“NO REFUNDS”

I paid $130 for a dress for my daughters wedding. It was defected, very poor quality. They will not give me address to mail it back, and will give $30.00 and keep the dress. That is poor customer service. I am out $100 and still need to buy a dress for my daughters wedding. Would be nice to get more than $30!
