I ordered this dress custom made. It was a bit too long, but the customs service was very friendly & helpful! Shipping was fast. I'm very happy with the dress & got a lot of compliments. Will shop here again!

Do not order from this website or believe any good reviews because the reviews are from people working for this company! This company is fraud and a scam I have been waiting 2 months for my order and i never received anything and because of this situation I cancelled my order and demanded a refund and they had ongoing excuses and said they were gonna refund 8-15 business days I've been waiting quite some time now and nothing yet I am now filing a dispute on this so called company and court proceedings due to not receiving my items or refund! Please do not believe this company!

I am planning to buy a Party dress and I search on various websites to check out their collection. As internet is full of online shopping website it's hard to choose one.

I purchased three dresses from Tbdress.com and I couldn't be happier. The dresses were exactly as advertised and their prices are amazingly low. Great quality, very well made apparel. I got tons of compliments and have made Tbdress.com my new "go to" store for shopping.

They are the worst company to do business with. I spent my money back in February 2020 and they have refused to give me my money back and we are into April getting ready to go into May 2020. They are thieves. I just checked my email and now they have shipped the item out. I have asked to just cancel the items with all that is going on around the world with the Pandemic. Their clothing is horrible. I received one top and it is the ugliest top I ever received. It looked so much better on the website. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau because they are thieves. How can you send me something when you feel like it? All I wanted was my money back. I messed up and purchased from them. I will never purchase from them again!

They sent me a dress that had the neckline completely crooked. Instead of hitting at the middle of the chest it hit off center to the right (and no it's not an asymmetrical neckline in the description). I informed them I wanted to return it and requested an address. The response told me I had to pay shipping and then urged me to give it to a friend or relative "to wear as a present." I told them no, I still wanted to return it and needed the address, and they responding again telling me I had to pay shipping, but still gave no address. I'm in my third request for an address and if they don't respond this time I'll have to send the dispute to my credit card company. What a load of garbage.

I like ordering new dresses whenever I see them and that has been my weakness. I like getting new dresses especially the one of latest fashion. I have been searching them always been searching on internet and I have notice brilliant types of dresses with different designs. When I was on holiday with my boyfriend he ordered for me strapless applique long dress at tbdress.com.it took only two days for the dress to arrive and wow it was really gorgeous, It fitted me well I like the dress a lot. Since then I have been always shopping at tbdress.com. It is an online store which is has good collection for everyone.

First time ordering from this site and I liked the quality of the items I ordered but everything was super small. I will be returning the items from my first order but I will place another order in the near future since I understand their sizing now. I just want to see how my returns are processed before placing a new order.

Update after my return... It took a while and a couple of emails back and forth but my return looks as is it is satisfactorily done. I will update once my refund has been processed.

I was scared that the dress might not be fitting right since it is a "one size", but it fits really nicely! I usually wear between a size 6 and a size 8 and its just about perfect for me. Since the dress came without any tags, I wasn't sure if it's okay to wash the dress or dry it. So I washed it on the delicate setting with cold are and just hung it up afterwards to dry and the dress is fine. Didn't shrink or anything. Thanks TBdress!
