Bait and Switch - BEWARE
November 24, 2019

I was in their website and a pop-up came up saying free delivery if you sign up for emails - so I did. I then received the coupon code via email and tried to use in during checkout.
An error message saying the manufacturer does not allow discounting of items in cart and I will need to pay full shipping. There is no discount being applied to the items... just free shipping...
Had I know this coupon would not work, then I would have went elsewhere to buy the items.
This is misleading and I will not buy from this website.

Probably the worst customer service by far. I spoke with two customer service reps, Ashley and Precious, about my order. Neither one could give me a straight answer about my order. Long story short... my order has been backordered for over a month after received a confirmation from Ashley that the product had already shipped from the manufacturer. When I called back in to inquire about my order, Precious stated "what do you want me to do about it? We can not control when the manufacturer ships." I cancelled my order on the spot and highly recommend that others use caution when ordering from TGW.com

I ordered 3 pairs of shorts in July it is now September and I'm still waiting for 1 pair. I called to exchange the order for a pair that was $3.00 more. I was willing to pay the difference but the inept customer service lady said she couldn't do that! I will not order from Tgw again and I will give them all the free advertisement I can!

Horrendous service, seems they are recluacnt to refund the Money when they cant deliver, my advice is for any international buyers to not buy here, they don't have the experience or the mood to help, they even asked me to talk to the FedEx guys for them!

On a 372 usd order plus a 227 shipping and handling none of the products I have received and no money refund also.

I order a customer Ping Driver and 3wood on July 9th. The site says it takes 3-4 weeks for customer clubs. I got notification that my orders won't be ready for delivery until September. So I cancelled. Customer service says they "might" be able to cancel my order. Might, meaning, the manufacturer may not "accept" my cancellation. I've called 3 times to date to check the status of my cancellation, to which, every person has told me they'll send an email to their "internal" guy who manages cancellations. This mystery man, evidently, hasn't done anything. I asked what would happen if they're not able to cancel, and they said I could return and receive store credit. So if I want clubs before September, I gotta go spend MORE money somewhere else, OR, wait for clubs till September. Meanwhile, my $800+ dollars is just sitting with TGW, who is basically holding my money hostage until they get some product to ship.

This business totally sucks.

NEVER AGAIN!

Received a promotion from TGW about ordering 3 dozen golf balls to get a dozen free, and they have to be personalized. Being a fan of personalized balls, I ordered 3 dozen personalized balls. They shipped my 3 dozen golf balls, but no extra dozed free. Why, you might ask? Because they all have to be personalized IDENTICALLY! Nowhere on the promotion did that stipulation appear... NOWHERE. Talk about bait and switch. I will never order from TGW again. And this is not the first time I have been disappointed with TGW. I have ordered in the past and received incorrect product and broken product. I returned all that stuff and they did refund. This, however is inexcusable. Never again!

Very Poor Return Policy
February 12, 2020

The lined pattern on a PING shirt was not as expected. It's the first time I've ever had to return anything to TGW in over 4 years, but it will be my last. $19.98+$2.70tax/$6.99ship=$29.67. To return it, I have to pay another $6.99. Makes no sense to spend $14 to get a credit of $20. I'm donating the shirt to The Salvation Army. I've deleted my TGW account and will stick to Nordstrom, Amazon & Costco where returns are free.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
August 31, 2020

I ordered over 3k of Ping customized clubs from TGW. They weren't able to provide me with any tracking info throughout the entire order on all clubs, shipping delays and on top of all of this overcharged my CC by $50 and I'm still in the process of getting refunded. Save yourself the time and don't buy from these guys! They are a joke...

It has been over two weeks since my order was filled. Of course TGW selected FedEX Smart ship, which I believe means ship via "we don't give a F&*K" because the rates are so low it improves TGW margins. When I called to complain, they had the nerve to blame COVID... really ever other e-comm company has figured out that and can have items arrive within a few days.

I would strongly recommend that you avoid purchasing from this site... unless you really don't care when it might arrive.

Wrong item sent - company failed to correct
September 11, 2023

I ordered a golf shirt. They sent the wrong color. I ordered "light orange" but they sent a color called "PARROT". I informed them, via email to Customer Service, of this mistake. They claimed that they did not have a color named "Parrot" (they sent me an email that stated: "We do not have a color called Parrot in our data base")... but the company had actually emailed me the following: "Order # K*******; Item GN GREEDOM MICRO PIQUE POLO PARROT - LG. SHIPPED". I sent them this documentation of their own email. Subsequently, they dropped any further communication with me... they did not correct their error or offer me any form of refund or compensation for their mistake. FS

Don't buy from this store
November 11, 2020

They charged my debit card when I placed an order and then they tried to charge it again before shipment. I didn't leave extra fund in my card for them to double charge so they cancelled the order. Fortunately, I talked to my card issuer and got my money back. Wasted my time tho.

