DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY. ANd their "phone number" is a precorded message to send them an email. :( I placed several orders with this company and when I used the order number to look up my order (if not enough are ordered of one item it will be canceled), and they said the order was canceled. I had made 3 separate purchases. All of them Teespring.com sent me an email with the given order number so they could be tracked. All said they were canceled so I placed additional orders. SURPRISE! NONE were canceled. They CHANGED the order number given to me with the original confirmation email WITHOUT notifying me that each order number I was given by email became a new order number. Since I wasn't aware it had a new order number and only had the one originally given when the items were placed I thought most of my orders were canceled. When I clicked "track my order" it said it was canceled. Imagine my surprise when I was told ALL were being shipped, they were unique items and not canceled in time before they went to print (already said they were canceled) so could not be canceled NOW and instead of 3 items I thought I bought, I got 7 and charged an additional $200 I was not expecting. And 3 mugs at $20 a piece. I wanted one. THANK GOODNESS this is for a good cause. I myself with never deal with this company that I feel swindled me into telling me my orders were canceled when they were simply placed under a new order number and instead of a refund I got the merchandise which was "canceled" and I was waiting on a refund. Bye bye money I needed.

I had this company recommended to me by other content creators so I designed my first piece of merch and had a few samples created. Order was placed on Jan 24th and I was supposed to receive my two items on Feb 7th. Two weeks seems sort of long but okay.
Come Feb 9th I still haven't received my order so I reach out to them via email. They got back to me fairly quickly, the lady who I spoke to was very nice and explained they had some delays, okay fair enough.
Then all the sudden on Feb 15th my order arrived, wow those delays suddenly cleared up. But wait there is a catch, it was only my adult sweatshirt. The kids T-Shirt I ordered to give to my son was not with it. She did say the new projected arrival date was Feb 24th so okay okay I'll give it time.
It's now Feb 25th so I once again reached out and now I am being told my kids shirt should arrive by March 10th, an entire month after the original projected arrival date.
Now for the quality of my shirt and pricing. My shirt looks absolutely awful, I made very sure to use easily printable colors and that the quality guide was showing the print to come out in "excellent" quality. It looks nothing like what it shows on the website. My print is faded, looks old, and the colors are very dull and not even remotely close to the colors of my original design. It's honestly terrible. I will give them one thing, it's a pretty soft and comfy sweatshirt.
As for pricing, the want you to charge 25 dollars for a T-Shirt. That is not terribly high but you can go to Walmart and buy a better quality shirt for like 8 bucks. Oh and of that 25 Teespring is gonna keep like 20 of it.
In conclusion this is basically a cash grab company looking to leach off of new or newish content creators who are starting to grow and wanna sell merch. They rely on people like me who haven't learned yet. I would absolutely avoid them and instead find someone local who does quality work. At this point in your journey you probably won't have enough of a demand to require an online company do your printing. I've taken my store down, no way would I want any of my followers dealing with what I have.

I ordered a MRE Steve1989 (Youtuber) t-shirt for my wife. The order was placed on September 30,2020 via PayPal with expedited shipping. The shirt never showed up and after it being several days past the expected delivery date, I began looking into the hold up... To my surprise, the order was shown as being "cancelled". I was never notified my order had been cancelled and (or) given a definitive reason as to "why" it was cancelled when I looked it up. As others mentioned, the customer service is lacking... No way to call, chat doesn't work, and only responds to emails... Several days later, someone responded saying the order was cancelled because the item was no longer available, AND my payment didn't go through. Well, in 2020, it isn't hard to verify payment(s). Per PayPal, and my bank account, TeeSpring charged me $34.85 on the 30th of September... Initially I was told to contact my bank regarding the issue as though the problem automatically fell on something other than them... Obviously, PayPal sent me right back to the merchant due to the payment already posting. Here it is the 12th of October and still no shirt and still no refund... I provided a screenshot showing I was charged and advised to be patient and wait... I get it, some things take time to resolve but when consumer actually provides PROOF they were charged, the business should promptly process a refund and that company can figure out the "why" it was cancelled on their own time and NOT hold my money while you figure out what went wrong in YOUR system... Another note, they stated the shirt wasn't available anymore but said shirt is STILL listed on their website as being available... So TeeSpring needs to give me what I ordered, or give me my money back! If anything changes, I will be sure to amend this review to reflect the outcome. Here is to hoping for a resolution... I ordered a shirt through a friend of mine's campaign through Teespring. I WAS THE VERY FIRST ORDER for the campaign. I received an email with estimated ship dates and waited. The final day for the ship date came and went when I decided to contact them and see what was up. Low and behold they never processed the order or anything of the sort. They told me my order number had not made it through. Meanwhile everyone else who ordered shirts had theirs in possession. When I asked what they would do for me to compensate they said they would ship me the shirt I ordered late... how is that compensating someone for the trouble you caused them?! "Oh we messed up your order so to make it up to you we will ship it." It gets worse. It was 29 days after I placed the order through PayPal and decided to open up a dispute which was then escalated to a claim. PayPal reached out to them to tell them to provide me my refund. I was then contacted again by their customer support, mind you there is no phone number for their customer support only email which is incredibly frustrating, they told me they could not process the refund while a PayPal claim was open... are you EFFING KIDDING ME?! They asked me to close the dispute in order to get a refund. THAT IS THE SHADIEST MOVE I'VE EVER HEARD OF. Once the dispute is closed they have no obligation to pay which is why they asked me to do that. I informed them that in 10 days PayPal would remove the funds directly from their account and would issue me my refund without their help. They apologized over and over again saying that's their policy for PayPal, but any PayPal user knows that is a load of CRAP. Luckily I had contacted them before the 30 day time frame had ended or else I would be $#*! out of luck. I ended up getting my money back through papal, but I will never recommend someone use their services.

