Understandably shipping is backed up due to the Corona virus. Why would a designer be needed, when any child over 8 years of age can easily transfer those designs.

Great customer care

I had ordered a sweatshirt from the site and the color didn't turn out how I thought it would, nor the size. I am always hesitant when reaching out to customer services because I always have to pay a little more than I should just to correct an error. So when I reached I out fully expected to have to pay a large sum to get a replacement, but as a courtesy, they just responded saying they processed my requested correction. No need to ship back anything and no need to pay extra. It was extremely unnecessary considering that both errors are on the customer end, yet I was extremely grateful nonetheless. It was a very kind and generous move from a company that isn't considered "big".

I feel like there's a big disparity between 4 and 5 stars. I'm not gonna go out of my way to tell everyone in the world how great I thought the service was, but it wasn't just "good" either. So considering I went out of my way to write a review (really the bare minimum I could in reture for what y'all did) I gave it a 5. Thanks again.

If I would rate the masks that I bought 5 out 5 stars because the designs of the masks are amazing. I also love how comfortable masks around my ears and they are breathable especially where I live (I live in South Flordia, which tends to be a pretty humid place for those of you who don't know). The only 2 problems that I have this website that I can not give this website a 5 out of 5 stars. The first problem is that the website said the mask would be machine washable but when I received the masks I notice that they were not machine washable. I do not mind doing a little bit of extra work but I wish they did not lie to me about something that clearly was not true. The second and final issue I have with the website is with the customer service. They took to long to respond for a simple question that I asked. I understand that we are in a pandemic but don't say on your website that you will respond in 48 hours but you take 6-8 days. But I love the masks that I received they are a 5 out of 5 but the website itself deserves the rating that I am giving them.

Superb customer service!

I don't think I've ever encountered such good customer service. I ordered a t-shirt as a Christmas present, but it didn't arrive on time, as promised (however, I believe this wasn't their fault and had more to do with enormous quantities of stuff being ordered online, and subsequently being delivered, due to Covid restrictions/fears limiting the amount of high street shopping people were doing before Christmas). I emailed TeePublic and they apologised and said they'd send another asap - no quibbles. It arrived within days! A week or so later, I received the original one, too! However, by this point, I'd discovered that I'd ordered the wrong size. So I emailed again, asking if I could send the t-shirts back and get an exchange for another size. TeePublic said no problem, what size do you want? And then told me I needn't send back the other two t-shirts! So I basically got 3 for the price of one, as well as a lot of kind and efficient replies to my emails. I'll definitely use this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

As an artist I sold my designs on Teepublic for several years with no issues, overall I must have spent hundreds of hours uploading and curating the several shops I ran (overall had 7k+ designs) - one day TP decided to simply delete my business with template email saying I had broke their T&Cs, which simply wasn't true. After sending over 20 emails over the course of 12 months I received literally zero reply…

Overall horrible company, they are still selling designs I have spend over a decade designing myself and they even decided to keep the last royalty payment I was due - they really don't support their artists so I advice to not support their business!

ORDER A SHIRT ON OCTOBER 10TH RECEIPT SAID I WOULD RECEIVE WITH IN 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS CONTACTED THE COMPANY TO LET THEM KNOW I HAD NOT RECEIVED MY SHIRT AND THEY CLAIM THE DATE IS AN ESTIMATE TO GIVE IT UNTIL THE 25TH AND THEN THEY WILL SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO. WHAT THE $#*!, YOU CHARGING $7.00 FOR SHIPPING AND IT TAKES 15 DAYS. NO WHERE IN THE UNITED STATES TAKES 15 DAYS AND YOUR SENDING THROUGH UPS. CHECKED MY TRACKING UPDATE AND MY SHIRT HAS BEEN SITTING IN THE ALLEN PARK LOCATION AS OF THE 17TH NO MOVEMENT, THE ALLEN PARK LOCATION IS WITHIN DRIVING DISTANCE FROM MY HOME WHICH MAKES NO SENSE THAT I STILL DONT HAVE IT, SO I CALL TO TRY TO PICK IT UP AND THEY TELL ME AT THE SALER'S REQUEST THE ITEM HAS BEEN PICKED UP BY THE POST OFFICE TO DELIVER AND NO FURTHER TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. WORST SERVICE EVER AND NOTHING BUT LIES ABOUT THERE SHIPPING.

TERRIBLE service... still waiting for birthday gift

I ordered a shirt for a birthday present - outside of the 14 days max delivery time mentioned on the website.
Almost one month later I am still waiting.
The worst part is I bought this issue up with them on the 12th day as my package tracking was stuck in a random country for weeks.
Their response? Just wait the 14 days.
After the 14 days - still not arrived. Oh seems its lost. Not our fault though its the package company (err well use a better one - and take responsibility for this poor service you've chosen).
We'll resend it.
Well my response: I already have missed the birthday and had to buy an alternate present. You didn't offer me any other options such as expedited shipping for free or my money back. And there has been no confirmation that you have actually even re shipped it or taken the issue up with the mail company.
I don't recommend this company and won't be buying again. BUYER BEWARE.
(meanwhile I ordered running shoes 2 days ago that are here already.)

