I've bought from Teepublic before and love their shirts. They have a woman's tapers Tee which I like better than the unisex. It fits great! Bought some Tee's for Xmas and had to guess their sizes. I had to exchange some of them and when I emailed them they were very easy to deal with. They actually allowed me to keep the Tees that didn't fit and sent me the proper sizes I needed. I was able to give the other Tees away.

I ordered a tee shirt for my husband and it did not fit. I contacted customer service at TeePublic and they replied quickly. They are sending a new shirt in another size and didn't even want the other shirt sent back! I would definitely order from them again!
They owe me $1500 and deleted my account and will not respond with any proof of what I did wrong. It says in their terms and conditions that they will let you know what takedown request and let you dispute. Here is my question... If my design violated their terms and conditions in December how do they think they don't owe me for items sold in November?
If you notice it will be the same reply from Stephen telling me to read the terms and conditions and contact them if I dispute. Which is a revolving door since I've obviously done that!
I placed an order and received the wrong size. Teepublic sent me a new order and let me keep the 1st order to give away to someone as a gift. Their customer service was amazing and would definitely recommend ordering with them. A++++
My order arrived slightly damaged. I wrote them an email explaining the issue, and they got back to me (on a Saturday, no less) in less than an hour! After I sent them pics of the damaged item, I received an email stating that a replacement was on the way. I'm extremely happy with their customer service and will be buying from them again.
I have purchased tees and mugs and stickers and notebooks for myself and as gifts, thousands of designs or you can make your own and get a few bucks back when people choose your design. Great customer service they will always work with you to get an issue solved and usually to your advantage. I highly recommend them, they do what they do excellently
I ordered a shirt on 2/8/14 and it still hasn't shipped. I contacted customer service and never received a reply. Now I have a dispute open with PayPal to get my money back since the company won't answer my complaint. As much as I like their shirts, I will never do business with them ever again. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
By mistake I have raised to order and paid both amounts and after that I have cancelled one order *******. But still I haven't received any update from the customer care. I tried all my best to know about my both the orders. Please help me with this.
I cannot express how highly I recommend TeePublic. I had an issue with sizing of a t. Shirt and so emailed them. I had a friendly, honest and prompt email back. They sorted out my issue with integrity and speed.

Recently I purchased a t-shirt from Teepublic. The size was to small. Without any explanation they responded. I sent an email to tell them my dilemma. I ordered a T-shirt as a gift for my BF, and I guessed the size wrong. ( new relationship lol) The graphics on the T-shirt were perfect and the colors were great. Customer service was quick to help me with the right size. They asked me to donate the one I ordered in error and sent me a new one. What a great group of people. I recently ordered 4 t-shirts from TeePublic, the first time I have ordered anything with this company. The shirts arrived quickly, and the t-shirt fabric is good quality and soft.
When I realized that one of the shirts had the graphic placed a bit low on the shirt, I took a photo and contacted customer service. TeePublic quickly resolved the issue, saying that they notified production and are sending a replacement shirt. They let me know that I don't need to return the original, but rather can donate it or give it away. I appreciate that because it saves me time and is also more green as there are fewer resources used, for example no packaging or driving to return the original shirt. I just placed a second order as the site has so many design choices. I appreciate the great customer service, quick response, and positive resolution.
I ordered two shirts, and when they arrived, I discovered they were mistakenly made using the wrong material. I emailed TeePublic to find out what could be done, and they got back to me immediately, confessed to their mistake and apologized, and then sent me the correct shirts using expedited shipping. They even told me I could keep the other shirts! They totally live up to their "Holy Shirt" guarantee, and with customer service like this, I want to buy all of my shirts from TeePublic! <3
I had never heard of this organization but was looking for a present for one of my employees who loves the Silver Surfer. I just typed in Silver Surfer and found this website. It is now saved in my favorites because the variety they have to offer is unreal. I will definitely look here before looking anywhere else when I am looking for that unique gift for someone.
The other thing that was impressive was their response to my questions.
I bought a great T-shirt from Teepublic; I love the unique design and I'm very happy with the quality. The T-shirt is exactly as described online and sizing is accurate. Living in a remote(ish) place, I contacted the team about logistics, they were very responsive, knew what they were talking about and they seem such nice people. I'll certainly buy more from Teepublic.
I ordered a t-shirt from TeePublic one size larger than I usually order based on reviews, but it was still a bit small. I expected to have to pay for return shipping, if they would even permit an exchange. To my delight, they told me to just donate the small T-shirt and they would send me a larger one at no cost! This is really exceptional and appreciated. I heartily recommend TeePublic and will order from them in the future!
I originally left a one star poor review because I had tried to contact customer service and felt they were non-responsive. However, they did finally contact me, asked me to send them some pictures of the problem, and then did follow up and issued a full refund without me having to incur any shipping charges to send back the phone cover that I had a problem with. They handled this in a very excellent way and I am now very happy with their customer service. Thank you Stephen at TeePublic for your help and resolution to this. One recommendation, revise your website to indicate that it can take up to one week to hear back from customer service and not 48 hours.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
