I created a Teepublic account and uploaded several designs that were 100% my own as well as designs that I had proof of commercial usage permission by other designers that I paid for. I had several sales, then all of a sudden my account was canceled with absolutely no reason given. I sent several emails offering proof and received NO RESPONSE AT ALL! That canceled my account AND kept the proceeds from my sales. Seller Beware!
This site sucks, has way too many issues! First they always bombard buyers with coupons, but its a scam, because when you go to use them, it always says not valid. Then they have an issue that NO other selling site has. If you place items in the cart, you better pay immediately, or they clear cart out. I wasted 2 hrs filling cart, and the only reason I didn't pay that moment, I sent message, coupon not working. If I am spending $200 I am using the 30% coupon. I have filled this cart 3 times, same items, and the dysfunctional site keeps emptying my cart. I give up, I am not searching for these items again. The customer service is terrible, they never respond. Had they responded right away, telling me why coupon not working, I would have paid right away. So they make buyer suffer because they don't respond right away, yet they empty your cart right away? Am I missing something, I have sent messages saying hurry up, assist me, before YOU empty my cart! Does that sound like intelligent people run this site? There is nothing worse than a site that does things to lose money, and then on top of that, doesn't care. If I owned a business and a buyer made me aware that I was losing business, I would want to fix this problem! I don't know what to think other than they just hire lazy, incompetent people that don't want to do their job right? Not trying to be negative, but nothing else makes any sense? Perfect example, I filled cart 3 times, sent message 4 days ago, never heard back. I hate to say the obvious, if you don't respond back within the time frame of when your carts empty items, then you will not have any sales. Maybe they sell so much, they are rich and don't need the money, you got me. I saw a lot of other issues that don't make sense on this site, such as I see an item and when I return to site 3 days later, the item is no longer on site? Does that mean it sold out and its not being restocked? If so, why don't you mention that in ad. Bottom line, I believe some very lazy, incompetent or ignorant people run this site. I.E. Want to avoid paying shipping, spend $80 or more. Cant find items at one time to total $80, don't buy from this site, the items will be deleted from cart before you find items to total $80…sounds like incompetence to me.
I ordered this for my 13 year old daughter. She is obsessed with It (the movie). She wanted a new hoodie for school. When she opened the package she squealed with happiness!
You know, there is nothing worse than seeing t-shirt designs that you love, or designs of something you thought you would never ever see due to its obscurity or something you just think is cute - then ordering the t-shirts, paying for shipping and waiting over a month to receive them - then you receive your order and it looks like they've been washed thirty times already. You compare them to the online representations and you realize they just simply did a lousy job - they're not $8 t-shirts but $23 t-shirts that were on sale for $15, which adds up to alot when you order eight of them. Only one of them was passable because it was mainly printed letters and on most of the other t-shirts you can see through the thin printing to the t-shirt color.
It's enough to make you want to do everything you can to discourage people from ordering from the company - it's surprising something of that quality gets shipped out unless that's what normally gets shipped out. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from TeePubic again and would give my opinion if asked - I will go to other companies if I get a hankering for t-shirts that aren't in stores.

I contacted Tee-Publuc Customer Service and they replied within 30 minutes and resolved My problem, no questions asked! Truly a Professional and and Honorable Company. I will definitely recommend them to my Family and Friends. They have Great Products and a Large Selection. Tee- Public will be The only Company I will deal with for Great Quality T- Shirts.

I ordered a 5t shirt for my daughter. The company shipped me a 2t and there's no way to get a response from a human. For $23, I expect my order to be right.

We got 2 Graphic hoodies and sz L was perfect true to sz and graphics were as described we have ordered from here for 2 years and love the quality and that you can pick what you want A++++++
This review is replacing my previous one, back in August. Long story cut short, I ordered (and of course, paid for) seven, YES SEVEN, T-shirts in June. No news from Teepublic until I wrote my first review (August) stating that their customer service was truly bad and that I had no news about my order. Then, silence... Months went by... And finally I received a package over the mail on the weekend, just to realize, truly disgusted I have to say, that my package from Teepublic included JUST ONE T-SHIRT! That's right, the package Teepublic sent me included only ONE OUT OF SEVEN T-Shirts I paid for... Quality is not an issue, quantity is!
So many people complaining can´t be wrong, we have all been truly played by this unprofessional company, great idea in principle (helping independent artists, cool designs, variety of products) but a total scam in real life. Here's a couple of pics of the package I received...
Avoid it, like the plague... unless you enjoy giving your money away, and trust me, there are better ways of doing that in 2020.

I bought the tee shirt with Rock lee from Naruto Shippuden. The shirt is so soft and the design looks absolutely amazing. I have also bought from them in the past and I am always satisfied.
The print looks blurry and washed out. The overall print is not consistent (there are spots where you can see the tshirt through the print...). Would NOT recommend...
I do not have good experience selling on TeePublic, I gave it a try by uploading my first design on to my shop, I created it myself, it's not offensive or anything, just plan normal humorous text design, within one day they took down my design because I violated term and condition, but they WILL NOT tell you why, I wrote to customer service as to why they took down my design, I'm willing to learn from my mistake, all they replied were "it seems you violated the term and condition, please upload the original PSD file to proof the ownership", ok, I have couple more issue here, 1. They still did not answer my question, but based on their reply, I guess they assumed I stole other people's work? 2. why did they let my art work go to live without even checking for valid psd? And after I spent all that time uploading the work they decided to accuse random artist that they stole other people's work? Shouldn't they be doing the check before artist even upload? Will I be accuse of stealing people's work every single time I upload a work from now on? And by the way I did send them my psd file right away and still no answer, this is really insulting to artist who genuinely just want to design and sell their work.
The t-shirts I received are super thin and poor quality. I can see everything through them, will never waste my money here again

Placed an order with Teepublic with an independent artist, the order was for a band shirt and I like supporting artists by wearing and buying their merchandise throughout different means and channels.
The process was quick and in no time I had the shirt I was a little disappointed with the color quality but I thought not much of it and wore it regardless, I then decided to let Teepublic know that I had received the shirt and was a little disappointed with the color quality.
They showed and presented concern apologised and offered to make it right I wasn't exactly aware of what this meant at the time I was honest and I told them I had worn it but they said that's not a problem and still encouraged me to present evidence of the delivered shirts low print color quality.
Once it was confirmed that I was telling the truth they immediately processed me a new order free of charge for a reprint and a new shirt they allowed me to keep original shirt also!
I have now received my new shirt and I am very pleased with the reprint and the colour printing quality it resembles the advertised image from the original order this company is excellent polite and very efficient I highly recommend them!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
