I was impressed by the latest collection of clothes you offer at tbdress. From the pictures of clothes displayed in your site, I realize that you have different colors and designs. I also realized that you offer discounts according to the amount of orders one has made. I have not personally bought clothes from you but I would like to order 2 dresses: one for my homecoming party and another one for my evening pleasures especially for weekends.

I was always scared to shop from any online website. Then one of my friends suggested visiting tbdress.com and checking out the new collection of dresses. When I checked the assortment of dresses I was really taken back. As it was my first experience, I was little hesitant to buy anything from tbdress.com. But I found the operation the site quite easy I was been guided exactly to the dress I wished to buy. This site has got dresses for different instances in various tints, ranges and patterns which attracted me to surf more of this site. I have become a big fan of tbdress.com. Kudos from me..

These people refused to exchange a dress that I had ordered and subsequently sent back. They claim that I "did not have permission" to send it back. Nor would they refund my money. I would NEVER deal with this company again. They have a lot to learn about dealing with American customers.

I wish I would have found this review site prior to me ordering my dress... the dress I ordered isn't the same dress as the one they have pictured! It is a cheaply made replica! When I received it I tried it on and it did not fit. I am usually a size 9/10 and I order a size 12 to be on the safe side! The dress was poorly sewn and the seams were crooked! The items are made and shipped from China!
The reviews that say they are completely satisfied are most likely false in nature! I will never order from them again! I did send them an email stating I wanted a refund due to the above reasons and have not received a response! Do not take your chances with this website you will be disappointed!

Tbdress has done it again! We were discussing what to wear to my cousin wedding anniversary celebration next week. She told me needed to get somethings that will match her evening gown. We both searched through tbdress products till she choose the yellow zipper envelope clutch bag and some jewelries also. We were expecting the jewelries faster than the bag but today we received the bag.we are also expecting the jewelries which is on transit.we will definitely come back for the yuletide which is around the corner.

Being positive is my moto except when it makes no sense because there is absolutely no positive thought towards an experience. This company is fraudulent. I ordered a dress that didnt arrive in stated delivery time so the company sent an email explaining it was not ready. I decided i wanted to cancel the order per my right as stated on their website. They replied that they can cancel my order but could only refund me my shipping cost and keep the cost of the 150 dress! What type of business is that. Their rationale is that the size 6 i ordered is custom (huh... how?) I urge you not to trust this shady business! Trust me

When I first ordered this dress, I had ordered it in Royal Blue. A few days later I noticed on the website that they had another Royal Blue color...(Dark Royal Blue)! I didn't realize at the time there were 2 Royal Blue colors. So word to the wise... check your colors & materials very carefully before ordering. I emailed Customer Service right away when I noticed the mistake. They answered me back promptly, but unfortunately the dress was already in the middle of being tailored. The color couldn't be changed! Seeing it was my mistake from the beginning I told them to go ahead & finish the dress. I worried for nothing because the Light Royal Blue is very pretty too... Dress is very well made! Couldn't be happier even though I had initially ordered the wrong blue color! Honestly, this blue looks better on me than the Dark Royal Blue would have. Thanks TBDress staff!

I've been waiting for nearly a month patiently. Hopefully the dresses will be A1 aka beautiful... Right nite I'm a little Leary but I reads the reviews and ordered just to see what the experience will be like. I need the dresses for 2 weddings. 1 is this week and the other is for a bridesmaid trial. If the bridesmaid dress is nice, I'll definitely order more for the other bridesmaids. Until then... I'm just waiting patiently since September 2nd.

Please, Please, Please DO NOT buy from this website. The outfit that I received looked NOTHING like what was on the website. I could only get in contact with someone through the message option. They will not give me a refund. Lesson learned.

I wont ever order anything from here again. Ordered a dress custom made and they didn't do it correctly. Also was a very cheap version of the picture model. They blame it on me measuring myself wrong. But is just bad quality. Smells weird too. They didn't refund me either or fix my problem. I had to email rhem many times to get only a portion of my money. Also orderer a garter and the detail fell off when I took it out of the bag. Was just glued with silicone. Save your money and get local product with good return policies like macys. For same price I could get way better dress. Don't let their pictures full you
