I've been ordering t-shirts & sweatshirts for a while now, and except for the last couple of orders, it came to me quickly and the quality was great. They lost one, and the last sweatshirt I ordered wasn't the usual quality I expect from Teespring. They smell funny when I receive them, so I washed it, and when I dried it, there is lint everywhere. This has never happened before, and the item is black. My lint-remover doesn't work, so I'll have to pick it all off with my fingers... UGH

I had ordered the wrong size shirt, so of course I was in panick mode. I wrote an email to the company explaining what I had done and Robert wrote back so quickly and had already fixed my issue and was super friendly about it! I couldn't have asked for anything better! Thank y'all and I'm SO excited to get my shirt! You rock!

I received an order which was sized differently than I expected. I was disappointed (alright, I was actually rant-y) because the tee shirts were terrific. Teespring made everything right for me, and I couldn't have been happier. And they were quick and quite kind about it.
My husband is a machinist and its not easy finding shirts for him in his profession till I found teesping. I have always been satisfied with the quality of work. The printing has never faded or tore away from the shirt. I have been buying from this company for the past couple of years and will continue to do so. I always get the shirts delivered on time. Great company great products.
Really bad delivery service. Hoodie looks good fits good. But there's black fibre in the white inc. really don't think the print will last.
So first there was an issue with delivery where it set in Kentucky for 5 days before I had to run it down at a post office. Once I got the shirt I was happy to have it but the print is not what it looked like when I seen it online and it was off center of the shirt so looks tacky, I paid $30+ for a week late off center shirt that I had to go find at the post office. Really the only reason I gave this an okay is because I liked the web site, and would have given 5 stars if I got what I paid for when I paid for it.

I have contacted DHL and they said to give it 10 more days after original delivery date, i have and am still waiting. I know it has a long way to come but this is aweful.

I've ordered a package, which was delayed. I've sent an email to costumer support, in which they were fully attentive. They sent another package, which also was not getting here, and after it, they refund me with no hesitation. After the refund, the package got here. I warned customer service again and they let me have the package for free, "as an apology". Excelent service!
Had problem with shirts I purchased which was my fault 100%.
E mail sent and Tspring said no problem and sent new shirts at no cost just donate others. Fantastic company and will be making more purchases in future.
Would definitely recommend this company. I'm amazed at how soft the fabric is. They kept me informed of all the stages and I received my shirt much sooner than I would have expected.
Im cool for gfx art but I DONT like stealing art they clearly steal artist work and its copyright too... Found out that "they are going under dzeetee now and they changed all the legal from teechip to dzeetee"

When u spend $25 for a tee u should get a hi quality tee not an underwear thin shirt.the shirt should also conform to standard sizes.my 2x fit like a large.

I inadvertently ordered the same t-shirt twice during a campaign. I contacted Teespring customer service, and they offered to send me a different t-shirt of my choosing without any negotiation or haggling. It was their idea right out of the gate.
On top of sending me a different t-shirt, they suggested I donate the duplicate one to a local charity, instead of sending it back to Teespring. What a great idea!
