I ordered a golf shirt. They sent the wrong color. I ordered "light orange" but they sent a color called "PARROT". I informed them, via email to Customer Service, of this mistake. They claimed that they did not have a color named "Parrot" (they sent me an email that stated: "We do not have a color called Parrot in our data base")... but the company had actually emailed me the following: "Order # K*******; Item GN GREEDOM MICRO PIQUE POLO PARROT - LG. SHIPPED". I sent them this documentation of their own email. Subsequently, they dropped any further communication with me... they did not correct their error or offer me any form of refund or compensation for their mistake. FS
