Don't order from TeeChip! I have been waiting for three months for a tee shirt. Three months... and three separate print and re ships later I still do not have. A straight answer is never given. An offer to expedite ship never comes... just like my item. Request for refund ignored. All you'll get is a form email apologizing for their incompetence. Zero stars!

They sent me a XS when I ordered an XL. Continue to ask for photos and measurement to prove the size issue. Now they have all of the photos they won't respond to communication. Avoid doing business with them...

The product was low quality and varied from the colors advertised. Customer Service replied several weeks later to my e-mail asking if my problem was resolved. I never heard anything else from them despite e-mailing and calling several times.

I purchased a print and it looks like a xerox copy of the studios original artwork, When you look at it just at a normal distance its super low quality and just not worth what I paid for it. Don't ever buy anything from here.

You cannot return a Tshirt that is too small or that has terrible quality. I got the run around from customer service then was finally told that I could not return the poor quality Tshirt. They think that it is a blend of cotton, no it's 100% cotton. $25 later plus shipping I have a Tshirt that runs very small for what they say for the size. I am disgusted, I have NEVER written a review like this before. It's just a scam.

They are obviously not a respectable or responsible company. What a scam! Take the money but never deliver the product. I had ordered from Teespring before and they were great! I foolishly thought Teechip would be the same. Never order from them!

I ordered a shirt from Teechip and never received it, but they sure did take my money! Never received an email back when I tried to complain and no one answers their phones (I tried calling more times than I can count).

I received a faulty product with an off center and crooked design and have been trying for a month to get a replacement. Their web site claims 100% returns on faulty products. I get the run around with emails, Twitter page, and get disconnected every time I call for help. All I want is a replacement t-shirt, that's it. They could care less about my situation. This explains their D- rating with the BBB.

I ordered a simple tank top on 8/28/18. I just received it on 9/24/18, nearly a month after ordering! I do not live out of the US. I live in Texas. Not only is this ridiculous but the shirt is tiny, tiny! I ordered an XXL (I wear an XL but wanted to make sure). It is the size of a small! What a huge waste of my time and money! Never will I order from TeeChip again!

I have been battling them on an order in placed having missing item's, they only sent the coffee mug and the t-shirt and tote bag are missing and they had the nerve to charge my credit card the full amount! And when I tried to call the customer service number my caller ID says it was from South Western Medical University! Buyer Beware!

My husband bought a shirt from Teechip, it took a month and a half to arrive, and when it did it was the worst quality printing imaginable. Their customer service was rude and unhelpful. Come to find out afterwards that the artwork on the shirt WAS STOLEN! They actually stole the art from the real artist and were selling it as their own. This company has no shame!

I loved the design. My shirts turned out great. I am really happy with their products and timely delivery. I will order some face masks next time. Hopefully they will also be great quality. Guys you have raised my expectations so you will have to live up to the promise.

There is no one to talk to over the phone. I have sent numerous emails. No response. I was never even sent an order number so there is no way to track or get a refund as you need the number to do so. All of this and they still took my money. I feel completely scammed!

I placed an order for 2 things and I am being charged for 12 things. They won't let me cancel the order. I have emailed, messaged them and get the same run around. Their confirmation email says that the order doesn't process until the campaign is over so I feel I should be able to cancel the order.
I believe this company is a scam