Terrible quality, designs peel and fade, washing any product from this company destroys it. One wash and the design flakes off and fades, along with the clothing shrinking and the texture of the item becoming scratchy and tight, like wearing a rough cardboard box.
As a seller, i am embarrassed i ever used this site, i feel taken for a mug. The payouts have sneakily taken longer and longer, i am on day 16 of waiting on a payout, which used to take less than a day.
You'd think a company that graciously gives you mere pennies from a £40 sale you made, would use that money to pay for more people to operate payouts, seems like theres one scared little worker in there trying to keep track of every payout.
THERE IS NO REASON THAT A PUSH OF A BUTTON TO GIVE ME WHAT LITTLE SHARE OF MY OWN PROFIT, SHOULD TAKE 16 DAYS. If you manage to get in contact with someone about payouts, they tell you to keep waiting and then have the audacity to tell you that its paypals fault, who then proceed put the blame back on teespring.
Whoever is running this shindig of a company knows what they're doing. They don't care. Their rep gets worse by the day and they're somehow expanding into every single product avenue they can, while not addressing the problems they have with already existing products which are already garbage. They hopped straight onto NFTs and new trendy products when they're already biting off more than they can chew.
If anyone from teespring happens to read this, just know the negative experiences and reviews now outweigh any positives this company ever had. Many are becoming aware of this and spreading the word.

This might be a bit long because I want to walk you through my entire experience. I was very excited to start my own apparel brand. I saw several YouTube I watch use teespring and I decided to give it a shot. Platform is easy to use and I spent hours designing my store and merchandise. I had my designs professionally made in high quality and it was very easy to load them and apply them. I placed 1 large sample order with the same design and another one with a different design. Overall, 1 sweatshirt, 2 adult short sleeve tees, 1 long sleeve, 2 kids shirts, a phone case and a sticker. Everything on black colored apparel except for 1 Heather gray. Outside of the sweatshirt, phone case and sticker everything came in very poor print quality and/or defects. There was no consistency in the print quality. 1 had a skewed image, another had little printed specs on the edge of the image, 2 others had yellow lines on the edge of the image and the last one had printed offset to the white background they print under the image. So, after receiving these I wanted to call the company and get this figured out. Oh wait, there is no phone number to call. Live chat or submitting a ticket. I submitted a ticket because I work during their live chat support hours. Next day I received a request for additional pictures of the issues. I sent them in and long story short never heard back from anyone. After a week, I submitted another ticket, this time for my 2nd order, 1 tee. Received another request the next day for more pictures. This time I received another communication after 2-3 days saying they sent the pictures to the production team. After another 3-4 days I received a message that they where going to reprint and send me another tee free of charge. I was relieved that I was getting a resolution and if my clients has issues they could get them resolved. However things turned for the worst. I brought my 1st order, with the 4 items that had issues. I was asked to send in pictures which I did, expecting a similar result. Another 3 days or so, I was asked to submit 1 picture with all 4 items showing detail of the issues. I was a bit shocked and irritated. I sent in 4 pictures which showed much more detail than 1 picture further away could ever show. I attached the 4 pics with my response. 3 days later I received basically the same request: the production team needs 1 pic with the 4 items. Ok, I take the pic and send it in. Another 2-3 days. I get a request for a picture of each item. Which they have already received 2 times. No resolution after a month. So, if you send your clients to teespring or Spring don't expect them to receive quality printed products and expect to get anything resolved in a timely manner, and realistically I would expect to be sending refunds on your own. There are better options.

Teespring is an absolutely terrible company, with awful customer service. At the end of May, I ordered the Aphmau wolf plush for my daughter, who begged me for days to buy it for her. It took me a while, considering it was a $30 stuffed animal, but I finally gave in. On June 5th, 2018, I received an email stating that my order had been processed and it would be shipped soon. I was given an estimated arrival date of June 22nd - June 26th. However, after weeks of waiting, and my daughter asking me repeatedly where her plush was, we still had not received our package. The payment showed up on my credit card statement, though, so I assumed it was on its way and maybe it just needed a bit more time.
However, a month out from the ETA date, and we still saw no sign of the plush. On July 20th, 2018, I got fed up and decided to email Teespring regarding my order. The email I got back from a girl named Taryn, was very short-handed, and only said, "It looks like your order was canceled because we ran out of stock. Im sorry!" (yes, there was no apostrophe in the word "I'm"). I emailed back and asked exactly WHY I was not notified and WHY the money had been taken out of my account and not refunded back to me with no communication whatsoever? I then made it clear that I expect a full refund - as my total order came to around $33.00 with shipping charges. As of this evening, I have not heard back.
It seems as though they planned on just taking my money, not sending me the product I paid for, and hoping I just somehow forgot about it.
Please, please, PLEASE do your research before buying from Teespring! I honestly wish I would have looked them up before giving in to my daughters' plea. I see now this is a common occurrence with this company. She was heartbroken when I told her, after nearly two months of anticipation.
