The wrong size t-shirt was sent, After several email exchanges, they finally agreed that they sent the wrong size, After 4 weeks no replacement, No longer responding to email or phone calls, We are now disputing the charges with our credit card company and are filing negative reports with the BBB and have contacted the consumer protection agency of the Attorney General's office

I ordered a few shirts and a couple of the sizes were a little too small so I requested an exchange. They contacted me back right away and immediately shipped me the larger sizes. A+++ Thank you.
Print and everything seems good but I won't know how it is after washing, as I will never waer it but as a Night Dress. I have L and XL shirts and I am normally 18' arms and big shoulders and this L shirt is way too lose on me.
My 77-year old Mom made a mistake (or two) on her order for my son, and the TeePublic team was SO fast and SO helpful in make sure that he received exactly what he ordered. Couldn't be more impressed with the service, and the quality of the hoodies is great too Wouldn't hesitate to order from TeePublic again!
So I bought my other half a rocky horror tshirt but me being me never asked her her size, so when it came it was way too small so i got strsaight on to customer sdrvices and literally straight away my problem was solved, in fact they went above and beyond in so far as for me to send the original tshirt back would cost too much so what TeePublic did was tell me to "keep, donate or reuse"itand they would replace it with a replacement at no extra charge, which gets me to think "what an amazing service they provide " I will definately use them again

My little grandson is absolutely crazy about all things cup head and mug man, unfortunately I cannot buy this merchandise in Australia but found this web site, I wasn't really sure where it originated. I sent in my order and as a BTW asked where they were located.
Their acknowledgement of my order was immediate and had it not been for the Christmas rush and me ordering it a bit late. It would have arrived in time, alas it was a couple of days after he had left Perth. I'd ordered size five which I thought meant age 5. It was my mistake and uWee bit big.
TeePublic reached out checking to see if the order had arrived and I mentioned the size problem.
They have been so attentive (considering it was such a Small order,) and have been offered to exchange. Or whatever suited me. Keep in mind this was. Little T-shirt, and they have been in touch a few times to see if they can help. First of all I am so happy to find a site that backs up its claims of refund or exchange AND MEANS IT no arguing about "can't have full refund" and I have every confidence that if I did send it back I would actually get what I wanted, unlike so many other sites. As it is I posted the shirt to grandee and no matter if it goes passed his knees he will love it

Had an issue with an original shirt order as the shirt ran really small. Was told to re-order and keep original. The second order was not read correctly, wrong size submitted and I figured it just couldn't be done. Then they totally fixed it and did the correct "everything" on the order. I received it and I LOVE IT! This is not the first order I have ever placed and ALWAYS loved everything I purchased, for me and family. I also received additional items at this time also! ALL GREAT! I ordered a wonderful pillow from Jen Kirkman - "I'm Just a Soul Trapped in a Body". When it arrived, the package was pretty much torn apart and the pillow damaged. It looked like drunk wolverines has had a go at it.
I emailed TeePublic. Within minutes I received a personalized response and was asked for photos. I emailed a couple and under something like a couple hours they sent me an email saying they'd ship me a new one at no cost. I was floored. Their fast responses and fast action on something that wasn't their fault was something I'd never experienced before. Normally, if something arrives damage, other companies dance around, tell me to contact USPS/UPS and file a report, and try to not do the right thing. TeePublic did the opposite. I am so pleased with them and the pillow.
The pillow is of excellent quality, good printing and oh, so smooshy and comfy. The other items I ordered and received in separate shipments, were also of great quality - the t-shirts were soft, good printing and wonderful. The notebook is fabulous as well.
I'll continue ordering from them. They are the best.
These people sell really low quality shirts, say they are really good quality, then proceed to remove artist shop day before payout and not pay the money to the artist...
This company sells baby onesies, sizes as small as 6 months, with sexually explicit sayings and pictures. Absolutely disgusting, and the designers and company as a whole should be ashamed

For two years in a row now, I've ordered 3-4 T-shirts from TeePublic to put in each of my sons' (one 10 yrs old and one 12 yrs old) Christmas stockings. They absolutely LOVE seeing what I picked out, based on their various loves of basketball, Stranger Things, The Office, etc., and I love that I have secretly just bought them a bunch of school clothes that I tricked them into thinking are gifts. Those two little suckers! Seriously, though, it's an affordable way to make them happy *and* get them new clothes. And the bonus is that if you order the wrong size, or the color doesn't look like what it did on the website, you just write to TeePublic and they basically fix your problem within a day and for free. I'm not kidding. This happened with one item last year, and I was shocked at how easy it was to correct the error—which, by the way, was my error, not theirs. This year I thought the color of one T-shirt wasn't correctly represented, so I wrote a note and the T-shirt was reordered in a different color immediately. There was a slight upcharge ($3) on the new T-shirt I wanted, but I was only charged that and no additional shipping. And all of it happened within the span of a couple of hours. As long as I keep having these great experiences, I will absolutely keep buying T-shirts for my kids' stockings every year. I really like knowing that not only are the shirts great and affordable, but that if there are any issues with them, the fix is fast and easy. Thanks, TeePublic!
I ordered several shirts but in the wrong size and TeePublic resent all my shirts in the size I wanted and instead of having me return the first order, they told me to keep them and gift them to someone else who might enjoy them. This is THE BEST service I've ever experienced in all my adult years. I'm beyond grateful that they did this for me and didn't ask for anything in return from me but to make sure I enjoy my order I will ALWAYS suggest this website to friends and family. Hi TeePublic I have purchased a classic dj hoodie, it's exactly what I wanted and looks like when I ordered it, the product is exceptionally good quality and super good value price, the service and support after the order was made is extremely good quality and very helpful, delivery was very good despite the covid restrictions worldwide on shipping etc, I would highly recommend to anyone in wanting to buy products from this company.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
