I ordered the wrong sizes for father's day and they sent new ones free of charge and didn't need to send the wrong ones back. Good customer service with the rep I was dealing with.
I'm still waiting on my order and it has been a month now. I ordered for myself, my boys, and my husband. It continues to say delayed but my God! My husband is completely upset about it
I ordered a hoodie and the print looks nothing like the picture. It is extremely faded and you can barely make out the details. And it was 60 dollars. Not worth it.
I ordered a toddler's shirt for an adoption party that was coming up in a month. I looked at the size chart, which showed another child wearing the different sizes of shirts from which to choose (which I thought was a fantastic idea), so I chose the one I thought would fit correctly. I ordered the size I believed that would work, and received the shirt within 2 weeks (maybe less), which was great! However, when I looked at the shirt (which, by the way, was great -- the colors were wonderful and the lettering was perfect!), it was somewhat smaller than I thought it would be. Ugh. So I attempted to email back on the website my problem, but couldn't get my order number to work after several tries. I then tried another place on the website that allowed me to contact TeePublic about my problem (and how I would go about getting a replacement/exchange for the cute t-shirt I wanted). I emailed two days in a row, because I didn't get a response the next day, but the second time I attempted to contact TeePublic, I received a response right away, with Adam saying he'd already started another shirt order to be made in the bigger size I needed, and would be sent very soon, and even better, said that I didn't have to bother to return the first shirt, but instead to reuse it or donate it, which I will! I thought that was a great "show" of integrity, even though I ordered the wrong size in the first place and won't even have to pay for the second. Great job, TeePublic! I will definitely order more shirts when the need arises!
I found exactly the design I was looking for at a reasonable price, and when I ordered the wrong size, the customer service hit it out of the ballpark.

I love TeePublic, been buy shirts from them for years but this year I placed an order and was returned to the main page. I did not receive a notification of confirmation of my order so I figured it didn't go through and placed the order again. Later, checking my email, I see two orders for the same shirts. Indeed, the first order did go through. I immediately contacted TeePublic about the issue. While the first one to respond was lack luster, another associate (Iulia) did a splendid job and took care of the issue. While I was worried I was going to pay twice for the shirts (I really didn't need a second set), I was relieved that TeePublic seen my issue, took steps to resolve it, and fixed my oops.
TeePublic always has pretty awesome shirts to look at, I am particular to the anime/manga shirts and they are a big source of where I get them due to variety and support. I would recommend anyone to shop TeePublic, I have yet to be left stranded. I get what I order in a timely manner all the time.
I received my order and one of the items was incorrect, so I sent an email via the 'Contact Us' link on the site. I got the obligatory 'Your email was received' and was absolutely gobsmacked about 10 minutes later when I received an apology for the misshipped item and they asked for a picture of what I received in error. 15 minutes after THAT, I got communication stating my item had been reordered and I was not required to return the incorrect one. This all happened on the Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. Guys... I got the tracking number for the reorder on Thanksgiving Day. What?!? I have been in Customer Service for 20+ years and when I say OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE... you can believe it!
I had an issue with the size of a shirt. I needed to exchange it. They responded to my e-mail within a couple of hours and promptly arranged to send out the new size.
I placed and order- had an error pop up and the process stopped. I figured nothing went through- well the money was taken from my account but no order was placed for my product.
There was a small problem with one of the items received but this company resolved the issue with must respect. We will be very happy with a continued relationship with this company for years.

I can use my order # to track my order but it doesn't recognize the same number so I can make an exchange. Frustrating! I shirt I ordered said it was for woman but size says for males.
My order did not fit and I emailed teepublic on a Sunday and got a very speedy, positive response. I was impressed with how quickly and easily my issue was resolved.
I ordered a shirt. I got size Medium. It was a little too small for me. TeePublic issued and exchange for me for a Large. No questions asked. Awesome customer service!

**UPDATE** I got an email from a NoReply address telling me they haven't forgotten about me and they are adding people to their team to answer complaints. Still nothing back from them officially so I can get my refund. What an embarrassment of a company. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.
I used to love this company but with my latest order I've seen a lot of the negative of TeePublic. I ordered my item over a month ago and I still do not have it. It "shipped" weeks ago, and they decided not to write me back until it officially 'shipped' in their system. The only problem is, when it 'ships' it doesn't ACTUALLY go out. That just means they print a label. Then it goes to UPS, then they hand it off to USPS. No matter how many times I write them now, I don't get a single response. If they cannot fulfill orders, their site should close while they catch up. Instead, they just keep taking people's hard-earned money without providing their service. I will never, EVER, order from here ever again. I've started telling everyone I know not to buy from them either. Waste of time and there's no way I can get my money back at this point since they won't write back and my items are somewhere between them and me. For how much they charge to ship everything from a sticker or two to shirts, it's just unacceptable. They should honestly be ashamed of themselves for continuing to take money while they can't keep up with production. I don't even want these items anymore; I ordered them for a birthday on 6/6 but that's long gone now. I just want my money back as I already had to get a replacement gift. NEVER AGAIN. Shame on TeePublic.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
