I do not have good experience selling on TeePublic, I gave it a try by uploading my first design on to my shop, I created it myself, it's not offensive or anything, just plan normal humorous text design, within one day they took down my design because I violated term and condition, but they WILL NOT tell you why, I wrote to customer service as to why they took down my design, I'm willing to learn from my mistake, all they replied were "it seems you violated the term and condition, please upload the original PSD file to proof the ownership", ok, I have couple more issue here, 1. They still did not answer my question, but based on their reply, I guess they assumed I stole other people's work? 2. why did they let my art work go to live without even checking for valid psd? And after I spent all that time uploading the work they decided to accuse random artist that they stole other people's work? Shouldn't they be doing the check before artist even upload? Will I be accuse of stealing people's work every single time I upload a work from now on? And by the way I did send them my psd file right away and still no answer, this is really insulting to artist who genuinely just want to design and sell their work.

Contrary to most people, I have the most horrible experience with izz0pro Video. Everything started out "nice" and "sweet", and the owner was willing to work with me to do a customized package and answer all kind of questions in the beginning, Im a very detail oriented person and continued to ask some more questions regarding seeing a sample of full edit video that comes with the package. Since we were going to be paying thousands on videography service, I wanted to make sure I ask every possible question so there wont be any surprises or misunderstanding. I even politely thanked him for all his time and patience at the end of each e-mail. In my last question regarding if I can see a sample of a full-lenth video (which is common to ask according to other videographers Ive contacted), store owner just snapped and told us literally word for word:

No I do not have a fully edited video to show because it would be invasion of privacy if I sent someone else's personal video to you. Would you like me to do that to you? Do me and favor and find someone else to film your wedding at this point. I have BENT BEYOND BACKWARDS for you!

I couldn't thank him enough for making my life easier as we were literally deciding between izzopro and another videographer. How are we supposed to know seeing samples of videos is consider invasion of privacy when they already post so many promo videos on their website? All he has to say is he cannot show us a video due to privacy issues and we'll be perfectly happy with the answer. This response alone says a lot about them. Feel free to look at the screenshot on their professional response(you can find it on google). They also disputed my negative review on a wedding website.

I was very disappointed when I found out one of my honest review got disputed by vendor after being taunted and humiliated by a videographer izzopro, vendor immediately dispute the negative review and weddingwire sided with them, now I see how fake the whole review system is on weddingwire and I lost all my respect for them.
