Just got the generic I'm sorry note from Temu: No Temu IS NOT Sorry for the inconvenience, they have done this 4 times and as I stated I have proof Temu is Not sorry and proof they are incompetent Beware of what looks like a too good to be true deal…. I ordered my granddaughter dresses, outfits and shirts. This was my first order so I was a little nervous especially because of the low costs of the product. I ordered it on the 13th and just received the order today, I was credited $5.00 because it was to be here by the 30th. I am absolutely impressed with the quality and the sizes are correct. I have placed 5 orders with TEMU and 3 have been delivered so far with 2 en route. All 3 deliveries came within the estimated time and in general the deliveries have been quicker than my orders from Aliexpress. 2 of the orders were not shipped immediately and TEMU gave me a $5.00 credit for each for slow shipping. I'm very happy with the quality of the products and there was no damage to any of the items. So far my experience has been very positive with price, quality, speed of delivery and customer service.

I ordered for the first time on 3/12. Order shows being packed since 3/24. The shipment should have arrived by now (3/31) according to their dates when ordered and it still hasn't shipped. They seem to think issuing refunds is the way to go, I want what I ordered! I tried multiple times to contact them via chat and after waiting I never got below 42 in the que. I can't think of a worse order experience than this one.

I never heard of an electric garlic masher until i saw it on Temu and I can't go back to regularly chopping garlic ever again! This company is a joke. They attract customers with their low prices, but their order system and tracking systems can't didn't give me my promised 20% off. When I inquired with customer service, they couldn't find my order, even with me giving my PO #. They were able to charge my PayPal account and get their money even before my order was shipped. Then I get text and emails that go to a company which gives me the message that the tracking number is wrong. If you want to deal with frustration use this TEMU company. You might as well throw your money to the wind.

I am new to Temu. Several of my orders have been cancelled by them over and over and over again. They are claiming unusual activity on my credit card payment, which is utterly untrue. I have provided the proof they have asked for to verify my payment again and again and again. I have REPEATEDLY contacted customer service and am asked each time to be patient, a ticket is being generated and they'll be back with me within 48 hours. Along with all the platitudes of how they understand my frustration. The last call I made, I asked for a supervisor. I was told one would call me back within 30 minutes. No one called. Several of the items I've tried to purchase became unavailable/ sold out during this process with them. There's NEVER a resolution to my problem. They have a promise that comes up quite often on my orders that if it doesn't ship within five days of ordering, they will give me a $5 credit. That doesn't happen because they cancel the orders with pretentious excuses. Buyer beware is all I can say. The prices are good, but not sure that they're worth these absolute frustrations and complete lack of customer support.

I don't think BILLIONAIRES have to wait as long as you do for items they purchase. They start with "Sorry! Here's a $5.00 credit for being late" then another "Sorry! Here's ANOTHER $5.00 credit for being late". Pretty soon I'll have a hundred dollars + credit due. I can't even rate the quality of an item because I still haven't received my items. If the items are anything like the expected wait period is to get them then I'm going to be very disappointed.

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
