I order a customer Ping Driver and 3wood on July 9th. The site says it takes 3-4 weeks for customer clubs. I got notification that my orders won't be ready for delivery until September. So I cancelled. Customer service says they "might" be able to cancel my order. Might, meaning, the manufacturer may not "accept" my cancellation. I've called 3 times to date to check the status of my cancellation, to which, every person has told me they'll send an email to their "internal" guy who manages cancellations. This mystery man, evidently, hasn't done anything. I asked what would happen if they're not able to cancel, and they said I could return and receive store credit. So if I want clubs before September, I gotta go spend MORE money somewhere else, OR, wait for clubs till September. Meanwhile, my $800+ dollars is just sitting with TGW, who is basically holding my money hostage until they get some product to ship.
This business totally sucks.
