I just orderd 2 tees. Price said 13. They were on sale. Checked out and reviewd. Total was 30 something with shippping. Once it charged me i saw it changed to 47 dollars. Wtf

My experience with Tee Public has been excellent. I was excited to find a company which offered such a wide selection of artist-based designs at a very reasonable price. Sometimes it's hard to find new designs enough for all the gamers and anime fans in our family! So I made a large order at Christmas which shipped promptly and was scheduled for delivery Dec. 15th. Unfortunately, it got stranded at the bottom of a pile in a post office warehouse just before Christmas.
A week ago I finally contacted customer support for help. They replied immediately and shipped a replacement order that day. Everybody loved their late presents, which arrived in two days. It was a nice surprise, since we have all been sick, fearing covid, and needed a little cheering up.
Then yesterday, the original order showed up. I contacted Tee Public today to explain I was sick and broke, and returning might be delayed. They sent back an email which said " feel better" and to feel free to keep the original order. It felt like Christmas all over again! Now I can give my grandkids "I love you" presents, which really lifted my spirits!
Sure is nice to find a company which offers competitive priced apparel that is well-made and a little different than the mainstream. A more individualic selection with focus on the artists. It's even nicer to find a company which offers efficiency and real integrity. I am definitely sold.

One of my orders was lost by UPS on it's way from Ireland to Denmark, and while UPS was unable to help me, TeePublic shipped a new packet with the missing items immediately after contacting them.
So I ordered a shirt, which came promptly, but it seemed to be slightly too small, as well as not being as dark a colour shade as expected from how it looked to me on the site, and it also had some fluff in the packaging (which hadn't damaged it, but was a tad bemusing).
I messaged the company with a picture of the product and explained that the shirt was fine but not quite the colour or size I expected and that i'd like to exchange it, trade it for another one.
I got an immediate response, which was fantastic.
The customer service team were happy to replace the shirt and they also kindly directed me to a site that clearly laid out how the shirt styles fitted. Out of the blue, the TeePublic team told me I could keep the initial purchase as a gift whilst sending me the replacement shirt I requested.
This is quite frankly above and beyond fair customer service! I mean the product was unworn and not damaged so would have been perfectly fine to re-sell, so I find that very very generous of the company.
I will happily recommend this company to anyone, they were efficient and lovely.
During the chaotic times that we are all going through, it is quite an unexpected pleasure to deal with an on-line company that bends over backwards to make certain an order is fulfilled to the customer's complete satisfaction. That is exactly what the company "Tee Public" is all about! It goes without saying that the quality of their products (I've ordered tee shirts and hoodies) are exceptional but when it comes to their staff, whom I've had the pleasure of dealing with, there are not enough accolades to bestow on them. Case in point, I ordered the wrong size in a tee and hoodie for one of my grandchildren for Christmas and when I completed the on-line return form, it indicated that it could take up to 9 hours for someone to reply. However, being the impatient person that I am, I decided to re-order the same two products in the next size up without waiting for a response. Almost immediately after, I received an email from one of their staff members letting me know that they received the form, were going to send the next size up in both items and noted that I did not have to place another order and they were going to refund the 2nd order to my charge card. *Still can't figure out how they knew I had done that!
I would DEFINITELY recommend purchasing from this company not only because of their exceptional products but also because of the over- and-above customer service that goes along with what Tee Public is all about.

Teepublic have some of the best designs available, there are so many designs I would like to purchase.
I ordered three t-shirts which looked fantastic on the website. When they arrived I was very disappointed with the quality, I just didn't feel they represented the images on the site and felt quite disappointed. I contacted Teepublic and raised the issue with them. I was asked to provide photos and quickly received a reply agreeing that the quality was not up to scratch and an explaination why. It was agreed that a replacement would be sent for one t-shirt and I could choose two other designs to replace the other two t-shirts where suitable replacements could not be sent.
I believe in credit where credit is due - Teepublic have provided me wtih a fantastic service and as I feel so strongly about it I am happy to write this positive review.

I love supporting Independent artists and smaller companies. I placed my first order with this company about 2 months ago. I ordered a few tshirts for my bf and a hoodie for me. When the items arrived, I felt my hoodie was smaller than a normal size large.It was also a very lightweight hoodie. I wear a med usually but prefer my hoodies bigger and this size large hoodie fit snugger than I liked. On my next order, I decided to go a size up on the hoodies. I was so excited when they arrived and as soon as held one up, I knew these hoodies were going to be way too big for myself and my bf. These were sized more like your typical hoodie and was much heavier than the first. I decided to reach out to Teepublic and see if there was anything we could do. I wasnt expecting or requesting a refund but rather a size exchange. I truly was expecting to be told that SOL, since each item ordered is specially printed at the time of purchase. But much to my surprise, I had a email the very next morning stating they would be happy to exchange for the sizes I needed. I messaged them what sizes I needed and asked them how I would go about shipping the items that didnt fit back to them. Their response... Keep them and donate them to someone in need. Really, I was blown away and very impressed. This is the kind of things I love about this company and the reason I will continue to order products from them! In a very selfish, self centered world, Teepublic, you are a breathe of fresh air!
Fabric is comparable to the fabric of inexpensive printed T-shirts I've bought from Etsy or eBay stores. Print quality varies by artist; customers should keep in mind these shirts are printed on demand by individual artists. Because of those variances, it would be beneficial for TeePublic to display reviews on artists and/or their specific designs, because otherwise you have to trust the image you see on your screen will match the final product. I've had positive experiences in the past with TeePublic, but the color scheme on my most recent purchase didn't match the product page. The design is a fairly iconic image, easy to reference both on the web and irl, and the colors are just noticeably off. I put the shirt though the wash 4x and the colors have only slightly mellowed (still not a close match to the displayed color scheme). Customer service was really helpful and prompt and kind, and I suggested that maybe they should send the order to another TeePublic artist who offered the same design if they thought it might help (there are other such artists on the platform), but the order went back to the original artist who printed a new shirt in exactly the same color scheme. I kind of love the fact that TeePublic artists have such broad offerings, but I came to feel like I was flying blind. Shipping times: I believe my first TeePublic order was during the height of COVID, so that's a mulligan -- all shipping in this region was screwy. With this order I described above, the first shirt came in 13 business days, and the reprint came in three biz days.
Can't say enough about how amazing the service is from this company. The logos and colours are beautiful! I've told anyone who will listen about this site! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
The hoodie that was sent to me had a slight size issue, they responded and corrected the issue in one day! My correct hoodie is on the way and I couldn't be happier. I will be a returning customer.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
