Ordered face masks specifically for their graphics. Website showed them fully open and viewable. Once I got them I realized that they did not completely unfold and the artwork could not be seen when I was wearing the mask. Total waste of my money. I wish I would have seen all the bad reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned.
Frances contacted us via e-mail to make the order right. And she did! We received a replacement t-shirt and the magnet within 7-10 days. Happy to report that the replacements were as described in the info when ordering. Thank you Frances for the follow up e-mails and the great customer service that you provided in dealing with our complaint.
Ordered a I am the Storm Hodgkins Lymphoma Warrior Magnet and t-shirt on 6/1/20. Two separate shipments - on 6/13/20 we received a notice that the package was delivered. It was not delivered to our address. Sent an e-mail to Tee Public with no response. UPS tracking info showed that it was "handed off" to the USPS. They have no idea where this package is and informed me to contact the sender. The t-shirt was shipped and was to be delivered by 9 p.m. on 6/25/20. No package again. No follow up. I have sent four e-mails to TeePublic as well as contacting the post office. TeePublic has yet to respond. This is the most disappointing service ever received from a company. This was a special birthday gift for someone that received the news they are in remission as of the beginning of June. Can't even describe the disappointment with this company.
I have a family member that loves ELO, for his birthday I wanted to get him something great. I looked online and found several. The one on TeePublic was the nicest, brightest and the best price. PLUS it let me get the sweatshirt on time. I could not be more pleased with my item and the great customer service!
I ordered what I thought was a lawn sign and received a small sticker. Even though I am the one who made the mistake they refunded me in full and allowed me to keep the sticker. You do not see this type of customer service these days and I was very appreciative. I would now order from them again.

I placed an order for two t-shirts to be delivered to Canada. The order was processed and shipped very quickly, and I received the order within a week. Upon opening up the package I noticed that one of the shirts was defective, and upon contacting customer service, I received a very quick response. Upon sending verification that the shirt was indeed defective, the agent shipped out another package free of charge to make fix the initial issue.
I've now received the second package, also super fast, and am very happy with both the product and the service.
I'm rating 4 / 5 only because of the small hiccup, but other than that everything was fantastic.

After receiving my order, I needed to make an exchange for a different size. Customer service responded to my email, overnight. Not only did they approve the exchange, but they also didn't charge me for shipping. To top it all off, they told me to keep the shirts that I had already received. I plan to distribute the shirts to a few of the local people that "live outdoors." Thank you TeePublic for your wonderful service. I will definitely order again!
I ordered four tshirts/tank tops from TeePublic. Two days after I ordered them, I noticed they all went on sale. I emailed TeePublic about a possible refund of the price difference of the shirts. I quickly received an email response from Natalie who stated she would grant me a refund of the price difference for all four shirts! What a great company! Many companies would've told me "too bad" but not TeePublic. I will definitely buy from them in the future!
This website always handles any customer issues with solid professionalism. They exchange sizes, reprint any graphic issues on shirts, and answer emails super promptly. I will be a long time customer of this site!
I've ordered a couple different t-shirts, and both were shipped timely and good quality. One of the shirts did not quite fit like I thought, and they gladly sent a new tee free of charge and told us to just keep the old one! Overall great customer service and timely responses.
Very slow delivery. My products have been stuck in Columbus Ohio for a week. Been waiting 20 days...

I will use this company from now on for quality t-shirts. I ordered a size that when received in the mail, was smaller than i thought it would be. They were so wonderful as to give me a new shirt, (no charge), and asked that i donate the original shirt to a charity. What a great company. Thank you so much for everything. The shirt came very quickly in the mail also. They are very professional.
I ordered 2 of the same shirts in different sizes for me and my buddy. A medium and a large. I am usually in between small and medium so i gambled. Well I was wrong. After I put on the shirt I immediately knew I needed the small. I'm 5'7" 145 athletic. I like my shirts form fitting. When I exchanged the medium for a small the customer service rep Samuel told me to just keep the medium and that another in size small was on its way. Now I can let my friend try on the M and the L and make sure he gets the perfect fit for his birthday present!
Great customer service! Love the Tee-shirts... They were very easy to work with, had a minor issue with sizing, but they fixed the issue immediately! Will definitely order from them again!

I have to brag on this company. In a time when our world is full of negativity this place is AWESOME! I ordered a couple of shirts thinking they would fit and they did not! I sent a request for exchange and got a response in less than 24 hours! Easy exchange process and very helpful staff! I will use them again and again for all my T-Shirt needs. Check them out!

I ordered 4 t shirts from TeePublic. Of course the mail service is slow and that is certainly not the fault of TeePublic, but I had need to contact them twice to ask for status information and for my tracking codes... I literally had responses (very helpful ones) within 5 minutes! I have never had the kinda of customer service. I will be using TeePublic far more often!
Ordered several things from this site, a hoodie $50, about 8 shirts at $15 a shirt. All but 1 shirt the print completely washed off in ONE WASH. You literally can get better shirts at WalMart. There is 0 accountability. Such a waste of money! They NEVER responded to my refund inquiry either. It's a SCAM!

My order got lost in the mail. But I received a notice that it was delivered. By the carriers... But, it was not there. After a couple days I contacted Tee Public... they were nice and informative. And rapidly fixed my problem... Thank You for your great response
I mistakenly ordered a t shirt in the wrong color. I contacted TeePublic and they told me,
"No problem! I went ahead and processed your exchange and your new asphalt shirt should reach you soon. As a courtesy, there's no need to send the original back—we encourage you to keep, donate, or reuse it!"
Does customer service get any better?
And, by the way, it's a great t shirt even in the wrong color!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
