I purchased a TeePublic shirt for my sister for her birthday this past weekend. I realized there was a glitch in the fabric and was worried about going through a return. But holy cow! As soon as I emailed them and showed a quick picture, the problem was handled not only efficiently but with incredible kindness. You just don't get good service like that anymore! TeePublic - you guys rock! And not only did my sister get her shirt on time, she teared up when I gave it to her and after hearing about my excellent experience with your company. It's a perfect fit and perfect design. Seriously, could not have asked for more. Thank you so much!
I ordered a T-Shirt from TeePublic. Unfortunately, a small portion of the image fell off the shirt after wearing it for a day. I took a picture of the problem, sent it to TeePublic and their response was to immediately send another T-Shirt to me free of charge! Now, that's excellent follow-up service.
I mistakenly ordered a t shirt in the wrong color. I contacted TeePublic and they told me,
"No problem! I went ahead and processed your exchange and your new asphalt shirt should reach you soon. As a courtesy, there's no need to send the original back—we encourage you to keep, donate, or reuse it!"
Does customer service get any better?
And, by the way, it's a great t shirt even in the wrong color!
My teen stumbled across Tee Public. We ordered 1 t-shirt to check quality. He was very happy, so we placed another bigger order. One of the shirts wasn't a true medium. After contacting CS, they immediately made it right. They sent out a replacement asap. I felt heard, I honestly thought they would say I'm lying. Or say sizing can be off sometimes. They only asked for pictures AFTER they were already gonna send a replacement. And even that was optional. So glad my son found Tee Public. They have a ridiculous selection and are much cheaper then Spencer's. Definitely a customer for life! Buy with confidence.
The shirt I got was too big, which is always a problem when ordering on line, I let them know and with in 48 hours they had responded and sent me a new shirt, they didn't even make me mail back the old one which is always such a pain! That alone is worth five stars.

After having an sizing issue with two shirts I recently purchased. TeePublic offered to exchange them for the proper size without hassle. I will be purchasing from them in the future. Keep up the good work!
In a world that tends to justify and deflect when faced with taking ownership of a mistake, they stand head and shoulders above the rest. Has a small misprint in the shirt I ordered, took 2 minutes to take a pic and send in my disappointment. Received response in less than 24 hours with apology and no cost replacement. They have a customer for life!
I have a family member that loves ELO, for his birthday I wanted to get him something great. I looked online and found several. The one on TeePublic was the nicest, brightest and the best price. PLUS it let me get the sweatshirt on time. I could not be more pleased with my item and the great customer service!
Such a pleasant and easy experience with TeePublic! I ordered a sweatshirt for my husband but it turned out to be too small. But he loved the sweatshirt, so I requested an exchange for bigger size. Instead of going through the hassle of packaging it up to return, they told me to keep, give away, or donate the sweatshirt and they promptly put in a new order for the bigger size. I am excited because now I get to keep the smaller sweatshirt (which is super cute) and my husband gets a new one - and it was all taken care of for me.
Also, I looked everywhere for a cute Truro sweatshirt that I could order online and it was tough to find! This design is great and feels authentic to the Cape. Will definitely order from TeePublic again.

The selection of shirts is awesome. Logos and shirts are high quality. One of the shirts I ordered was too small, so I went thru the exchange process and it was super easy! They responded right away, are sending me a new shirt no charge and let me keep the too small one. Very impressed with product and customer service.
The kind that you rarely find anymore. I placed an order for a t-shirt. The delivery was very fast and the quality of the product is excellent. I had a size issue and emailed customer service. I received a reply promptly and they resolved my issue without any delay. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TeePublic. Any company that still provides such a high level of customer service and product is a company worth supporting.

The graphic I ordered was a character that was bright fuschia. The shirt I got is lavender. Not even close. The graphic was printed crooked on the shirt and the shirt sizing is at least one size off, if not more. Don't order from these people. Terrible quality

I was in search of the subtle Red Sox fan t-shirt - with the CITGO sign - and found one on TeePublic's website. At first I ordered a women's medium (way too small), then a women's XL (still too small) and then a men's XL (just right! Big enough to sleep in). All through the process, outstanding customer service from Andrei. Patient, responsive and let me keep the small t-shirts which I have since sent to my niece near Boston. - Buffalo Barb
One month later an my "in stock" tshirt finally shipped! Unbelievable, very disappointed. Was purchased as a present three weeks early now it might arrive two weeks late. These people wonder why Amazon has most of the online business. Reliability and customer service and Two day delivery. What on earth are these people thinking?
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
