Literally ordered a shirt in the beginning of June, here we are at the back end of July and still haven't received order. I did however get a fugazy tracking number that stated it would be delivered on 7/13 well guess what that wasn't the case whatsoever,. Reached out several times but situation was never addressed, I URGE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
I ordered a t-shirt from this company. The size of the shirt did not work out for us. I followed the instructions to exchange the shirt for a different size. Much to my surprise (and delight), I received a reply within minutes of emailing TeePublic. Not only did TeePublic address my concern regarding the size, but they also stated that they would send me a new shirt in the new size that I requested at no additional cost to me. Then they told me that I may keep the original shirt and re-purpose it or donate it to a worthy charity. Wow! That's better than Amazon. Additionally, I received multiple follow-up emails from TeePublic to ensure that I was satisfied with their service. Needless to say, I am very satisfied. The quality of the shirt, the uber-friendly and courteous customer service and the expedited service all adds up to a FIVE STAR service experience. Thank you to Brandon, Nick and Ingrid. You folks are awesome. I look forward to making future purchases from TeePublic and referring my family and friends as well.
Peace!
I bought a shirt and when it got here it was a little on the small size, so I would suggest you glowing up a size or two. I emailed customer service and they were quick to fix my issue. Great service
So I just ordered about $200 worth of sweatshirts from this website on 2/24 without doing an internet background check on them. I got an email on 2/27/20 stating that my shirts had shipped. When I clicked the tracking number, UPS said it wasn't a valid tracking number. That struck me as odd because any other tracking number I get from any other company never gave me that message before. I noticed the email had in small print 'it can take up to 48 hours for shipping information to be received' or something to that effect and that was, again, weird.
So now my spidey senses start tingling and I hit up good ol' Google and asked the know-it-all was Teepublic a legit website and I ended up here, in a sea of negative comments. I have not had a bad experience with them yet but based on the reviews, rough sailing ahead. I'm going to bummed if $200 went to waste.
I say all that to get to this point. I've been noticing a trend of websites ripping people the $#*! off. I almost gave Flight Club, which I always thought was a reputable company, $800 until I read the reviews. Would anybody be interested in starting a class-action lawsuit against Teepublic. I know there has to be a case to be had against them if enough people are willing to sign up for it. It pisses me off seeing all these negative reviews knowing I'm about to be in the same boat while some $#*! is getting rich off of it. $#*! that. Hit them where it hurts and make other companies take notice and think twice about cheating us.
Not sure if replies can be made to this but if you think class action is the way hit the 'helpful' button.
You can read the original below. I finally did get my shirts, the quality of the shirt itself is awesome and they are probably the most comfortable that I own, the printing and art turned out great as well. The people that run their customer service are great, but Ilthe system they use and timeliness of response leave a lot to be desired. All in all, I will probably give it another try once COVID is settled and maybe those problems will be solved.
Ordered shirts from the website 3 months ago, everything went as planned until they "shipped" my shirt. At this point it has been well over 20 days and I have nothing, and since they use the cheapest shipping option, there is no help from either USPS or UPS. They have also not responded to an email inquiry for over a week now. I have a feeling that I will not be seeing my money or my shirts at any point. I would strongly recommend finding a local custom printer and supporting them rather than trusting this company that seems to have a reputation (as far as I've seen on the web) of failing to deliver and disregarding their customers.
I had ordered a hoodie and t shirt for my 11 yr old daughter for Christmas. I ordered too small. I sent an email and received a response within hours(maybe 8 or so). No questions, no hassle, I explained that I needed for Christmas(5 days away) and they said they woiould do their best to accomadate.
Within a few more hours or so, I received confirmation that the new hoodie and t shirt was being processed and I should have by Christmas. No charge. The graphics and colors on the 2 items that I did receive were VIBRANT and really cool. Colors were bright. I am VERY pleased with BOTH the fast, and courteous customer service along with the quality of the product. I will highly recomend to my friends and I WILL pirchase again without hesitation!.

I ordered an XL shirt from them and when it got here the shirt didn't fit as an XL should (way smaller). On top of that the material is super thin their site made no mention of it being thin, just "extra soft". Right, more like "Extra Thin"
When I contacted them about this they sent this list of instructions to me
"I'm sorry to hear about this sizing issue, and am happy to help. Could you please send a photo of the shirt laying flat (_as an attachment_)
Please be sure to:
- Include either a ruler or tape measure all the way across the front (1" below the underarm) displaying the measurements.
- Show the label as best as possible."
What? Why do I have to go through all that effort just for a return? I have shopped at other custom shirt places that charge less than $35 a shirt and didn't need any of that info when I told them the size was incorrect. For example when I ordered from society6.com and the size was wrong they refunded my money when I contacted them, no questions asked. They too do custom print orders, so TeePublic's excuse that they can't provide refund unless it's defective because they are 'print on demand' is BS.
I bought a tee shirt from them, and except for a small hiccup during the registration process there were no problems. The shirt looks okay, not great, but certainly reasonable for the price.
Hey Scott,
Sorry to hear about your experience! If you have any issues with the print quality please reach out to us at support@teepublic.com.
Thanks,
Janet
My wife and I ordered 2 T-shirts and unfortunately my wife's shirt was to small and the next size up. I emailed TeePublic to get info on how to exchange for the right size. Instead of getting instructions I was told the correct size had already been shipped. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY ORIGINAL ORDER. I reached out to Tee Public's customer support. I explained my issues and they took care of my issue and sent me replacement items free of charge! Totally no hassle and I am completely satisfied with my new items and will definitely order from this site again!
