Found designs that I haven't seen elsewhere. Great communication, great customer service. I needed an exchange and was impressed with the customer service.
Absolutely GREAT designs! Something for everybody...
HOWEVER... the no-name EXTREMELY thin t-shirt material they print on is not to my liking and I do not expect to get a long wearable life from them.
Why not print such wonderful and diverse designs on a QUALITY t-shirt?
I placed an order on 3/28 with Teepublic. They used DHL to mail the package. Today is the 04/15 and DHL hasn't updated tracking for the package since 4/2. Everytime I tried to get and update from DHL the only way to contact them was through an automated messaging text system that gave no information and advised to contact the company where I made my purchase. I contacted Teepublic by chat because that is the only way to get ahold of a live agent, there's not phone number to contact and a group email and that is it. I let them know the situation and they stated the only thing they could do is reorder a new package, ground shipping with UPS. They used UPS this time I'm guessing because they have had issues with DHL. As I would not receive my package for another 4-7 days, I asked for a credit or for the package to be shipped immediately. They ignored my request repeating that they have placed another order with ground shipping. They refused to let me speak with a manager and we're not willing to do what was right. I asked to cancel the order and refund my card. The agent did that with no problem. This company would rather lose your business than do what was right. I will never use this company again. Awful customer service.
I bought a shirt from them, after I got the package I realized the shirt was too large so I asked to exchange the shirt I have for a small and they said they would send me another one and that I could keep the one that I already have the shirt should be coming the mail in a week or two.
What an amazing variety of totally cool stuff. Thanks to all you artists. But, this site has so much to offer, you could never see it all. But, total 5 stars all the way.
Ordered and was giving order number, now dont have one. Bank looking into this, I'm calling fraud. Once this is resolved I wont order again. But I'm not the only one this happened to.
This company has the best customer service I have experienced. They work with the customer on being prompt and efficient. They are in the business to satisfy their customers and do a fantastic job.
They claim they sent out my orders, and were at the post office but they never arrived please beware I've spent over hundred dollars and I have a feeling I'm getting ripped off
So I ordered 2 tank tops on 6/8/20 and they have still YET to be delivered. 2 tanks tops. Thats it. Now I just recieved an email saying it was JUST shipping to me on 6/25/20 and could take 10-25 buisness days.
DO NOT USE TEEPUBLIC. They have zero sympathy for their customers and aren't really the brightest bunch

I have purchased 5 shirts from TeePublic, and have loved every one! The quality of the printing and of the shirts themselves is excellent. I really appreciated that they make it clear that the women's shirts run a size or two small. I ordered a size up and was very happy with the fit. They are super flattering and comfortable and are now my favorite shirts! I also love that the shirts are designed by individual artists who get a cut of the sales. My only issue was that I found out the hard way that not all the shirts are 100% cotton. (I have a dermatological sensitivity to polyester). I placed an order for a heather gray shirt and when I got it noticed that it was a cotton/ poly blend. However, customer service was just amazing! They responded to my issue immediately and very kindly informed me that the heather colors are all poly blend material, and they sent me a replacement shirt (in 100% cotton) free of charge! Now that's what I call an outstanding shopping experience. TeePublic has definitely earned my repeat business!
As always, I just want to say you and all your artists are awesome. Love the shirts, quality is fantastic.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
