I received my order but sadly I ordered the wrong size. The company generously offered that I keep the original shirt and are sending me the new size. Now that is customer service!
I ordered two shirts from TeePublic and did not property estimate the correct size that I needed.
When I received them I realized my error and promptly contacted TeePublic through email and quickly received a response.
They offered to send me another two shirts in the larger size and did not even require me to return the other ones I had incorrectly ordered.
THEN, as luck would have it, the color I requested was out of stock and I received the replacement shirts in the wrong color.
AGAIN, I contacted customer service and they promptly ordered me another two shirts in the different size that would suit my needs.
They still did not require me to return the incorrect shirts and told me to wear them, donate them or share them with others.
I honestly cannot say that I have NEVER received better customer service from any company I have ever dealt with.
They were prompt, courteous and incredibly helpful.
I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Bought a a t-shirt it was the wrong size snd the CS people did a great job fixing the issue. They are professional and took care of it in one day. I would highly recommend this company.

Id been searching for apparel that represents my unique skin. You see I have vitiligo and I've had it since I was 9 years old. I'm now 53. So when I came upon Teepublic I was excited to see that they had apparel with vitiligo images that I feel express Vitiligo in a unique and encouraging way. The fact that they represent independent artist was a major plus. I inadvertently order a large in the t-shirt I ordered and it was a bit tight so I wrote to see if they would kindly exchange it and I got a quick response saying that they would not only exchange it but to keep the original shirt and to donate if I like. I was totally blown away by the kindness of this. So currently I'm looking to donate the shirt to a female who has vitiligo. Also shipping was quick. They said standard shipping is 8-12 days I thick but it came sooner than that. I ordered a tee shirt and hoodie the XL hoodie fits perfect. Kudos to Teepublic! I can't wait to order again. I'm waiting to receive the new t-shirt and when I receive it I'll update this post.
If you paid for fast shipping don't they take your money and don't ship the service you paid for so save the time and money and find a better company I will never use this company ever again

I ordered a shirt off teepublic and it was super blurry and it had a hole in the printing. It was $7 shipping and it was a waste of $7 and time. Do not buy from here.
Ordered the wrong item and they just sent me the correct size for that item at no charge. They didn't even ask for the item I ordered wrong they just asked me to gift it.
I bought a tee at the end of November so it could come for Christmas as a gift. I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED IT! Every single day i check the tracking and every day it gets further and further. It always says it's going to be here the next day and then pushes it. I'm so extremely unhappy with this and frustrated, i don't even know if i will ever receive this shirt. It is now January 5th and i have a feeling i won't get my money back. This must be a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL NEVER GET IT!

I've tried many times to cancel my order and it's not working I've emailed them to cancel my order I would really like for them to send me my money back and cancel my order it took over $417 out of my account I want it back! I will SUE THEM if I don't get my money back
I did not order a tee shirt from them and I was charged for one. Nothing I would ever order. I contacted them twice and have not heard back from them.
I put an order in for a hoodie back in April and only recently received it in June. I understood the situation with COVID caused massive delays and that is ok. What isn't ok is the fact that my product was crammed into a plastic envelope and only received a short receipt of what it was. The picture on the hoodie seemed blurry and the print itself was extremely tacky to the touch. I hung the hoodie up for a while thinking the tacky would go away if it cooled down. A day later it did go down so I wanted to get it washed. Just like the label inside said, I put it on a cold wash with All Free and Clear detergent and washed it by itself on a gentle cycle. Attached is the photo of what the hoodie came out looking like; the ink has cracked and peeled off in places. I had to clean my washer out but I'm still finding speckles of white on clothing.
For how pricey this product was, I expected more. Already sent a ticket in at the time of this happening (June 5th) and nothing has come about it. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here if quality is going to be such a hard gamble.
I never received my package due to UPS, and the customer service that I received from Tee was phenomenal. Hands down, best customer service experience that I've had for quite some time.
In addition to the countless number of designs, ranging from Vintage to current themes the prices are very reasonable. And delivery times and service are top notch. No Jabroni's here.
ATTENTION DESIGNERS! Teepublic blocks your account without telling you the reason. Even if the designs are completely designed by youself!
The problem: Designs that are online, stay online - you can't take them down anymore!
When contacting them, they completely ignore you - Teepublic keeps on selling YOUR PROPERTY and you can't do anything about it!

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
