I have to say that the flower arrangement was not as pictured in website even the vase. Maybe I was disappointed comparing to the website photos but my mom who didnt know what she was getting was very happy about the bouquet. Thank you for delivering on time!
I ordered flowers to be delivered the following week, and on THE DAY they were scheduled to be delivered I get an email later in the day from the company saying that they could not find a florist in the area that could fulfill my order. No communication prior that they were having trouble finding a florist. Nothing. Instead to much disappointment they cancelled the scheduled delivery without any notice. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS
I entered my coupon number and it said it would take 20% off the price but when I paid it didn't use the coupon. I don't understand that. I'm disappointed but hoping the rest of my experience will be better.

So for Mother's Day I sent my mom roses. They said they would be there either Friday or Saturday before Mother's Day. On Monday (the day AFTER Mother's Day) I was sent an email that said they weren't going to be delivered until the next day. I called them up and complained because this place not only tacked on a charge of 27 dollars for delivery but now were not going to be able to get them to her when they promised. They told me there was nothing they could do about it... Today my mom sent me a video of the "Flower's" I sent her for Mother's Day... FLOWERS! Of course she loved them but they are definitely not worth the 100 dollar that I paid for Roses. Teleflora is a ripoff DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I learned there is no reason to go through an online place to get flowers for someone. You are talking to someone in another country that's just going to call a local florist where the flowers are going to be sent and put the order in. The 27 extra dollars I spent was for them to call in the order, something I could have done myself and saved the 27 dollars or added it to make a nicer gift. My mom took the picture of what she was supposed to get to the florist and was told Teleflora obviously photo shopped the picture, that many flowers / roses would not fit into the vase it was in without toppling over

I ordered a very expensive bouquet for Mother's Day. I ordered the flowers on May 7. The flowers were delivered My 9 and started drying out and dying - literally - on Mother's Day. May 10. By May 11 over half of the bouquet died. And the rest of the flowers on their way toward dying completely. I want my money back now.

The pictures speak for themselves. The actual arrangement was nothing like the one I ordered (wrong flowers, wrong colors, etc.) and there were only flowers in the front of the basket. The back half was noting but brown moss. They did end up giving me a partial refund, but I still way overpaid for what my Mom received!
Very unsatisfying, the arraignment never arrived I need my money back I will never do business with this horrible company.
I placed the order on May 5 got confirmation May 6 at 4:30pm to be delivered for Mothers Day. I was then told on May 6 at 8:30pm that my order was cancelled because they couldn't find a florist in the Baltimore area. They then charged my credit card on May 7 and they still haven't refunded. Now they tell me May 11 that it's going to take another 2-10 Business days to receive a refund. Luckily I was able to find a local florist to deliver for Mothers Day.
Ordered 2 bouquets for Mothers Day (one for my mother, the other for my mother in law), Order was confirmed, they took the $$ from my account. Mother's Day comes and I check teleflora to see if it had been delivered. Turns out of one of the bouquets was cancelled - no one said anything to me, no email or phone call to let me know they cancelled it. The other bouquet was delayed and they sent me a message THE DAY OF asking if they could deliver it two days later on Tuesday. I chose that option bc I had no other choice. Now they've called to tell me that that will need to be cancelled too because they can't find a florist to deliver it. Terrible service. Will never use Teleflora again.
The flowers I had delivered to my mother in NY was dead and the incorrect order. Very upset and disappointed.
Got groupon for flowers 4 niece's birthday, which was today. Said had same day delivery, when i tried, said no same day. So now will receive day after birthday. Ones i wanted out of stock. Delivery charge outrageous. Will never use them again. Stressed out

DO NOT order from Teleflora, I ordered flowers from Teleflora five days before Mother's Day and they did not deliver, When I called the day after Mother's Day to see what happened, they said they couldn't find a florist that could deliver in the area, I find that hard to believe in Folsom Ca. The thing I have the biggest issue with is they didn't notify me so I could make other arrangements. The customer service Rep just said sorry nothing we can do about it, I will never do business with Teleflora again
They did not send the flowers (mother's day) and then tried to lie that they did. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I ordered Mother's day flowers on the Thursday before Mother's Day and was informed that due to the volume of orders, delivery would be between Friday and Sunday. Seemed reasonable to me. On Sunday morning I went online to check the order and it was Cancelled. What? When I emailed their customer service folks, I was told that the order was cancelled because they didn't have an available florist in the area, and no explanation of why I wasn't informed. In a follow up email after I called BS on their first explanation, I was told that they needed more information on the order and tried to reach me several times before canceling the order. Again BS and outright lies this time.
They sent me an email confirmation when I placed the order, so they clearly had my email address. I reviewed my phone records for Thursday through Sunday, and had no unknown phone calls. LIARS! They require you to enter the zip code for the delivery address before you order to ensure service in the delivery area. Clearly that is a do nothing feature.
Don't trust these guys with your hard earned $$, they are too unreliable and they are LIARS when something goes wrong.

I had ordered flowers for mothers day for my wife. I scheduled delivery for May 9th. I received an email on the 9th that our order was hand delivered but IT WASN'T. I called and they told us actually it may not be delivered until the 10th up to 7:00 so I waited. 7:00 rolled around and still no delivery, I called again, I again told them about the email I received and no flowers. They then told me the times were changed to up to 10:00. Well here we are, it's after 10:00 and STILL NO DELIVERY. Their customer service has been horrible like they are reading from prompts on a script instead of actually understanding and responding to me. I will NEVER EVER do business with this company again.
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
