Ordered flowers for my Mother for Mother's day to be delivered Friday. Delivery was delayed but promised by Sunday. Mother's day has come and gone and mom never got the flowers. Will not use this company again.

I had ordered flowers for mothers day for my wife. I scheduled delivery for May 9th. I received an email on the 9th that our order was hand delivered but IT WASN'T. I called and they told us actually it may not be delivered until the 10th up to 7:00 so I waited. 7:00 rolled around and still no delivery, I called again, I again told them about the email I received and no flowers. They then told me the times were changed to up to 10:00. Well here we are, it's after 10:00 and STILL NO DELIVERY. Their customer service has been horrible like they are reading from prompts on a script instead of actually understanding and responding to me. I will NEVER EVER do business with this company again.

I ordered and paid $84 for flowers for my mom on May 2nd for mothers day. It never showed up, UNNACEPTABLE! They gave a 3 day window for delivery of Friday Saturday and Sunday. Zero excuse for nothing showing up! I called at 530ish EST and all they did was said well if it hasnt shown up by 7 today call back. Piss poor service.

I placed the order and was charged for the item. But never received the order except confirmation email of the order. Can someone please let me know if the order will be delivered on which day - at least before the day of Mother's Day passes.

Pathetic
I will never use you guys again... I'm embarrassed to have sent these to my mom. With not being able to see my mother for the first time in my life for Mother's Day because of the coronavirus, I thought it would be nice to send her some flowers. I usually buy them from Loblaws which are WAY nicer and cheaper that what Teleflora sent to her. Huge disappointment!

Ordered flowers for my mother on Mother's day and she won't get them till almost a week late. Just don't like when it's late and still have to pay a $20 service fee when that is a fee for prompt service. The fee should be half since it isn't same day or next day.

I made an order on May 1st to have flowers sent to my daughter from her son for Mother's Day. I hadn't heard from them so, I emailed them to see when they would be delivered. They emailed me back saying it was cancelled because they thought it could be fraudulent. They didn't notify me to make sure if it was fraudulent. I had to put another order in and can't be delivered until the 13th. The first person I talked to couldn't answer my questions and he hung up on me. I'm dissatisfied and if anyone is fraudulent it's Teleflora... Never order from them again...

The website let me complete the order and pay, then sent an email stating they were unable to fulfill the order. Credit to bank account not ret received. An update to the ordering process online could be improved.

I ordered flowers for my wife on Mother's Day and what I got was not even close to what I ordered! I spent over $90 on these flowers and if I would have known this is what they would look like I wouldn't have spent $20 on them! It was so embarrassing I will never order from this company again! Stick to the more known company's out there. Take a look for your self I uploaded what I got and what was ordered

Not right

I have ordered from teleflora plenty of times yet my last two orders have not been nowhere in the correct area. Either vases wrong or not close to the arrangements being the wrong flowers and color. Today 9 May 2020 was very unacceptable. What I ordered is on the left and what I recieved on the right. I know it's hard to make identical yet at least try to make it acceptable

I ordered for Mother's Day and although it was easy to order and the delivery person was very nice (and contactless which we appreciated), the flowers just looked like nothing in the picture online. A bit disappointed. There were mostly all roses in the picture online which is her favorite flower. She only got a few roses in the actual bouquet and then all the other "non-expensive" filler flowers instead.

I understand that due to Covid that flowers would have to be substituted but to deliver half dead flowers is unmatchable. I'd rather they have canceled the order. After two days nearly all flowers are dead. I will be requesting a full refund. These were premium flowers.

Missing features

I sent the country basket of blooms to my mom for mother's day. In the description it says butterflies on the basket or on it somehow. When I checked with my mom, she says no there's no butterflies on there anywhere. Well that's the whole reason I selected this in the first place! Don't advertise something if you're not going to deliver what you say. Highly disappointed, and I won't be ordering again and I'll make sure to let others knew.

NO MATTER WHAT DATE OF DELIVERY YOU SELECT, THEY WILL STILL SAY "SORRY OUR FLORISTS ARE BUSY"?
WELL THEY DIDN'T SEEM BUSY WHEN YOY ACCEPTED THE ORDER ONLINE AND COLLECTED THE FUNDS WITH AN AGREEMENT TO DELIVER ON THE SELECTED DATE!

- THEY WILL AND I PROMISE YOU, THEY WILL DELIVER THE WRONG FLOWERS. MINE WAS A VERY SPECIFIC ONE CALLED "PURPLE BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY".
THE ACTUAL DELIVERY WAS A BUNCH OF GREEN, ORANGE AND RED! IN ADDITION THEY WILL DELIVER WHAT EVER SIZE THEY WANT, REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU PAID FOR!

And anything additional such as balloons, etc which you select, will not be delivered! But they will charge you!
ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE.

I understand that substitutions need to be made at times so this was likely my fault for not just buying what I wanted to begin with. I'm not sure what the point is in ordering purple tulips that are listed in the website when the florist can give you what they have in stock without a phone call or anything. Learned my lesson. I won't pay this kind of price for something I'm not sure of in the future

I have always ordered from this company, i sent my mother flowers for mothers day and the flowers that were delivered were DEAD. I paid over 60 dollars for dead flowers. Again this company has always been great but this is completely unacceptable and disappointing. Sending dead flowers for mothers day and the best they can do is give me $20.00 back. RIDICULOUS
