge. Cannot return. They sell cheap items so that is why they only have 7 day return policy. STAY AWAY
This company sucks! It has been nearly a month since I ordered from them. They will not answer phone calls, only answering emails, with bull$#*! lies... saying I should be seeing moving of my package on the tracking number, later that week. & the 3rd time I contacted them... another lie... them say it is on "the truck" & that was a week & a half ago. Still NO MOVEMENT ON THE TRACKING NUMBER! It is time to contact my credit card company!
I place two orders on different days for the same item. They were to go to different (very distant) locations. They combined the orders and sent them to the first location. They claim they do this to save money! They actually expect the first recipient to forward the rest of the order(s) to the other recipient(s)! How absurd is that? And it tokk over a week for them to admit to that, claiming, first, that they had both been delivered, then claiming one was lost by USPS.
Extemely rude "customer service". Their products are $#*!, I knew that going in and they were essentially gag gifts. I am just dumbfounded at their delivery policy.
Whatever the Daily Deal claims to be... whatever name-brand product the Daily Deal says it is at least once in the advertising... whatever the Daily Deal claims the price is on other sites... it isn't. In actuality, it resembles what it was advertised as being... it resembles the name-brand product it said it would be... but it isn't. It's a cheap imitation, often not worth the cut-rate price you paid.
The emails come relentlessly. Trying to Unsubscribe is futile. I finally had to add all of the various email addresses to my spam filter to stop the bombardment.
When things look too good to be true, they usually are... and that's 100% true for That Daily Deal. Save your money... That Daily Deal is no Deal.
I agree with other reviews that this company is a scam. Items were never received. Tracking number doesn't work. AVOID!
Ordered 11/3. Yesterday I emailed and asked why the tracking they supplied me over a week ago never worked. I asked if my order had shipped, please provide tracking. If not, cancel my order. I received an email today 11/23 saying they have refunded my order. Waste of my time and effort.
They took 23 days to deliver an order that any other vendor would have delivered within a week.
The quality of the item does not justify the price.
The quantity I ordered was 10. Only 9 were in the box.
They have no telephone customer service. Everyone else does.
My experience justifies the many bad reviews already posted.
Service? Integrity? None that I saw.
Oh the guy on the video Chad seems nice but he is running a scam business. You order it takes weeks to get it, then it is broken. But worse is you can't get in touch with anyone!
I tried to order two times from them and both times it was the same. I think they buy defectives and sell them.
I bought an electronic item on 10/30/2021 and thought to good to be true, sure enough, I get an email stating shipment is ready for shipping. I was so happing. Went to site to track shipping from FEDEX and fed ex tells me shipper cancelled shipment. Sorry but WTF? Now I am told by seller someone that was so nice when i was buying the product wants nothing to do with me and told me to email support WHAT?
The JUMBO sized beach towel is nothing but a plastic tarp; NOT a beach towel. Will never go here again.
I feel this was false advertising. This company is why I rarely buy on line. This experience has shut me down from on line buying for quite a while. Will also unsubscribe sister sites. What a shame!
I ordered a deal on 8/5 and received the items yesterday 8/25, and it was shipped and fulfilled domestically. I was charged on 8/6 even though the items were not even being processed.
That's the last of my money they'll ever see.
Their quality I terrible but most importantly is their customer service is non existent, rude, and non responsive. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
I placed an order and never received my conformation email so I placed another order 2 days later. I received the 2nd order email. Waited a for my shipment. Called the company about 2 charges on my credit card and was told the 2nd ordered had shipped a few days prior and so conveniently the 1st order had just shipped that day. Was told I could return one of the orders. Chatted with a representative today about returning the order and lets just say that their customer service is lacking. I asked to be removed from their contact list and received a condescending reply. Don't think I will do business with this company again. I would not recommend you either unless you are 100% satisfied with your order and never need to return an item or speak with their representative.
I never received tracking or the product from That Daily Deal, an online business, and I almost forgot about the order from July 5,2021. When I wrote them yesterday they sent a USPS tracking number that shows they only put the city and state and incorrect zip on the package.
It was returned to them on July 19,2021 due to an "incomplete address" (they only put the city and state on the mailing address) and they did nothing until I just caught it and wrote them that I never got the package.
They they charged me a 25% restocking fee because it was returned to them with an incomplete address. They didn't put on a whole address! And had I not caught them I would've gotten nothing.
I wrote them that that is a con
PS I had trouble posting the proof of purchase so it's with the photos.
I have been a customer of ThatDailyDeal and their affiliates for approximately 2 years. While I do agree with some of the other reviewers that they did have some issues with previous shippers being slow and sometimes not shipping out items correctly at all, they seem to have completely resolved those problems over the last few months. I've almost always received quality products from them and if any product was ever inferior (damaged/didn't work, etc), they have always promptly responded to my request with a replacement, credit, or refund. I no longer use their monthly "surprise box" subscription as I was getting duplicate items and just couldn't afford it any long, but otherwise I love this USA based company (where they operate from - I do realize not all merchandise is USA made, so don't bother with the flame throwers) and will continue to purchase from them.
Have received only quality items for a very inexpensive price, from umbrellas to earpods to flashlights, and more! I am a real life consumer! If you don't that's okay. There's more for me!
Answer: Via email was the only way - support@thatdailydeal.com. But my experience was NOT helpful or supportive.
Answer: You obviously are not shopping with That Daily Deal
Answer: If you take them up on their free shipping offer if bundled with other items and sent out twice a month, it usually takes about 2 weeks to arrive.