Wished I would of read reviews before I placed an order. The stress this has caused me is sad. A $300.00 order after 2 weeks has not been recieved it! And after, calling fed ex and tgw both say delivered and it has not! Now, the "tgw" will not answer a phone, and when emailing them and only recieve a thanks for your concern we will look into this matter. After 8 emails, that's it! Now calling fed ex, they say they need to have them put in a claim! So my money is tied up for nothing! Deplorable for both fed ex nd tgw. Do not buy from them! If anything goes wrong you are going to be screwed.

Lost purchased
August 21, 2019

Ordered golf sandals that were suppose to delivered on 8/12. Called on 8/13 to find out what happened to my order. I was advised to wait to the 15th. On the 15th, it was a no show. I called again and told an investigation will be launched into this matter and that I should wait 5 to 7 days for an answer. Called on the 6 day (8/21) and was told they have not heard from Fedex and I should wait until 8/26 to call back. I asked for a refund and was denied. I asked for a supervisor... waste of time. This is not the customer service that you would expect from a large company.

Package got lost
August 3, 2020

TGW shipments are usually slow. However, this time the package suppose to be delivered to me on Tuesday, but it was delivered on Sunday morning at 8:40 according to tracking info. Who delivers on Sunday morning? Anyway the package got lost, delivered to the wrong address, or TGW put the wrong address on the package. There are always issues with the TGW packages.

I placed an order using a gift certificate and the reminder with a credit card. When I place the order it said it would be here in one week. After waiting a week I checked the site and it said that it was on back order. I tried to call the company and change to a different shoe but was told that I would have to get reimbursed by the gift certificates through an email and then place another order instead of just exchanging out my current order. The email did not come that day nor the next day. I placed another phone call to the company today to see if I could get that expedited but she told me she would send an email to someone to see if she could get it to me quicker but these things take a while. I will update the review when I see how the rest of the story plays out. Update! I tried to order the shoes again today and the gift card is still not activated and this is on the 9th. They told me to call back this afternoon and I asked them if the shoes cannot be ordered today that I would just like a full refund

Iron set

I ordered Ping g400 iron set 4-PW and although the clubs were delivered quickly, the 4i was missing. Called to get them to send me that one club and they told me that they can't send just 1 club so I now have to return the entire set, wait for my refund, and then re-order. Makes sense why they have low price.

Empty envelope

Ordered a pair of Sketcher golf shoes, paid 2 day shipping and all I received was an empty envelope with a shipping ticket, the shipping tag had a gross weight of 2 lbs so it's obvious it was shipped empty, contacted Gina Mosley in customer service, said she would handle it after I sent pictures, never heard back, my Outlook email showed the pics were delivered but when I called back a week later I got the same run around from another "customer rep",, TOTAL RIP OFF, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Only gave 1 star just because I had to give something.

I loved this site, I ordered a full set of Irons and accidentally gave the wrong credit card on line. I was able to call customer service and immediately spoke to a live woman who was happy to help me and switch the cards before the charge went through. Another plus is they are located right in Wichita, Kansas rather than somewhere over seas. BY FAR THE BEST ON-LINE SOURCE FOR GOLF.

Hard To Get A Refund!
September 16, 2020

Bought golf skort on 8/1. Shipped via Fed Ex and made it to Memphis. Never left Memphis. TGW customer service is closed supposedly due to covid. Really, staff can't man phones at home? They refused to issue refund till they do "fed ex investigation" which takes 2 weeks. I waited 3 weeks and was told I was "authorized for a refund or reship". Would not do anything unless I called. They have 0 in stock. They said they would issue refund which could take 2 weeks. They MUST BE FLOATING MONEY... DO NOT ORDER FROM TGW.

Unfortunately my review is not good.
I am trying to buy ping clubs. My order was cancelled and I have been giving them all the additional information requested by phone. Tried to place the order 3 times and with 3 different method of payments. I am being treated like a criminal and the experience of buying something from TGW is terrible.
It is also very upsetting and frustrating to try to deal with the customer service as they blame the "system" or the "accounting department" who is checking on my information...
Seems that they don't want to sell anything without knowing all your private life before. It is absurd that after providing them with 3 valid credit cards, bank statement and a LOT of my Time they were unable complete the order. Perhaps they just don't have any clubs but want to keep my credit card information for abusive charging in the future... All this feels like a big scam.

I would not recommend TGW to anyone.

UPDATE:
TGW finally decided to call me after all the complains. Esa Halabi was the person who called me and apologize for the situation.At the end they were able to send me the clubs one day later. It is just sad that it takes a lot of complaining to get one issue resolved, but overall I was happy to have insisted because I wanted the clubs quickly and They have managed it...