This company despite all its emails has still not reshipped this item bought a month ago now. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing and if I could give them 0 stars I definitely would.

TERRIBLE SERVICE with absolutely no regard for the customer and unable to communicate with each other (or have any idea what's going on)

I ordered a sweatshirt as a Christmas present for my friend. It got stolen after courier left it at the gate to my apartment and I wasn't home (completely unacceptable!) and the gate is so wide that anybody can easily put their hand through it and take it. I contacted TeePublic immediately and the response was rapid. First of all, they believed me and didn't blame me for the whole situation (it happened in my life before so I was surprised), and agreed that the courier had no right to leave it without my permission and especially at the spot so easily accessible by anyone else. They ensured me that they will reship my order and I was regularly in touch with people from the customer service. They provided not only the reshipment of my order but also reassurance, which was essential because, as I mentioned before, it was a Christmas present and I wanted it to arrive on time because I have to send it to Poland. So you can tell that it was pretty distressing for me. They didn't mind any questions and worries that I had and answered all of them. The sweatshirt came today and I can send it tomorrow so I am very happy with the outcome. It is very well-made and I love the fabric. They deserve a five-star rating because all the support was amazing and by doing that I want to thank all of the people from the customer service at TeePublic, well done guys. I'll definitely be back for other goodies from your shop!

Quality products excellent customer service

Have used Teepublic a few times now, ordered hoodies and masks, I must say firstly the products are very high quality. Quick delivery well packaged and sealed. I ordered a xl premium hoodie but I have longer than usual arm's so the sleeves were too short for me, however I've already received a small classic hoodie for my son and sleeves were a bit longer in proportion than the premium. I contacted customer services and told them about the problem and asked if I could change the xl premium hoodie for a xl classic instead. They contacted me very quickly and ordered and dispatched another hoodie in classic straight away. I'm absolutely amazed and delighted with the customer service, you really can't get better customer service than that. I wish all customer service was like Teepublics. I'm an honest guy and I really highly recommend Teepublic excellent quality products and service. In my opinion the best in quality printed products and service online anywhere.ive also ordered a few more hoodie and t shirts that are on the way, and I will definitely be ordering more masks hoodies and t shirts soon. This is really amazing TeePublic was there for me due to USPS stated they had the wrong address and I told them the seller always send my package to the right address and I told TeePublic what was going and O my goodness they send me other one that is amazing but in the long run USPS HMM? Like always I got my package and loving it it is really awesome and that is why went to purchase more in TeePublic and they have my color that I love so much RED. TeePublic I thank you so much and can't wait to get my special items Yes yes And these are the others that I purchase with no issue the one with three shirts and really love it I'm really a Kaiju and Gojira Fan.

EVERY company should treat customers like teepublic does. Had an exchange issue, they helped quickly and with a better response then I expected. Recieved my 2nd shirt and the design was much nicer then I expected. I hope they stay in business along time! Have my 3rd order already in my cart. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED IN ANY WAY!

We love one of our pod casts drunk3po and Gina Carono so we ordered the welcome to the rebelion t-shirts and they got to us we were so excited. My boyfriend put on the shirt it fit great and when I felt the shirt it was soooo soft. I want to order more. We love the shirt and will wear it alllll the time. We will be ordering more in future only other thing I would recommend is going tagless but that's the worst thing I could say about the shirt. We love it. Thank you.

I placed an order on May 8th. The tracking website shows expected delivery date of May 30th. This is June 14th. I have emailed them TWICE with NO RESPONSE. I also sent TWO text messages with NO RESPONSE. There's no phone number anywhere for this company. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered several shirts from TeePublic and was excited when I got the email that they had shipped. There was even a tracking number given. Disappointment hit when the package was marked as "delivered" but I hadn't received it. I checked with neighbors but it wasn't there. USPS said give it an extra day in case it was marked as "delivered" accidentally early, but it didn't show up even with the extra two days. To be honest, when the package was lost, I was pretty discouraged, thinking it will be impossible to get the problem solved, and that I'd just have to accept I've lost the $50+ I'd spent. But I contacted TeePublic just to see if anything could be done. TeePublic's customer service blew me away. I truly am shocked, in the best possible way. They followed up and quickly sent a replacement order, and sent it by FedEx. I never thought that was a possible outcome. They were amazing. I only wish there were more companies who treated their customers as caringly as TeePublic. And I hope TeePublic is rewarded with many more loyal and frequently-buying customers like I plan to be. I Ordered a Tank top ( I have two titles Mom & Mamaw) I wanted a 4x because I like my shirts lose, when I received the shirt it was 1x, I went to the site TeePublic and told them there was a mistake, someone responded right away apologizing for the mistake and don't worry about sending that shirt back, the second shirt showed up a few days later and it was the wrong size, I then contacted TeePublic again and let them know they had in fact sent the wrong size, I was getting a little
Agitated, but not TeePublic they again assured me
They would fix this situation to keep that shirt also and they would make it right and get me my shirt.
In just a few days the package came and it was exactly what I ordered, they worked diligently to make sure I (their customer) was happy and that is why I will always order any shirts, mugs from TeePublic they are my go to. Thanks Beverly Wright
