Do you guys even check what you are delivering? I ordered twice from them even when I did not have a good experience. I received the second delivery today July 23rd, 2023--

HX******* makes for example. Looks like its a foot tall in the photos but its brittle plastic and body is only about 2.7 inches! Yet presented as yard decoration. Compare the actual one i post here to the photos they posted. Unfortunately this is common on most ALL there items. Look for the specs you say. They are missing on many!. So if you don't have the dimensions, often best not to buy!
What maybe worse is that so so many of the items that look great and bring you in, are not in stock, rather the less desirable versions of them are there- whether its the ugly color of the tiny non useful one - thats the one available. So you can spend long time shopping only to have 15 of the cool stuff not there and the few things you didn't care about viable in the cart.
Customer service takes awhile about 45 min-1.5 hrs for the chat. And if you not right there you wait again the hours. Return was good though-at least for this item. I took pics sent them and refund appears to be processing though says takes 2 weeks to go through.

Made my 1st purchase with TEMU in December and have yet to receive it. Their carrier (StraightShip) said the package had been delivered when it had not. I contacted the carrier and was called a liar. Contacted Temu who told me that they would reship the package. I received 2 packages after Temu's guarantee that the initial package had been sent, but have not received the reshipment. Spoke to Temu's Customer Service team and was told to 'trust' the package had been shipped. Asked for a tracking # and was told none was available - wouldn't even tell me the carrier. Long and short - do not trust them. I was happy with the shipments I did receive, but if I cannot be certain I will get the merchandise then what's the point.

I am new to Temu. Several of my orders have been cancelled by them over and over and over again. They are claiming unusual activity on my credit card payment, which is utterly untrue. I have provided the proof they have asked for to verify my payment again and again and again. I have REPEATEDLY contacted customer service and am asked each time to be patient, a ticket is being generated and they'll be back with me within 48 hours. Along with all the platitudes of how they understand my frustration. The last call I made, I asked for a supervisor. I was told one would call me back within 30 minutes. No one called. Several of the items I've tried to purchase became unavailable/ sold out during this process with them. There's NEVER a resolution to my problem. They have a promise that comes up quite often on my orders that if it doesn't ship within five days of ordering, they will give me a $5 credit. That doesn't happen because they cancel the orders with pretentious excuses. Buyer beware is all I can say. The prices are good, but not sure that they're worth these absolute frustrations and complete lack of customer support.

I've been shopping on temu constantly because the discounts are crazy! Not only are products that are usually found in stores for 10$ only about 99¢ on this website, but they're also sold in such manageable, reasonable portions instead of the huge bulk portions that other stores try to push on us. For example I like making handmade bracelets and if i find beads I like, I want to buy only that bead, not a huge mix and match kit of other random beads just to get that one kind. On temu you can buy any kind of one thing without all the weird annoying sales tactics and its amazing!
They also have this crazy feature that I've never seen anywhere else called "price adjustment." Every single day after you've bought something you can check back with the price adjustment button to see if the seller has changed the price of that listing that you already bought and if they lowered the price at all, you get money back! I've gotten like 10$ in price adjustment change just because sellers have had occasional discounts on things I've already bought and I'm always clicking that button lol.

I saw a swimsuit that was cute and thought to order it, having no experience with Temu. Of course, they tried to entice with additional offers, which I stupidly added to get $100 off coupon offer. Turns out they only shipped things I didn't even order and a few of the cheap quality items. The swimsuit was shipped to a different state and they immediately said that order was therefore cancelled for a bad address (they didn't use the same one as the one I HAD received items at). In the end, they only gave me a credit for PART of the order with their shipping error (I don't live in COCAMONGA!) and I have to fight for a return on the unordered items or cheapo items.

I supposedly recently received two orders from Temu. I only received one and requested a refund for the missing order from Temu.
They asked me to look all over for the missing order, but it still was not found. I told them the shipping service they used loses orders all the time (they have the lowest online rating possible). I showed them how both orders had the same photo of one Temu order in the same position. Just when I thought things were resolved, they suggested I look inside the package for both orders together.
This would be 11 items, and they wouldn't all fit. They suggested this twice.
I even reached out to Temu and PDD leadership about this out of frustration. My family is a good customer of theirs, and we have recommended Temu to countless others, both online and offline.
I was told several times by Temu they would resolve my situation via their escalation team within 24 hours and they do not. I keep getting what looks like an AI response which doesn't resolve my situation. I just got Thank you for reaching out to the Temu Customer Service Team. In general, I like the pricing, quality of products, relative speed of delivery, and detailed shipping updates. What I do NOT like is the fact they offer coupons and discounts, they tell you these are active and to add more items to qualify for the next level of money off for your CURRENT order as you are placing the order, then do NOT honor those coupons! And yes, I know they show many coupons for FUTURE orders, but when activating ones for the current order, they do not always honor them! Chatting with them is friendly, but they insist all coupons are only FUTURE orders. Very bait-and-switch! Do not order thinking you will get any discount on any current order. Disappointing.

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