They removed my account that took days to make. I have paid accounts to help with design templates and have writes to all of my work. Don't trust them
I tried to create a store to sell t shirts with my 100% original artwork. I uploaded a mere 6 designs to start, with the intention of uploading a few more per day for a while to get things going. It takes time to draw these things out so I was trying to pace myself. But then a few hours later I got an email saying my account was suspended for "violating terms and conditions" My designs were just glitchy logos/illustrations. Nothing offensive. I contacted support immediately to appeal, submitted a ticket with the supporting documents they asked for and I never got any response. I have been reaching out since December and have gotten no response. Not even an explanation as to why I was banned. They have a support chat that keeps directing me back to emailing legal, but legal does not respond. And of course they don't have a phone number. I've seen that this has happened to countless others. It is very disheartening that a platform that claims to support independent artists treats them so badly. ESPECIALLY since I know for a fact the platform is littered with stolen art. I publish material I spent hours drawing from scratch and get suspended immediately, but fake artists and plagiarists are allowed to keep their stores? I didn't even get a chance to try this out. I don't understand why this happened at all but it's left a bad taste in my mouth. Teepublic does not support artists.
You'll receive Very nice and good service! Very friendly and the shirts have very good quality! Order here guys! If a size doesn't fit you will get great help!
I never received a package I ordered and have been writing in for weeks trying to get a refund but they never respond! Crappy service. Crappy company. Look elsewhere.
I have purchased from TeePublic a number of times over the past few years. I had been generally satisfied with their product. However this holiday season I'm not sure what happened, but I received three t-shirts and two of them were absolute garbage. On one, the silk-screen looked like the shirt had been folded while wet; there were dots of paint scattered around the shirt, while areas in the silkscreen design had holes in the paint. On the second shirt, the silkscreen impression was so faint and vague you could barely make out the design. Neither of these shirts should have left the factory. The fact that TeePublic allows this quality out the door means that they have zero quality control - relying on consumers to have a bad experience and forcing them to go through a return process in order to get a reasonable product. How many people get bad shirts and simply don't return them? There are many other options to buy shirts on the Internet, and I'll be going elsewhere in the future. I had to apologize to the people who received these shirts as gifts... and promise that I would be replacing them with something nicer in the near future.
I placed my first order with TeePublic and was absolutely blown away by their amazing customer service, friendly team members, and great products. They were eager to help and provided quick, professional, and helpful responses to all of my questions. I have literally never had a company email me back so quickly and take care of all of my needs without me having to even ask! I could not locate the size chart and they emailed it to me right away. I also wasn't sure about how to exchange an item for a different size and they handled it all for me, without me having to stress about any of it. I truly appreciate such a great experience and will definitely be shopping here again! Very pleased. If you are uncertain about placing an order due to it being a company you aren't familiar with, I encourage you to give them a try. They will not disappoint. Thanks again and Happy Holidays!:)
(P.s. This is my own honest review. I was Not compensated in any way nor given any incentives for my opinion. Thank you.)
Received my shirt yesterday... I was blown away by the quality and art!
But it doesn't start there!
While I was in bed sick with COVID, I saw some shirts on sale that I really wanted. By the time I got around to purchasing, the sale was over :(
SO, I reached out to customer service
(CHEERS TO MADALINA, ALEXANDRU and ELIZA)
And they stepped up to make my experience the best it could possibly be...
I have already been shopping for my next purchase!
THANK YOU TEEPUBLIC!

I have 3 t shirts in my cart. Shipping is over 30% of the total! 30%! This is absolutely ridiculous. And they never do free shipping or discounts! I guess those shirts will get dusty in that cart!
I will start my post that i have ordered with them in the past and had quick turn arounds and great t-shirts... However, something has certainly changed as that is no longer the case.
I ordered back in November of 2014, ordered one of the new designs & did one of their "grab bag" designs where basically you pay for them to grab a shirt for you and it's luck of the draw... It's now March of 2015 and I have yet to receive ANYTHING, except for excuses... Seems that there's only 1 person that work there and goes by the name of Dusty, man or woman not sure... But I kept getting excuses after excuse as to why they haven't shipped..."Problem with the printer" - "managers has a meeting with them this week" - "their being printed next week" - "They're being delivered to us at the end of this wee, after receiving and folding should ship out the beginning of next week" That lass response was about 4 WEEKS ago... Still NO t-shirts... As of now no responses to any emails either...
My last email I stated if I did not hear from them within 48 hours I'd be filing a complaint with my CC so we'll see what happens...
I ordered 2 t-shirts, they were shipped fast and they were perfect. The fabric is really soft, which I love, I will be ordering more from here. Thank you Teepublic and all of the artists.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.
Answer: Contact them thru home page. I had an issue and they were very helpful and made it right!
Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
TeePublic has a rating of 2.7 stars from 2,316 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with TeePublic most frequently mention business days, poor quality and credit card. TeePublic ranks 7th among T Shirts sites.
Hi Charles,
I am so sorry for the delays you've experienced. As you can imagine, carriers are a bit overwhelmed at this time with fewer workers but an unprecedented increase in packages. If you find that it has been an unreasonable amount of time for delivery please send us an email via our contact page at teepublic.com/contact. Once we hear from you we can look into the order and provide information and assistance.
Take care,
Stephen
