They sent a dress that looked nothing like the model, moreover it looked like it was sawn by a 5 year old, The refused to give me instructions for retuning the product, moreover implying that the issue was minor. After 14 days I still have no help from them, actually wasting about 160 EUR. After numerous e-mails, all they offered was a 30USD discount for a dress that was ruined and I could not use, refusing to give me instruction for returning the product. They said that even if I return the product they would only refund me 40% of the original price. Totally not recommend this site.
The dress is really nice and fits well. The little problem is that the fabric used to make the dress is not cotton or similar. That is my taste for dresses lol. I wish I find like this with a better material. I will definitely order more. The seller did a great job by shipping my order as sooner as I paid. With quick shipping, you want to shop more lol.
Save your time an energy! They don't make the same item as you see in the picture an if you want a refund you will only get half an that's if they don't take your money. An it's only a prayer if you receive the item. Its the biggest scam on the internet... if you want to give your money away for a wrap around curtain then this is the site for you... but if you have common sense my advice to you would be... run. Far far away from tbdress
I like the experience I have so far with Tb dresses. I'm from Cape Town South Africa. This afternoon I stuck when I order a dress. I send tbdresses an email and they helped me through corresponding with me via email and I liked that. Nice service.

I was lucky to find TBdress.com after surging for a clothing item. First shirt I saw I knew I had to look some more. The price of the items is amazing and the more I looked the more excited I got. I had to text a friend and tell him to check it out.

This is first online site on which i have given whole day and evening to late night for buying products. I liked very much. This collection is perfect according to my choice. Very easy. Good assistant ship. This is my 3rd order for every thing. I don't need to go any store:-).
Stay away! I ordered a dress from them and between their shipping process with DHL, my dress never made it to me. I contacted both companies, found out that DHL's driver didn't follow instructions which is why my dress didn't make it to me. A $200 dress went missing and TBDress didn't care. I even had an email from DHL saying the fault was on them and if TBDress filed a claim then they would pay for the missing package. You know what TBDress had to say, too bad so sad not our problem. So I'm out a dress and $200. I will be reporting them to the International ecommerce Agency and will be reporting DHL to the better business bureau. To anyone thinking of buying anything from them, don't do it as it might not get to you and they refuse to rectify the situation
I have heard and read good and bad reviews about TBdress. I can only speak from my experience. I ordered a beautiful gown and shoes for my 50th birthday party that was held on 8/26/17. I ordered the dress and a pair of shoes on 8/6/17. I received my dress the same week on 8/11/17! The shoes did take longer to arrive but both items were the same as advertised on the website.
I ordered for the first time with TBdress... I ordered 2 dresses and I absolutely love them... they arrived on time for my vacation and they fit beautifully am very pleased and would recommend them 2 friends and family. Thank you TBdress I love your site...
I have a tremendous success with tbress. I buy cloths in bulk from tbdress and i get good discounts and then i sell them and get more profit here in Africa its nice. They always ensure timely delivery for me and i make my payments via paypal
Absolutely HORRIBLE! I ordered a large sweater for my husband for our vacation. It took longer then expected & when we received the sweater it looks like it was made for a 7yr old child. I asked to exchange it, (was past the 30 days) & they refused to exchange it. Why would that be? They gave me a 20% off my next order? Are you CRAZY? I will NEVER order from this company again & by looking at the reviews neither would anyone else! STAY AWAY!
I ordered my wedding dress from this company and the service was wonderful. I with the help of a live chat operator made three orders of the same wedding dress and my card was charged three times. I received two refunds within three days and my order was shipped and received. I love my dress... I ordered my wedding shoes on September 21,2014 (order number ******* and was charged $104.56.) I finally was able to check my account and it says my order is shipped but no tracking number. My wedding is in 3 weeks and I have sent numerous emails with all contact info and have yet to hear back from anyone. I can even live chat like I have done in the past.

The dress was NOT AT ALL like it's depicted on the website. The flower missing and it was poorly constructed. What appears to be a belt on the page is actually a silver trim sewn to the dress.
It poorly fits in the shoulders.

BE AWARE: What you see on their pictures is not what you will get!
I'm sure they're using pictures of other brands or companies, and they're selling their own forgery!
Because the blouse I received has nothing to see with their pictures!
The shape is not the same (long blouse on their pictures, at the hips, and I received a blouse which just reach the waist, and quality and finishings are just horrible, even for the price...)
On the other hand, they answer my mails, and they're OK for a refund, no problem on that side.
But I have to pay for the returning shipping fees.
I'm not OK with that!
They said on their website: "If no quality issue, customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return."
Well it's quality issue! ( bad cut which doesn't match the description, horrible finishing: the bottom of the blouse is not even straight! It's totally crooked...)
So i'm sorry but I don't have to pay for returning the parcel!
I open a paypal dispute.

We ordered a dress for our daughter for her sweet 16 celebration. The dress was amazing, the color was what our daughter expected, the design looks great and it fit perfect. We plan to order her prom dress this year and next.

I just received the dress and i am very happy with it, it is exactly like on the picture and very good quality. I received the dress just 20 days after purchase (but i used fast shipping method). Thank you very much TB dress, your website is highly recommended.
I got a prom dress on here in mint green and it got here 2 weeks late. When I got the dress it was not the color I chose it did not look like the picture at all and it was torn, ripped, loose threads, and fringed threads! It was absolutely terrible and now I am having a hard time returning it. So I'm left $140 short and no prom dress for this weekend. I am beyond disappointed with the quality of this dress and company.
