A grandson was killed May 18,2019 we wanted to send his mother flowers In-fact with the pandemic we did not even know if you were considered essential and could do that. We had lunch with our daughter on Sunday and she was so sad. The boy's favorite color was yellow and you had a beautiful yellow bouquet and could deliver the next day We were thrilled Thank you so much for being there when we needed a helping hand
I'm not going to be negative because I'm just about to make my call to see how they would like to handle my issue, and I will write a follow up review.
I ordered the very large 40" tall floor plant for my mother in laws birthday on 4-21 and did same day delivery. I just visited and saw what she received and it's not even close. She received some greens and a few flowers in a (we'll say) medium size basket (based on the website, med is 14-15" wide). She has it sitting on a table and it's just not what I paid for. I did agree to the terms of the local florist having to substitute with similar items but in this case I really feel I should've been contacted and advised they could fulfill my order and would I like to choose something else or go shop somewhere else. It could be all on the local florist but I paid teleflora. We'll see how this call goes...
To be continued
I ordered a succulent garden for delivery on Thursday, before Mother's Day. It never arrived. When I checked the system on Tuesday, May 11,2020, they stated that it would be delivered on Thursday, May 13th. When the delivery arrived, what was delivered were a few flowers, way under the paid price for the succulent garden. Never did I get a response or call requesting change of order, etc.
I ordered a topiary. They substituted with cut flowers in cheap vase. Then emailed and no response.
Flowers did not come close to what I ordered. Never had complaints with your flowers but definitely do this time and will probably choose another company for my flowers
I ordered flowers about 4 days ago for my wife for our anniversary. They never even showed up. I called and waited 20 minutes on hold for the lady to tell me they have 15 minutes left for the deadline and until then there was nothing they could do. I called after the deadline and the lady said "sorry, we will have to submit an inquiry and the complaint department will get back to you." I asked to be transferred to a manager and she transferred me to an answering machine. Called again (3rd time) and same story there isn't anything they can do. The best part is I asked if the flowers would be delivered tomorrow and the guy said he wasn't sure if I'm going to receive them. So I'm out 90 bucks and no flowers. I won't be using these guys again, and I recommend you don't either.
The flowers I ordered were not delivered and the operator suggested me to cancel the order. In a month, I ordered second time and they sent absolutely not what they advertised. Looked chip and not pretty for money they charged! I felt cheated!
I am actually disappointed with this service. I understand they get the arrangements as close to the pics as they can... but I was VERY disappointed with what the florist came up with for my order... I got the middle size arrangement and it was more than $50 and the one the patient received looked like a 30 dollar arrangement! I could've done better going to Kroger's! NEVER AGAIN
I placed an order for delivery the day after Mother's Day. My mom never got the flowers and when I contacted Teleflora, they said the order was cancelled on the day it was supposed to be delivered. Said the agent who cancelled it "must have forgotten to let you know". At the time I'm writing this (5 days after the planned delivery date), they have not yet refunded my purchase though they say it show up in 2-10 days. Will never use Teleflora again.
It was very easy navigating on the site with alot to chose from. My arrangement hasn't been delivered yet but when it is I'll give a final review based on my girls reaction and satisfaction. So far so good.
Didn't fulfill order! Horrible experience and awful customer service! Will NEVER use again!
Was sending a friend an arrangement for her birthday and she never received the gift. When i checked the order status it had been cancelled but i received no notice of the order cancellation. Bad site and bad business
If you are looking to be swindled look no further. This company is a joke. I selected a beautiful sympathy basket with plants accented with small magenta flowers intended to express my sympathy for a lost loved one. What was delivered was a cacophony of garbage stuffed into a container likely used as a waste basket. The "florist" used whatever left-over pieces they could find and considered it an arrangement. The result was a menagerie of vegetation barely suitable for a gay pride parade participation prize. On top of this I paid a ridiculous price hoping to show my condolences but, wound up sending a very special person something that expresses contempt and disdain. How do these people keep the doors open by providing such inept and pathetic products and service? Save your money and time and purchase something from Walmart or your local grocer. You'll easily come out ahead.
Had to change initial date of delivery because I made an error on initial delivery date and was told it couldn't be done until four days later. I begrudgingly agreed. Flowers never showed up. I called and waited for a half hour for no one to answer the phone. I sent an email and got a response a day later saying it'd be taken care off. Have been using this service for years and it went to crap. Never again and I'm getting my money back.
Mother's Day 2020... I ordered two sets of flowers, one for mother in law, one for stepmother in law. Mother in laws flowers showed up as expected and were beautiful. Let's get to stepmother in law. Her address is often confused as Street instead of Terrace, and she lives in another state. The correct address is TERRACE which I entered correctly, set to be delivered on Mother's Day. I received an email stating they were delivered. She did not receive them. I checked the address on the email I received and it said they were sent to Street not Terrace. She got nothing. I thought I messed up, so I ordered another bouquet to be delivered on 5/14, apologizing profusely. She understood because she is a lovely and classy lady but she LOVES flowers. Along comes 5/14-no flowers, no email received from Teleflora-WTH? Soooo I called them. Turns out they STILL had the address wrong-it wasn't my mistake after all. I hope whoever received the first bouquet enjoyed them. Sooo right now I'm waiting to see if TF does right by me and delivers the damn flowers that have twice been ordered!
A sleazy company as they have an unsubscribe button yes they refuse to remove you from their email list. You will forever get bombarded with emails. Stay away!
Ordered flowers for a funeral 3 days earlier. Money removed from account same day as expected. Received an email notifying me that the flowers could not be delivered the day of the funeral. 1.5 hours notice before a funeral is absolutely pathetic customer service, poor business ethics and heartlessness to ask which day would be better to attempt a delivery. Then you have to call to get a refund, which takes half an hour through the holds and call backs and wait 2-10 business days. Your welcome for allowing me and others customers float your business with orders that you likely knew could not get delivered.
So I placed my order for the Enchanted Cottage bouquet for the loss of my boss's grandmother set to deliver the next day. Flowers did not get delivered until the following day. The night of the scheduled delivery I emailed customer service asking why the flowers were not delivered and I woke up to a generic email apologizing and advising that flowers would get delivered that day. I ended up calling customer service spent 30 minutes on hold and when I finally got someone to answer and I started to express my concerns the agent kept yawning loudly as I spoke. Apparently the flower shop that the order was sent to didnt have roses that's why my bouquet was late and agent not very apologetic. My boss ended up receiving bouquet later that afternoon and when I saw it I was more upset. The arrangement was missing small spray roses and did not look full only 5 roses with leaves. If they didnt have the small roses they should have added more roses, or alternate flowers to make it look full. I'm so disappointed if I could give zero stars I would. I don't have a picture of the flowers but I have the picture of it not arriving on time.
I ordered a deluxe bouquet of Tulips to be delivered to a family member on a specific day to commemorate the loss of a loved one. However, Teleflora didn't honor the delivery date because the florist changed the date on their end - they stated that they ran out of flowers. The Teleflora account that I had to create to check on the order status did not reflect this change, and I had to call back twice on the intended delivery date to find out why there was hold up. Speaking to customer service wasn't helpful, because they tried to tell me that my order date was the one set by the florist - to which I had to inform them that my account and purchase emails stated the original delivery date. Please be mindful about ordering flowers for a specific date - considering there's a possibility that your flowers probably won't arrive on time and you may not be properly notified.
I purchased a premium arrangement and a balloon for around 98.00 on April 27th. The flowers were for my mother because her Birthday was on May 9th and Mothers Day May 10th. They were to be delivered on her Birthday. Never came. They promised it would be delivered on Mother's Day. Never came! I called and cancelled my order the night of Mothers Day and gave them a piece of my mind! They apologized and said I wouldn't be charged for it. Ok, so the flowers showed up on May 12th. A light knock on the door and the flowers were placed on the ground in front of the door. When my sister answered the door she stated" Excuse me, but there's aren't the flowers that were ordered. The delivery driver said "Well, roses are expensive!" Then my sister said "where is the balloon and the reply was " This is what they have me to drop off." I'm attaching the pic of the flowers, vase I ordered and a picture of the flowers received. I am so upset! I called my mom crying and telling her I'm sorry she didn't get her gift for her Birthday and Mothers Day and now she received flowers that I could of put together for less than 15.00!
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
Flowers always hand-delivered by local florists make a perfect gift. Send fresh flowers online for any occasion this year and make loved ones smile.
